Super 8 San Bernadino Ca - San Bernardino

The staff was unfriendly, uncooperative. Just wanted to get rid of me, rather than fix the problem. The room was dirty, the a/c was filthy, the rug was not clean. The bed was lumpy and obviously the mattress was old. They really don't give a darn about their customers. The so-called free breakfast was a joke. I wouldn't recommend it to a dog! I requested […] a first floor, non smoking room, away from the traffic and they put me in a 2nd floor walk up right next to the highway! I am handicapped so it was painful and difficult to climb stairs, and it felt like I was sleeping on the highway! Impossible to block the sounds of trucks, cars and the highway traffic. Devamı

I strongly dislike overpaying for a hotel room, especially if I know I will not be using it except to sleep and shower. I chose the Super 8 because it was located right next door to the conference hotel where I was attending a 4 day meeting. The staff were polite, but could not be moved from behind the glass check in window. Recommend this hotel? The room was clean and quite. The pillows could be better. We were up there for NASCAR, and the motel is about a 20 min drive to the Auto Club Speedway. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Their breakfast is only good for a quick bit. I would stay again.

Roomed smelled, pizza guy shows up at 1:50 in the AM knocking on my nieghbors door...waking me up! Everything in room was out dated. But, the people up front where nice, but that does not make up for the lousy room and horrible conditions!

he price was way too highfor this room considering we stayed the night before at the Hilton at Universal City Walk for $30 more. Possibly due to an event in town, upon check-in the staff was very clear that they would throw us out immediately for various offenses. Overall it served the purpose. It was a great value, the room was clean, bed was comfy, water stayed hot, and even at 2 am the staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean , kind of small . But had a great stay ! I've been to bad hotels & this by far is a good one .. Right around restaurants as well .. & staff was friendly ! Cheap room too .. I'd stay here again !

towels are really scratchy

I really enjoyed staying here the towels are better quality the room has a mini fridge and microwave. The price is right also for a weekend stay, I will be back.

i wanted to save a little money from stay at Best Western however you get what you pay for, the pillows were flat and you only got 2 standard size pillow for a queen bed, the bathroom toliet had a leak and water was every where. every time you turned the tv off and back on it would be full blast on the volume. the breakfast was very little just waffle, […] toast,juice, muffins, coffee. beds were firm for sure. bathrooms very small, the neighbors tv very loud all night so not much sleep. There are many resturants near by to eat which is good. but rooms could be better maintained. Devamı

Not a bad stay for the price. rooms were a little small, and mine was quite noisey, close to freeway.

The first thing is that the keys they gave us did not work. The second thing is that the toilette did not flush. The carpet was dirty and the chairs were black when they were supposed to be red. Nothing has been deep cleaned in the room for a long time. We had someone come in to fix the toilette for it to work on one flush and then break again.

I was very pleased with my stay at this Super 8. The Gentleman who checked me in was very nice and very helpful with restaurant suggestions in the area.The room was small but cozy.The bed was very comfortable.Room included micro,fridge,iron/board and looked newly renovated.It is close to the freeway,but they have good windows to block out the noise.I […] was very pleased with the breakfast in the morning...they had a waffle machine to make your own waffles.If I need to stay in this area in the future, I would stay here again !! Not a bad choice for the price. Staff was responsive to requests. Located close to the 215 freeway. Room is average, bed is comfortable and bathroom is decent. Would not mind staying there again.

people working there were very helpfull and hospitable.

The service, bar none ,was excellent. The staff were very friendly, warm and accommodating. There were only 2 things I found to be lacking... the security bolt on our door was missing and the carpets and couch needed to be cleaned. The beds were comfortable and the maid service was timely and eager to help, wait for us to tell them when to clean the […] room or whatever we needed. Devamı

Although the price was right and location convenient, the extremely low price of the room definitely seemed to attract a certain clientele that, in my opinion, was a bit creepy. I guess you get what you pay for.

This one night stay seemed to be a great value. Clean room, friendly staff, quite. I will return to this property in the future when my business takes me to San Bernardino.

already said most of the stuff before but parking was a little bad late at night had to park in ihop parking lot right in front. but ihop was right their as a plus lol

It is what you should expect for your money. Prices were a bit marked up due to it being Nocturnal weekend. Room was small and no frige but it was fine for its purpose. Right next to ihop which helped in the morning after Nocturnal. Not too clsoe to the NOS center but oh well.

We checked into the hotel which is back behind an I Hop restaurant in a darker parking lot. The man talked to us though bullet proof glass and that was my first indication we were in a bad area. I have never been to this place in California but i think some where like the Hilton or a better hotel with more security would be a comfort.

Perfect Motel 8..clean, close to food & freeway, very quiet considering freeway is so close. fridge, Micro, hi speed Int..net. All cable channnels one needs. Perfect for salesman on route that needs place to crash...

they went out of their way to make sure that we gave a great review
