I will never stay with this hotel in future. The manager is rude and arrogant when asked any question.

Overall experience was good. The only inconvenience is that the room key kept braking down. We had to ask for new keys 4 times!

For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. We had 2 suites for 6 days. There were minor problems, one night the dog of the next room would cry all night and another night at 4 am in the morning a car on the parking lot would put the volume of his radio really loud. But the hotel staff was very helpful.

This was good motel for the money. It was located in a nice area of town and made the commute to our planned events easy.The breakfast was good and had a nice selection.

I booked this room for the President, VP and Sales Engineer for a one day stay to visit a potential new vendor line. They were all pleased with the comfort of the beds, and rooms in general and the great breakfast bar. Will for sure use this hotel again if the opportunity arises. Terrie

If you stay here be sure request the side AWAY from the busy street! Oh, and they will charge you extra for this convenience...The building is literally feet away from a noisy street and my children were awake until 1 am because of it. After the stay we called to ask about a lost stuffed animal, and person said that she would look into it and call me back with 24 hours. Seriously???! 24 hours to look in the lost and found box?? She called me back just under an hour later when I complained and told her that we were leaving town. They did have hot breakfast, which is a nice feature. Our stay @ the hotel was minimal. We simply slept. We were away all days during our stay. I must admit however, the room was always orderly and clean upon our return. Bed was made and towels were placed and bathroom qiute tidy. Any questions /concerns were dealt with with problems. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay simply for those reasons. I […] did not get a chance to visi or see any of the surronding merchants or resturants. I was taken a little by the location. Great place to stay for the price for a small family.

This hotel is a great place to stay, I was here several times, once for 9 weeks, it is always a very relaxing and accomadating stay, the Staff are right on top of everything, Asst Gen Mgr Jerry does a great job!!

well over all the room was so cozy like being at home..at least the two room king suite but the pillows were way to soft or worn down & soooooo disappointed the pool was freezing cold even being indoors, also the hotel needs more then just one HBO channel.

If you're looking for a place to stay for a shopping trip/dinner @ Oak Brook Center or a visit to Hines VA hospital, this is THE place for you! The title says it all....Clean, Comfortable & Convenient!!

My daughter and I stayied here Feb. 8th, 2012. The room was a nice size but the weather kept blowing thru the window and the bathroom was like a freezer and it took the heat lamp an hour to get the bath room warm. The toilet was very low to the ground and being 5 feet 5 inches tall was hard to get up off the thing. The pool was cold and not very well […] lit. We didn't eat the breakfast they kept the yogurt in a refig. That wasn't' very cold. They also charge you a "lift charge" if you take the towels and such which they do not tell you on Hotels.com of $50.00 and you get it back in 10 days if you leave everything in the room as is. What crappy thing to do. I am glad I had the extra cash. No I will not stay here again. I will be looking closer to where I need to be before I stay here again. Devamı

The accomendations was great, however one desk employee was not service friendly. She directed me to an entrance to unload my baggage at the opposite end of the building, which would had lengthen the walk to my room. When I inquired a phone number to a eatery next door she directed me to a website. Later I discovered the address and phone number to […] the eatery was on the room key. good hotel, just don't like the location of where the hotel is at.

The hotel was exceptional with one exception. I was there for a family funeral. Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am. That isn't a full 24 hours. When we requested an accomadation to 3pm. We were informed it couldn't happen. Consequently we packed up everything and made our egress. So aafter an 18 not twenty four hours we were gone.

We arrived at Comfort suite on Friday afternoon, our 2 rooms suite was very small. The Fan/light switch was very loud when turn on, which woke my family up during the nite, We had to exchange dirty towels for more towels, even though there were only 4 big towels to start with for 4 adults and 1 teenager. On Saturday nite after going to Chicago, we returned […] to police in the lobby which remained for several hours there.My daughters were very scared to leave the room even to go swimming. The breakfast was just average, which we didn"t receive on Sunday since there were too many people and no seating was available. I would not recommend this hotel to future customers. Devamı

Our suite was clean and well-maintained, but very basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. We used it because the suite arrangement suited our needs, but we were sorry it was so far from Chicago. One day we parked at the Forest Park (blue line) station and took the train in; that worked well.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The location is close to a bunch of restaurants and stores. My only gripe is that the living room area of the suites should be a bit larger, and the parking lot more spacious to accommodate more guest. Wanting to spend time in Chicago we decided to stay at this hotel that is located in a somewhat decent area and offers free parking. We then drove in to go to the museums etc. Parking in Chicago is expensive and traffic getting there was horrible. I decided to get a hotel closer to the theater for the night before the show's opening. I live in the western suburbs and every year have a stressful ride to Cicero for this annual production. I was looking for enough room to work on choreography, an easy commute avoiding the expressway in the morning, a large bed and breakfast. Comfort Suites provided […] all of this and more. The next evening I was to stay at my mother's home, also meeting my requirements stated above but my stay at CS was so relaxing that I NEEDED to stay in that room again. The suite was exactly what we needed for a young 10 year old daughter that needs to go to bed early and she gets her own room with a door. i brought 3 teenagers and a 10 year old. They are all my children. This suite worked out perfectly so the young one could still get the sleep she needed. The service was wonderful except bring your own blanket for […] the sofa sleeper, they only give out one, I asked for another one since it was cold, but their policy is only one so we turned up the heat a bit to stay warm. Good place to stay, good location for mostly all major hwy.

It was clean and comfortable, and on a main road that made it convenient for traveling (after we figured out to exit via a side street to get to a stoplight to make a left turn). The breakfast was acceptable. Restaurants and bars very close by.

Only about 20-30 minutes from downtown. Great hotel for cheaper budgets but still want to be close to chicago.

Seemed like an odd location but nice hotel. Very clean, was shocked by the traffic but room was very quiet and well maintained. Not the easiest parking lot to manuever but was worth it after my stay.

The location of this hotel is good - easy to get to from major roads. The breakfast was decent - the price of the room was fair. The room did need some updating and it could have been a bit cleaner.

Although the bed was comfortable, and everything worked fine, and the breakfast was pretty good, the WIFI sucked (couldn't watch more than 20 minutes of netflex consecutively). But the worst part was when we saw a layer of dirt on my 1 year olds leg from crawling around the room. It was disgusting. I told the front desk before we left and she simply […] said they would put the room out of order and clean the carpets, i guess that is good. The hotel was OK, seemed clean and comfortable. There was a rainstorm our first night, and we found ourselves scrambling to find a trashcan as there was a leak in our ceiling. (2nd floor, three floor hotel). There was also a leak in the window - rain washed in both places. We were lucky we did not have any electronics or valuables on the counter by […] the TV or they would have been ruined. Breakfast was a madhouse - there was no way we wanted to get in there to try to get some cereal or something. Left and ate breakfast outside of the hotel. maintenance did come see our room regarding the leaks, but nothing was done to fix them. We were glad it didnt rain the second night. There were police men at a convenience store across the way both nights we were there, and there was a man who pulled into the hotel parking lot behind our van and was followed and searched by the police and police dogs. This Hotel is very far away from everything. The rooms are clean and roomy but look a little outdated. I did like how there was 2 sinks in the bathroom area and then one sink right outside of it allowing us to get ready for the day even when someone was using the restroom. We walked to the pizza place near the hotel literally across the street. The […] pizza was really good. We also enjoyed the free breakfast the hotel offered the next morning. Very nice hotel with friendly desk staff, housekeeping staff had a difficult time understanding my questions...The wireless internet was a tad slow and kept kicking me off, but after a few tries I could get right back on. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will choose Comfort Suites again!

The hotel we stayed in was very bright and cheery. But the pool area WAS NOT. If you are looking to enjoy your swimming experience then do not stay here. First of all, the pool was in the basement...so it had that musty basement smell. No natural light. And the walls had dark panels that were popular in the 70s. No hot tub pool either and no steps to […] enter the pool (my 3 year old was unhappy). But again, the other parts of the hotel were great. If you don't care about the pool then definitely stay here. We loved our stay! The room was amazing and we really enjoyed the extra space. Everything was clean and prepared nicely. Breakfast was amazing and it surprised us that a breakfast like that was free. The things that were somewhat disappointing was the location of the pool in the basement, the cloudy water in the pool, and the limited parking (but that […] was not a huge issue). The distance from downtown was not an issue. It took us about 35 minutes in traffic each day but we expected that. I was on a vacation to visit family in the area and could not stay with them due to pet alergies. The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were large and comfortable for the two of us and the breakfast was good to start the day. Didn't give it the highest reviews due to a cleaning odor but a spray of fabreeze would solve that.

Our first room had a broken thermostat. We were moved to another room without an apology. Two days later the hair dryer broke. Customer service was pleasant but perfunctory. The hotel price is good, but the bulding shows signs of decline.

Unexceptable. Got 3 rooms and all 3 were unexceptable. Bugs crawling up the walls! (Possible bed bugs) The mattresses were dirty, the couch mattress was dirty. The hotel staff was very rude. Do not recommend this hotel!!!
