Novotel Manchester West - Manchester

Room is clean and tidy but you have to pay for the WIFI. Just suitable for those driving their own cars. Very far from the city centre and the bus just arrived once an hour. Don't stay here if you are just going to Old Trafford though it's not far from it, there are no direct transport. Only good for those love hiking and countryside. EVERYTHING WAS FINE SPACIOUS ROOM VERY CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION ONLY ONE PROBLEM THE COST OF BREAKFAST PITY

Person at reception gave me and my family a warm welcome. Kind and Friendly. Room was conveniently located on ground floor, luck I think. Overall great hotel, clean, and modern.

My second stay at this hotel. Excellent value for money, room spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Hotel food expensive but there's a large pub/restaurant nearby which is much cheaper to eat at. Hotel staff very polite, friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this to others, very good overall.

stayed at novotel manchester west for manchester derby and even though united got beat had a fantastic stay was there with my wife and two kids room was spacious and clean breakfast inluded in price was fantastic both beds were comfy highly recommended

A very clean well kept hotel, with plenty of facilities at the actual hotel and also in the surrounding towns. Enjoyed my stay there it is a true "home" away from home.

I found the Novotel very convenient when visiting West Manchester. I booked online for a smoking room but when I arrived I was not given one. Although the bathroom was cleaned daily and the staff were extremely curtious and polite. I noticed that when one leaned over the sink to brush one's teeth the stench from the sink drain was overpowering and off […] putting. I think a review of the drains cleansing from each room should be considered in the near future. Devamı

nice modern hotel. Obviously aims at the weekday business traveller but good weekend rates, except it was not clear from the booking that breakfast was extra at £13.95 each. A little over the top!!. Interesting that it has a nice garden and play area for children and unusaul an open air swimming pool.

2 + 2 stayed for 1 night only, kids had sofa bed which was already set up for us which was a bonus. Compact room but perfectly okay for one night, very warm at night. Outdoor pool and playground but we didn't use. Excellent breakfast but ours was inc in room price, not sure I would have paid £13.95 each for it. Upon arrival the impression is of a very sophisticated hotel with what looks like a recently refurbished interior, very smart. The decor and seating is very appealing, not to austentatious but smart and modern nonetheless. The gym although not use by myself looked comprehensive considering the size of room it was placed within which was compact to say […] the least. The room was of a standard you would expect from this caliber of hotel (aka Prem Inn level) and the amenities were fashionably modern without being too disfunctional. The bed and sofa were both comfortable. A nice touch was the call from reception asking about the condition of the room and was I happy, which was carefully timed to co-incide with me being in the room for about 5 mins so a fresh impression could be obtained by me and passed on. Overall a pleasant stay however the prices of the drinks and food in the bar and hotel restaurant do not make for an affordable night in when there is a fantastic pub just 30 yards from the entrance to the car park! A great deal of money was saved by dining out, so the hotel could do with looking at the selection of foods it is offering to guests and the prices it is expecting its guests to pay. Devamı

Clean and comfy, good value for the price. Shower leaked but otherwise very good.

This hotel was bright and spacious. The room was very big with a bed, sofa and desk. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint is that, at £13.95, the breakfast is very expensive. There isn't much other choice around for breakfast and they are taking advantage of this.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all was the kiddies outdoor play area, kept them busy for some time. Only criticism is that carpets in room are a bit dated and family room a bit cramped when sofa beds are pulled out. We were visiting Manchester for a family gathering and the hotel was the most ideally located for our needs. As a family of four we were provided with the sofa bed made up as as two singles beds and the children found them comfortable as was the main bed in the room. The temperature in the room was a little warm for our liking but other than that we […] could not fault the room. We particularly enjoyed breakfast with a large variety of breakfast items on offer. The food was frshly prepared and the pastries were delicious. There is an indoor play area for the children and with books, building blocks and computer games and this was very popular with the children. Very run down. Rooms looked like they really needed a brush up. Ok, fair enough that beds etc cost and are a hastle to change. But a kettle which you don't know is on or off... No light indicator... And so slow to start up we had to call reception! Surely that can be swapped for a tenner? Staff were friendly though, no complaints at all.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for Manchester Airport. Nice to have lesiure facilities and child friendly. However my only moan has to be the heat of the rooms. - tropical! Couldn't sleep for the heat. Must have been 25C at least and the window baqrely opened. Nice bathroom although separate loo was a pain. Went for the buffet breakfast which my daughter […] and husband though was fab. Sort out your heating/cooling system and we'll be back in October! Devamı

First impressions are of a very modern well run hotel we stayed on the hottest weekend of the year so the outdoor pool was a bonus!! Rooms are functional and you can pay extra to have internet access and movies remember this is a 3 star hotel. The restaraunt is excellent a bit of the pricey side but for the quality and service is worth the extra. Worsley […] itself well I grew up here so have lots of happy memories of the place if your looking for a decent standard of accomodation at a good price then look no further!! Devamı
