Great spa, wonderful food, and fantastic service! Took the enitre family and they all were sad to go back to reality. True Paradise!

Generously sized room, amazing pool and stunning, gorgeous amenities and setting. Lovely staff too. We went way above our budget to splurge on some birthday luxury for 2 nights, so were expecting a lot. For the high price tag, however there were a few missing basics for us. "Ouch" when we were required to pay an extra $50 per person for the "service […] package" - for the privilege of parking our car in the parking lot plus a couple of other extras we didn't want or need. Also the terrace cafe section closes between 11am and 4.30pm, so there is nowhere in the hotel you can buy a cappucino during this gtime, which we found odd for an international standard resort. While there is free wifi if you have your laptop with you (which we didn't), the internet in the business centre charges 50c per minute - way too steep if you need to catch up on business or relatives . Fortunately we received a complimentary voucher! when there were no $15 vouchers available form the business centre. Devamı

Everything was really wonderful, just beware of all the extra costs they dont tell you about/add on for taxes and gratuity.

If you have kids, this is the place to go in Kauai. They have great facilities for them, lagoon, water slide, pools, swimming river etc. Very clean, properly maintained hotel, friendly staff, great variety of food/restaurants. Couldn't have been better. Golf course connected to this hotel is probably the best golf course in Hawaii. I played there with […] my kids (4 and 6) and no problems. Hotel difficult to find as not well sign posted, so take a map. Also on large grounds so rooms are also not easy to find. Fabulous breakfast though expensive even with 2 for 1 package as compulsory 20% tip included. I fell on wet tiles that were not sign posted" slippery when wet " Staff responded quickly to suggestions of warning others , however […] were only apologetic and helpful on my return home. I had a fractured wrist and ruptured thumb tendon, so this fact coloured my stay. Devamı

Loved the feeling of looking from my balcony to the lush grounds towards the ocean. The property was amazing. I feel they need to open a morning place to gather and have a mimosa or bloody Mary, coffee or breakfast by the lagoon. No alcohol is served till 11:00am. Loved the relaxed feel I experienced spending time at the resort.

This hotel is amazing!!!! From the moment you step out of your transport and enter the huge foyer to viewing the spectacular grounds it will take you back a step. The Poipu Bay 18 hole golf course is something to experience, the grounds are just beautiful. The choice of restaurants is great, the staff are very helpful and lovely. If you have kids, this is the place to go. Their swimming pool is great and kids camp is awesome for parents. Want to go their again.

Location, Facility and Staff were exceptional. Have planned another vacation there already. If you want to experience quality Grand Hyatt is worth every penny.

Every person is different and their needs are different depending on the purpose of the trip. The Hyatt was very luxurious and comfortable. Expect additional fees an overpriced (but lovely) spa. Also, if you splurge to go for a beach view, then expect to walk 15-20 mins. to the self parking. We found that this was the downside that we would have liked […] to be different about our trip. It would take forever to go to our car. Also, they do not rent out luggage carts without a bell boy, so expect to tip while you are there as well... While the Grand Hyatt is big, and beautiful, it seems a little too pre-planned. Perhaps if you are traveling with kids, it would be best option on the island. The food is expensive for what you get: $15 for a daiquiri, $60 for breakfast on any given day. If your a foodie and grow tired of the typical tourist food, I recommend going to Living Foods […] down the road for an excellent breakfast for half the cost. I'd say my favorite part was the salt-water lagoon. It was like swimming in nature, but never having to deal with nature. :) Devamı

Hotel is very nice, we had a reasonable room rate even if all the extras were quite expensive. We had a garden view (partial ocean) room and there was a nice garden in front with two amaca. Breakfast area was quite busy and noisy but we had no waiting time anyway. Restaurants are all nice and reasonable quality. Fitness center is wonderful. Complex […] is so big that reaching yr room takes 10 mins from the lobby. Generally we enjoyed a lot. Devamı

My family of 4 stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 8 nights and didn't have a single negative experience! We absolutely loved the beautiful accommodations and found the staff to be extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was the best resort experience we've ever had! This hotel exceeded all expectations and believe me I have high expectations. The service was top rate, all th employees were genuinely friendly and helpful. The facility was spectacucular. I would return to this hotel if possible in the future.

Hotel was very beautiful. Service was first class. Food was very good but very expensive. Lots of local places to eat but dot miss Pomodoras, GREAT Italian food and lots of it. On the beach restaurant good. Red Salt restaurant we did not like, very expensive very small portions. We stoped by all the other hotels on the island to see there property and […] Hyatt was by far the best on the island. St. Regis was second best but very rainy on the north side of the island. Words can't describe the beauty of the Hyatt property. Great hotel for kids if they don't eat too much. Live, Love, Laugh and Travel life is too short. Devamı

Bathtub Drain Issue. My wife had to wait for 5-8minuntes for her turn since it drained so slow. Called the front desk for repair. Same problem on the 2nd day! Called again! Don't know if it will be fixed. You gotta be patient!!

The property is exceptional! Hands-down the best resort we have ever stayed. We were there for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room, provided a complimentary bottle of champagne, discounts at the Spa, and more. The hotel was very nice and service staff were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but more functional than luxurious. The grounds, pools and beach were REALLY NICE! We never wanted to leave the resort for entertainment! We did, however, get tired of being charged a premium for food and amenities. Blow up intertubes cost a fee, rental […] kayaks were a fee and so forth. We left the resort for meals to get something a bit more affordable and also found their food and alcohol specials were good. The kids loved the lazy river, water slide and salt water lagoon and my son and I did have a free scuba intro lesson in the lagoon. Tipping all the staff became tiresome and there was also a mandatory hotel service fee that went to tips as well. We overall enjoyed our stay and felt very pamperred at the Hyatt, but were glad to get back to realistic prices and tipping procedures when we returned home. Devamı

Everyone was welcoming and very attentive. Our room was comfortable & clean, however it did need a mini update considering the cost of the room. The grouds are beautiful and there were many activites and entertainmant provided w/o additional cost. I would recommend this hotel for newlyweds, families and for the young at heart!

Based on the previous reviews of this hotel, we were expecting an amazing experience. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We stayed a total of 10 nights for a mixture of personal and business reasons. The hotel played host to atleast 3 different conferences which filled up the pools, bars, and restaurants really quickly. We ate at all the restaurants […] as well as ordered room service and we were not impressed. The quality of the room service was definitely not worth the price at all, and there was little variety and choice. In addition, the hotel has a fee for any outside alcohol that you bring on to the property, but we never got caught, so we didn't have to pay the fine, backpacks are good for hiding bottles of wine. We booked a waterfront king, which is one of the nicest rooms available, and it was dark, dingy, out of date, and very far away from the hotel entrance. Our room also overlooked the neighboring beach access parking lot, which was very loud and unsightly. We also had major issues with the housekeeping staff because we would somehow manage to miss her time to clean our room no matter what time we ended up leaving the room for the day. The only things this hotel has going for it are the pool and the spa. Both of which were the best we had ever been to. The beach is not swimmable but there are so many pools to keep you busy, that you will not miss the ocean. All in all, we were so disappointed with what we got for the money, that we will never stay here again. Devamı

We loved this hotel at first, the service was outstanding, the pool and grounds were stunning, the breakfast buffet, restaurants and room service were delicious. Then on Saturday night we were blasted by a rock concert right outside our window. We had a 2 month old baby with us and were put in a wing with lots of other kids and families. Our baby wouldn't […] sleep, and it was so loud that my husband and I couldn't hear each other speak. Other babies were screaming in other rooms. We had been considering staying for longer, but after that we complained and checked out. The other negative is that the maids are really sloppy. There was a dirty yellowed Q-tip on the floor of our room when we checked in, and another day the maids left the dirty pillow slips just dumped by the bed. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a fabulous pool with a water slide and everything. The service was great and the spa was wonderful. I can't wait to return.

The hotel itself is beautiful, in great condition and spotless. We loved our room, the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great time here, the pool situation is great even providing an adults only section for all of us out there not looking to be around kids on our vacation. Grand Hyatt is a fabulous place to stay, and maybe worth the $$ if you plan to sit at the hotel all day. The pools and facilities are amazing, but we spent a lot of time away from the hotel, so the extra $$ weren't worth it for us. I might add this place as a 1-2 night stay at the end of a vacation when you want to relax by the pool and have a couple […] of nice meals, but if you want to see Kauai, stay at a cheaper place -- a nice room is a nice room, if that is all you are going to use. 一流ホテルの名に恥じない、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 ホテルの中は何処を歩いても、美しく芽を奪われます。ホテル内の食事も美味しくて、日本人の口には合うと思います。 時間があれば、一日ホテルの中や周囲の探索でゆっくり過ごしたいですね。ゆっくりリゾートできるホテルです。 ただし宿泊１泊ごとにリゾート税２５ドルがかかりました。予め分かっていると嬉しいです。

小さいありが部屋の中に結構いました。大自然のロケーションなので仕方がないかもしれませんがHotel全体の満足度は非常に高かっただけにありんこは残念でした。 プールが充実しておりのんびりとした時間を過ごせました。あり対策が施されていればぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。

プールからは最も離れた端の方の部屋で、とにかくロビーからの距離が長く、最初はがっかりしました。が、慣れてみるとビーチへの近道も見つけられ、閑静でむしろ良かったです。 （部屋が真南向きなので、南十字星も見えました！） 建物の構造自体が複雑なため、コインランドリーにたどり着くのにも迷子になりかけたほどですが、建物全体が美しくて迷子も楽しかったです。 プールはとにかく広くて奇麗。作りも多様で一日いても全く飽きません。特にラグーンがよかった！ チェアで寝転がっていたら、アイスや冷たいおしぼりをサービスで配っていました。 ホテル前の海は余程泳げる人でないと、無理そうな波でしたが、サーファーを見ているのも楽しかったです。 ホテル全体で、スタッフの姿勢に、心地よい丁寧さとフレンドリーさを感じました […] 。 レンタカー無しで行ったため、ポイプの町までの出方がわからず、結局、ポイプビーチに行きそびれました。ホテルからシャトルバスが出ていればよいのになぁ、という点だけ残念でした。 Devamı

デラックスオーシャンフロントにとまりました　海はもちろん部屋からみえる庭もきれいで快適なステイとなりました　ホテルは広々していてプールに一日いてもあきることはありませんし欲しいものがあれば係の人が持ってきてくれます　ジムもあるので適度に運動することもできまたホテルの周辺の散策も気持ちのいいものでした　海には亀さんも泳いでいてとてもかわいかったです

大規模でゴージャス、でも雰囲気はオールドハワイアンでアジアチックでステキ。とにかく満点、とにかくうっとり夢見心地、また行きたいホテルの一つです。バスタブ付き（独立したシャワーブースがないのが少し残念ですが、十分広くて使い勝手のいいバスルームです）、洗面所も広々していて洗面ボウルも2個あります（友人との旅行だったので、各自専用の洗面ボウルが使えて、支度も手早くできます）。そしてバスルームの中にトイレがあるのですが、トイレにもドアがあるので、たとえば友人がトイレを使っている間、洗面所で私が歯を磨くなんてこともできて、ほんとに機能的です。そして部屋の広さも十分、天井がめっちゃ高いので余計広く感じます。そして庭の広さもすごい！大規模ホテルですが、敷地が広いのでお客さんが分散するせいか、混雑している感 […] じはしませんでした。またレストランもドンデロス（日・月曜日は休みだそうです）とタイドプール（ハワイアンキュイジーヌ）に行きましたが、雰囲気もお味も最高。バレットパーキングに一回10ドル取られるのはちょっと残念でした（私の英語力がないせいか、有料であることがよくわからず、チェックアウト時に請求書を見てビックリしました）。でもまた行きたいです。 Devamı
