Was very please with , your outstanding staff. The staff around the bar area, including the chief. They should be mention, cause they made our stay very enjoyable.

Rooms were super and very very clean. . We will use them again ! And that's for sure !

I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff is great, the room is very clean, the lobby is fun and funky, and the suite layout was incredibly comfortable, especially for a business trip. I will DEFINITELY stay here again, and highly recommend it.

The Hotel customer service, cleanliness, and location were AMAZING. The reason why I am giving it such a low score is because they had fees for everything! Parking, Wi-Fi, and even for a simple Continental breakfast. They also charge you a "Deposit" Fee and it will take up to 5 days to get your money back if everything is ok with your room!

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff. Other than that, it's average. The rooms are okay; the decor is pretty awful; the finishes are basic. There is a towel rack in the bathroom...but no towels hanging on it. The food is again average. We ate there 3 times. The first breakfast was terrible; the bacon and eggs (over medium, supposedly) […] were undercooked. So I barely ate. The second breakfast, the steak and eggs, was better. (I ordered scrambled.) Our dinner in the restaurant was average. I liked my crab cakes, but my husband really disliked his chicken. Overall, we will most likely not stay here again. Devamı

Kids loved the pool!

Every Christmas for the past 8 years, my husband and drive from Connecticut to Maryland with our two sons (now 18 and 22) and stay at this Marriott because it is conveniently located to our families. And every year we say "why is this not a 4 star hotel?" The lobby is beautiful, the pool, whirlpool and fitness room excellent and the rooms quite comfortable […] and spacious. The Marriott Suites Hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants of all kinds, in addition to ready access to the highways around the DC area. The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, and my family had plenty of room. Our stay was excellent. The suite was well appointed, spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Service in the dining room was great. All staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends.

The hotel was worth way more than the discounted price I got from Hotels.com. I stayed only one night and it was a superlative experience. The room was spotless to the naked eye. The little outside balcony was charming. The scenery outside was no great shakes from my room but the room was so lovely - who needed outside. Furniture was very comfortable […] and the decor was very easy on the eye. The room was spacious. Room service was prompt and the servers were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with and so was the late night bartender. Really enjoyed my stay. Devamı

Food was good, but $130 for dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids?!? I travel a lot and we had 2-3 service issues that we're unacceptable. Hotels position was always to explain rather than empathize (last dealing with room not being serviced by 445pm after we'd been in DC all day....no apology, staff said "our policy is by 5pm, do you want us to just bring […] you towels?). very satisfied with location,comfort,pool,gym. not happy with pay to park. room refrigerator does not keep items COLD!

My suite was nice but I felt like I was getting nickeled and dimed. I paid for everything there, as nothing was included, such as internet, parking (11 dollars a day) or breakfast.

Very helpful staff. We were at restaurant 10 min. before opening and the waitress looked after us. the room had a few challenges for wheelchair accessa bility. But I would definetly stay again.

Everything was just fine,from the front desk to the amenities to the housekeeping service.No complaints,and I would recommend this hotel without a doubt.

We could not have asked for a better accomodation for our trip. Highly recommend this to others!!

Although my stay was exceptional, the surprise to pay an additional $12.00 per night to park was not expected. The food I had was awesome to say the least. $12.00 for a hamburger ws quite high although probably the best I ever had! I would reccommed this establishment to anyone travelling i the area.

The hotel was directly off of 270. Great shuttle service. Lobby was very comfy. Parking at $12 a day was a little steep- but overall a great value. Rooms were nice, but not oversized at all for "suites". For the $$$- awesome value and computers in lobby were convenient.

This hotel was excellent. It was very close to Washington DC, the pool and hot tub were really clean and open from 6am to 11pm. The gym was very nice. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk and in the hallways. There is a mall right nearby with other restaurants (California Pizza Kitchen was good and open until 10pm as […] was Legal Seafood). They have a list of restaurants at the counter. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony which was nice (I don't think all rooms have balconies). It was also very reasonably priced. Devamı

We had a beauftiful comfortable suite. But parking was $12 dollars a day, the restaurant was terrible. I have never had such a bad meal in a Marriott hotel. My chicken sandwich was burnt, unripe tomaoto, bitter lettuse. The waiter did not understand me, spoke no English. I can get better food at MdDonals. The worst thing about the hotel is that there […] us a $12.95 daily fee for wifi in your room. I can get free wifi at any McDonalds, and most lower star hotels like La Quinta, Super 8, etc. These extra fees really made me not enjoy this hotel. Devamı

I'm not sure why the Marriott Suites charge for internet access and for secure parking but otherwise the hotel was of very high quality and I would stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. Gym and pool were great. Expected WIfi in the room. Hotels that cost half as much have free wifi in the room.

This was a lovely hotel and the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Was a very nice hotel especially for the price. Pool was smaller than I expected but would stay again without question!

Stayed one Saturday night with my wife - it was close to my daughter's house, we had a car, and were looking for a decent place to lay our heads. We checked in, gave the clerk a nice greeting, and he looked at the room we were assigned and said "let's find you a quieter room". We had a nice suite on the top floor - immaculate, spacious, and we had booked […] on the internet and so it was a good value. We had a nightcap in the bar - very nice space and service. Some type of private party was going on, with people in costume wandering in and out - very entertaining. We looked at the exercise facility, pool, jacuzzi - looked very nice - if we had been staying longer we would have used it. I woke up early and ran - a nice local park - Cabin John - was about a mile down the road, and there were various trails along a creek there that made for beautiful running. The down side - they charge $14 a night for parking in an adjacent parking garage, though you are in an office building complex and could probably park in the office parking for free on weekends. But we used the garage - don't want to find out that they tow on Sundays. All in all, it was a good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return here. Devamı

The hotel was very nice for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable, by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel. Parking was $12 but was well worth it. I did not get a chance to eat at the hotel or go to the bar. Checkout was extremely easy and quick. Overall, we had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it to  […] others. Devamı

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are terrific, well-laid-out and very comfortable. The staff is always helpful. This is an excellent suburban hotel.

I arrived for a two day conference and was less than pleased when the clerk at the front desk gave my co-worker and I two rooms on the service floor. We hadn't even walk into our rooms before realizing that the wait staff changing room and the noise from the meeting rooms were less than 10 feet away and would not be conducive to our stay. After returning […] to the front desk, we were offered rooms on a higher floor. The conditions of the rooms themselves were very spacious and comfy. The breakfast is highly overpriced and don't think about sharing, even if you've already paid for the food. They restrict sharing of any kind in the cafe area since it's deemed a buffet. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay there again. The room was great but the service brought down my satisfaction of the hotel in general. Devamı

The front desk staff was extremely accomodating after some trouble with our debit card. Everyone was very friendly. Our room was great--nice size, very comfortable. The food was also delicious. Highly recommended, esp. if you don't want to be in the middle of downtown, yet still just a few minutes away from all the sights.

We visited Washington, DC in April 2010. We like to stay outside of DC because lets face it, it's cheaper. We stayed at the Betheasda, MD Marriott Suites on Democarcy Blvd. The hotel was fantastic. The staff was great very friend and helpful. The only draw back was the shuttle service to and from the Metro. To the Metro was ok. From the Metro we had […] to wait over 45 minutes one day for a ride back to the Hotel. We called when they told us to and it still took over 45 minutes for a 10 minutes drive. If you plan on staying here which I would recommend, plan extra time when returning from the Metro if you are using the Shuttle. Devamı

I choose this hotel for my stay because of indoor pool (I was traveling with 2 kids). But the pool was close for remodeling. I thing they should let you know if some of their amenities are not available. Another thing - they charge me for breakfast that supposed to be included in the room cost. I had to dispute the charge. Everything else was Ok. Staff […] was very friendly, especially at restaurant. Price for parking $12.00 looks reasonable when you read about $20-28 that charge other hotels in the area. Devamı

The hotel was great for the money. The hotel and rooms were clean. The fitness center was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and pleasant. If I was in the area again, I would stay here again. The shuttle schedule times for drop off and pick up at metro once every hour was not always convenient, but other wise the hotel is a good choice.
