Hotel was excellent for our family needs and access to car rental and shuttle services. Check out was more than suitable 12pm and you can store your bags for late flights back to Australia. Kids love the buffett breakfast and bistro inside hotel excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

We needed to be at the airport and Embassy Suites was exactly what we wanted. Room and service was great. Would recommend to our friends

I needed to be out of my house for a few days due to construction. I did not want to spend a lot of money. This hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and the staff very pleasant. I would stay there again if the need arose.

Absolutely no issues with the service or quality of the hotel. Had a great experience and would recommend to anybody.

My only complaint was the noise of the equipment above the 8th floor. I think that the AC equipment was above room 810 and it was load. I would recommend better insulation! Other wise it was a nice big room and the staff was very nice. The airport shuttle was very useful. Enjoyed happy hour in the nice large atrium.

Hotel was very close to the airport, and the staff were very nice. There was a good selection from the included buffet breakfast as well.

i just needed a night away from the regular routine of life and this hotel was excellent. the weather was bad outside due to rainstorm but the indoor pool and spa made it all good. the 24 hr gym was great and the buffet breakfast was amazing. i took a bath and shower in the combo tub and watched tv on the nice size televisions. all over stay was amazing […] refreshing and i cant wait to do it again. the staff was professional and helpful. Lovely hotel with a very picturesque breakfast area. We found the rooms large and beautifully kept.We even changed a pre booked hotel to come back to the Embassy. Food excellent and a lovely breakfast cooked by the chef on the day. Reception desk very helpful.

The room(s) made up for the offensively rude reception I got from Immigration in LAX! Lovely suite, amazing for the price. I wished I could move in there permanently. Beautiful Evelyn and Crabtree products in the bathroom. The breakfast in the restaurant wasn't particularly nice, but it was ok. I also had dinner the night I arrived, and that was pretty […] good. I did use the gym briefly and wished there had been weights suitable for women (they were all big and heavy) but apart from that it was good enough. There is a free transfer bus from LAX - apparently - but after an hour and a half of waiting for it I gave up and agreed to pay $20 to an astonished taxi driver to take me there. Devamı

Hotel is really close to airport, clean and good overall value. Checking in at night was a bit nervy as the neighbourhood didn't look too welcoming. There was available parking which was a big plus. Breakfast was probably the only thing that was not good, but again, overall this hotel is a good value for the money and great for a 1 night stay

This is a very well located, typical Embassy Suites. At first on checking into the room we were concerned about the noise level in the bedroom, which is toward the outside of the building. It was not a problem sleeping. the TVs were good, shower worked fine, mirrors were good. We chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle to/from the airport. We had to layover 1 night due to flight schedule and found this to be a great value with free drinks at happy hour and free hot breakfast. One of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed at. All staff were very helpful and obliging. There was a manager's reception held in the evening where the food presented was a little disappointing but the breakfast more than made up for that disappointment. Room was exceptional especially considering the rate I paid.

This accomodation was perfect...spacious front room w/ammenities. Excellent Happy Hour ! Only concern was the WIFI was not always running and our room keys seemed to have a problem working..had to get them recharged twice??

The hotel was very nice. Wish we had booked a few extra days there. Good location for sight-seeing.

Free Shuttle service from the airport to the Hotel was as promised, shuttles about every 15 minutes. Check in was quick, hotel was well kept and very nice. Rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were soft. We had a King Suite with an infant. They provided a crib per our instructions. (We actually had to call though, Hotels.com should add a feature […] that passes that request to the hotels. Everything looks good. However the janitor did not really doing their job seriously. Bathroom was not cleaned up in an acceptable level. Toilet is not clean well. They forget to put towels and bath tub mat in the room. A pair of sneakers and some tissue paper was right in front of our room at the moment we tried to check in it. This hotel was great for a quick stay near LAX. The room was clean and nice, just like the pictures. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The evening happy hour drinks and snacks were a great addition! The breakfast was full and delicious, well done. All was well. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. Parking, however, […] is terribly expensive so I parked at the next door airport lot for half the price. I recommend this as the walk was short to get to the hotel, it was not a problem to walk in order to save this money. Devamı

This hotel provided all that we were looking for during our recent stay. The rooms are large with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast and Managers Reception are outstanding and certainly were a welcome start and finish to our day.

Great stay, clean and very welcoming. Watch the Superbowl there with friends had plenty of room. Great breakfast and good location.

I stayed here 2 nights for business trip to LA. It's very nice, has separate sitting area and bedroom. Both very comfy and spacious. Highly recommended.

We have now stayed at this hotel a few times while travelling. The staff have always been extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean - and even better since they have recently been refurbished. The indoor pool is great for the kids and the buses/shuttles around the hotel are easy to use - especially when you have a few hours […] to spare. The breakfast is also great for the whole family. The value for money is excellent, especially given you have a suite and not only a room. We will most definitely stay here again. Devamı

We used this room for just a night before going on a cruise. The room was very clean and well appointed with sep. bedroom and living room. the restaurant was very good for both lunch and dinner and the free breakfast was very good and not overcrowded. plenty of seating and good food. hotel was pretty nice, clean, and surprisingly very modern! rooms are comfy and big. airport is close. breakfast was the best part! free! overrall great stay.

I enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites. I was relaxed from the glass of wine I had the night before and filled up with the delicious breakfast. I was surprised that we were charged for parking our vehicle. I thought the charge was high.
