Loved the convenience of the multiple door entrances to the hotel. Very convenient for brining articles in and back out of the hotel. Nice to have a no-charge breakfast with the standard foods! Front desk service was very good...they even printed maps for me. Lastly, they do allow pets without a deposit or even a weight limit. Clean room, well appointed, courteous staff.

I needed to get out of the city just a quiet evening to collect my thoughts and prepare for a presentation the following day. The hotel was easily accessible, convenient, cost effective. Thank you

I can't think of wanting more from a property than what this hotel offers. For the money I rate 5star.

This was the nicest LaQuinta I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to Chicago. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed two connecting rooms for us and our 5 kids so we could visit relatives in the area for New Years. This was close by, included a nice continental breakfast and was the most reasonable price I could find. The hotel was clean, the rooms were as I expected, clean and updated with nice mattresses and flat screen TV's. The place seemed to kept up […] well and overall our experience was very good. If you want all the amenities like an indoor pool you'll have to keep looking but be prepared to spend more too. For us, this was the most bang for the buck. We would definitely stay there again. My girlfriend and I planned a romantic weekend in the arlington. heights area and spent 1 night at La Quinta and for the price we were pleasently surprised at how clean the hotel was and the bed was very comfortable. Aside from the expressway noise the next morning our stay was fantastic. There was a semi blowing his air horn at about 10:30 in the morning […] which you can't blame the hotel for and the sound at night was not noisy at all, I would reccommend this hotel as a place to stay to all my friends. This hotel is in a good location, right off of a main interstate highway in a commercialized area with shopping & food close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. I have never stayed in a La Quinta Hotel before. It was very nice! Everything was clean, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, nice offerings at the complimentary breakfast and the Staff was very polite and helpful. I felt the price was reasonable as well. We were very satisfied with our stay at La Quinta. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel was very quiet and conducive to relaxing. This is a minor suggestion; you might use other than one ply toilet paper in the bathroom.

This hotel is very near everything in the Arlington Heights area. Nice clean hotel. Expect the things you would expect at a hotel like this. Smaller towels, but a great place for the price.

It was a fantastic stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of things to choose from. The service was very helpful no matter what time in the day. We had an early check out at 3 am and someone was there to help us check out.

Very clean and modern facility. Bathroom was very large with much needed counter and mirror space for my daughters. Front desk clerk (Max) was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was good as well. Would recommend!!

Very pleasent, quiet hotel. Breakfast: large wariety of food, clean..... Easy on/off to freeway and close to shopping centers. Family frendly. Nice and clean gym.

After flying in to St Louis then driving 7 hours into Chicago, it was late the last thing you want to experience when checking in is a grouchy/Snobby woman at the front desk she couldn't even crack a smile to greet me. I reserved a smoking room as I and my friend smoke and don't wish to place that smell on anyone who don't. I was given a non smoking […] room which I could have been rude to smoke in. I called the front desk letting her know I reserved a smoking room. After going all the way back to the front desk I had to hear how the smoking rooms Stink (I smoke I know this) not that the non smoking room didn't smell like someone had used the bathroom and left..! Well we couldn't get in the keys wouldn't work either one of them. They still have the dinasour keys with the holes. UP GRADE please!! Then we went back down to get keys that work the woman at the front desk talked to me as if I didn't know how to use the keys. I got in the first room just fine and called her from the room. She was rude and not friendly what so ever! Insisted that she would acompany us to the room to make sure the keys didn't work. I finally had to tell her I'm not a child I opened the first room with no problem. Just give us a room the keys work, I'm tired and just want to relax not deal with someone who thinks she's above us.When opening the door the smoking smell was really bad. Nice Hotel Extremely Clean they are always cleaning, nice spacious room. Breakfast with Waffles Eggs Muffins you know the rest. The only Bad part was the beds are kind of hard but we would definately stay here again well worth the cost

Excellent service and the room was super clean. The bed was even almost more comfy than my bed at home!!

Location great. Close to everything. Clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Will remember this location for future trips.

The television in my room did not work but the staff was very kind about switching my room. Although my friends and I could not get rooms close to each other they were able to get us on the same floor. Both rooms had mold issues in the bathroom and there was alot of dust on the shelf by the mirror. Dead bugs were found under the disposable cups in my […] room but the cups were wrapped in plastic so they were still usable. In the morning I received the bill under my door but it contained the name and address for someone else yet with my room number. The person at the desk did not feel it was any big deal that someone else was being charged for the room I stayed in because he said since I booked through Hotels.com they were assured I already paid for my stay. All in all, this was a very nice hotel to stay at during my time in the Chicago area. The price was great, breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. La Quinta is a no-frills hotel chain, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and mini-fridge in our clean, comfortable room. They let us check in early, and it was a quiet room overall. Two small issues: there was only 1 bath towel, though I booked for 2 adults. Also: I tried to turn the "fan only" on for some white noise, but it didn't […] work.
