First and foremost, I normally do not write reviews regarding hotels, but our stay at this hotel was not acceptable. Upon arrival at this hotel we were greeted by a very nice attendant. The attendant was the only highlight of our entire stay. As we stepped off of the elevator onto our room floor, we instantly were hit with a cigarette and stale smell. […] Entering into our room we immediately noticed how small the room was. The sink is directly next to the door. You cannot use the room sink without taking the chance of someone hitting you when opening the door. As we continued into the room we noticed how small the bed was. It was not the double that we had reserved online. Also, there were cigarette burns in the comforter. After noticing the cigarette burns, I went back downstairs and asked the attendant for another room. The second room didn’t have cigarette burns, but it still had all of the same issues of the previous room. Additionally, the walls are extremely thin and this hotel. We could hear our neighbor’s conversation as well as their TV the entire night. This hotel was described as newly renovated, that is far from the truth. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades and improvements. I would not stay here again! Devamı

My friend and I were going to Chicago for a concert and wanted something close to the city. We stayed 3 nights and we wanted something close to the train station and it was only a 7 minute drive! The staff was so friendly and courteous, when we needed more towels, we got them right out of the dryer! The continental breakfast was all right, nothing to […] really write home about. It was very quiet despite some of the other reviews that it was noisy. I asked the front desk about that upon checking in and they assured me if things got noisy to call down which we never had to do so yay! The beds were on the firm side so sleep was a bit uncomfortable but the cleanliness was great! One of my better hotel stays! And the staff was very friendly to my little chihuahua as well. would never stay there again- the "continental breakfast" was a joke- and not funny, what they did put out was frozen, they did have dry cereal that wasn't frozen but then only offered powdered skim milk to eat it with. Let me say it again- I will never stay there again.

We stayed there New Year's Eve and even with all the partying going, unless they were out in the hallway you could not hear any other guests. We did have issuses with the electricity going out right before we checked out but that was due to a loose outlet in our room when we went to unplug our phone charger it shorted out. Pleasantly surprised by the […] cleanliness and very friendly front desk employee, Larry. We would use this hotel again! Devamı

The hotel had no hot water in the first room. The mgt immediately relocated us to a room that had hot water. The last day, the cleaning staff informed us there weren't enough towels yet so we were shy a washcloth and were given a towel for bathmat. This said, the place was generally very quiet and the beds were comfy and the A/C worked well, as did […] the TV and the iron. The front desk folks were professional and polite, too. It was a perfect location and fine for a one night stay that we were not spending a whole lot of time in the hotel. The front desk staff when we checked in was very nice. There was a lot to do around the hotel and places were easy to get to.

This was an ok hotel with a decent breakfast. The only thing missing was a fridge and or microwave in the room. I haven't stayed in a hotel in years that didn't have one or the other.

i stayed there for one night. the staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfy. i also did a "bed bug check" of the room when i first got there. THere was no evidence of bed bugs. The only thing that I really didn't like was the fact that they must rent out the rooms for people to "live" in all the time. One night there was a family just […] hanging out, sitting on the floor outside their room. There are also people that hang out at the entrance smoking and just sitting there for hours. But, like I said they were friendly. I certainly wouldn't want to stay there for a long period of time, but a night or two is fine. Devamı

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds made everyday and towels replaced. I stayed for 4 days. There is free cable but not the best in terms of channels. The A/C was super loud almost like a jet engine. Maybe it was just my room. The walls are thin so u can hear your neighbors and the ones above you. The coffee percolayor did not work the first day, though it was replaced the next day. The door of the bathroom did not have a lock and could be opened from outside just with a push! The breakfast was also not good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location for me, but was just "ok" in regard to amenities and cleanliness. In a pinch, it worked for my needs.

The service was overall good. I walked into a huge group waiting in the lobby and the hotel front desk was very polite and kept apologizing for the wait. Basically I got what I paid for, but I did have a few complaints. Our air conditioning didn't work and the door to the room wouldn't shut all the way unless you pushed on it. I believe most hotel room […] doors should close all the way on their own. Also, in the morning the maids in the hallway were beginning their day and were talking obnoxiously loud making it hard to sleep. At first I thought it would only be for like a few minutes, but it lasted all morning until we checked out. Devamı

The continnetal breakfast was OK but they ran out of food on our 2nd morning. Need to be better supplied.

This was the worst stay I have EVER had anywhere! We stayed six days and half the time the cleaning staff didn't replace all of our towels, twice they gave us towels that smelled like smoke and once they had not been to clean our room until I called down at 6pm. The access door closest to our room wouldn't read the room key and when we told the staff […] they were aware of the issue for quite some time but failed to have it fixed. One of the days someone just came right into the room at 7:30 without knocking or announcing themselves. The coffee maker was so dirty inside that when you ran water through it all kinds of debris would be floating in the pot. No one replaced the toilet paper so we had to go down stairs to get some, they wouldn’t bring it to us. On one occasions I witnessed the front desk staff using foul language that I could hear from 15 feet away and the content of that conversation was not something that should be in public. When we needed to print something out the printer in the business office was out of paper and when we told them they gave me a look like I was speaking a different language and didn't do anything about it. This hotel was a disappointment from the beginning. I had to wade through a crowd of smoking teenagers hanging around the outside door just to get in to the lobby to check in. When checking in, even though the hotel was advertising a suite for $2 less than the price of our double room, they would not agree to switch our rooms. Walking to our non-smoking […] room with two double beds, we could not believe the amount of cigarette smoke in the hallway. When asked, we were told that the smoking and non-smoking rooms are all mixed together on the 1st and 2nd floor, and only the 3rd floor was entirely non-smoking. They did offer to try to switch us, but we were too settled in at that time to want to move our stuff. Still, we apparently had several chain smokers right next door to us. Even though four of us were registered to stay in the room, the hotel initially only provided two sets of towels (I'm sure we could have gotten more if we had asked, but we were too tired to make more trips to the front desk at that time.) The mattresses were old - not terrible, but kind of thin. The sound-proofing is inadequate - at 2 o'clock in the morning we were awakened by the sound of someone jumping repeatedly in the room above us, and could hear many loud voices from the same area. After 30 minutes of this, we had to ask the front desk to go upstairs and ask them to be quiet. The breakfast was adequate but minimum. The final result? If you are headed to Naperville, spend the extra money to stay somewhere else! Devamı

while booking, it was mentioned in the hotels.com site that the room which i booked has 2 queen bed and looked very decent. But when i went there it looked very bad small room with only one small bed. When i enquired they said no other rooms available and forces to say in that.

Desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but room was not really clean. Burn holes in the bedding, beer bottle cap on the floor, etc. You get what you pay for, but it might be best to spend the extra $20 and get a nicer place.

OK place to stay. Seemed like alot of young noisy kids/adults roaming around. Alot of hallway traffic. Alot of noise late (after midnight). Seemed like always people milling around the front door entrance all the times of the evening.

This is your standard "lay your head down just to sleep" hotel if you are a solo or low maintenance traveler, or couple. It's exactly what you pay for. Clean enough but no frills. In a great location to downtown Naperville and a Metra ride to Chicago. RIGHT off highway 88 too. Central to enough restaurants and fast food joints that you won't have to […] search for somewhere to get a quick bite to eat. My family reallybenjoyed our stay. It was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Thengreatest part was that they allowed our toy poodle to stay with us. The staff the really very friendly as well. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed just to have a quicker drive to the city and didn't arrive until after 11 pm. It served our needs just fine and the extended continental breakfast was just perfect for filling up the kids. Room was clean, staff was friendly. For a quick trip to the city, I would definitely stay here again. Pharmacy and general stores near by for any last minute […] needs. Devamı

- not clean - not quiet - people hanging around out side.

There was an awful smell in the hall ways that lead into the all of the rooms. It was there my entire stay. I had 3 other friends staying in the hotel the same time as me and they all had the same complaint. There was no one at the front desk when i first got there. I had to stand there for almost a half hour before some one helped me. There were problems […] with the wifi. It may have been just a bad weekend for the hotel but I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again if i had a choice. Devamı

The room was comfortable and clean, and easy to find. The treadmill worked but the speed control was not accurate - wouldn't go above about 3 MPH. Check-in and check-out were very quick. We would stay there again.

The Baymont Inn Naperville was not fancy, but it had all the necessary amenities and was a very good value from hotels.com. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast was adequate, there was internet access in the breakfast room, the fitness room had 2 pieces of equipment and one was out of order. I am picky about my accommodations and […] this was quite comfortable for the price. Devamı
