otel ve hizmet çok kaliteli. personel güleryüzlü, sadece biraz asansörler yetersiz kalıyor...

The online picture makes it look like this is a totally secluded, romantic getaway. Had the picture been taken from the reverse side you would have seen that there is a busy residential and business area right across the street from the hotel. No iron and ironing board, no coffee pot with nice tray of assorted coffee and teas and no clock! We came back […] after a grueling 1st day of sightseeing, shopping and walking on those cobblestone streets, only to find our room not made. The breakfast buffet : We asked for water not realizing their was a water and juice area. We paid 7 lira for a liter of water that I got at a grocery store for 1 lira. You are encouraged to eat lunch which is 19.50 lira, which we did one day. It was ok. We tried a dinner buffet once. The attendant said it was 21.50 when I asked how much. What I didn't know is he meant 21.50 Euro. Pretty deceiving. 19.50 lunch, 21.50 dinner; except one is lira, the other is in Euro. The only thing positive in my experience at the Dedeman,was the General Manager, Nihad who was professional, very charming and very concerned about making us happy after the unmade room fiasco. He even brought his Hospitality Director out and introduced her to us to reassure us that any issues with our room again should be brought up directly to her and he guaranteed us all problems would be corrected immediately. He was serious about this. That's a great General Manager. He would be the only reason I would ever stay there again! Devamı

This is absolut one of the best alternatives for Antalya. The hotell has everything you can ask to expend a nice holidays together with the family. It's quite, it's nice, the gym and swiming pool are very good and the massage room unbelievable! The hotel is very good situated and you can reach the old town in about 20 min walk... Don't miss the haircut […] deparment where they can make you new! Prices are very good and the service exellent. Ask for the guy with glasses and he will take care of you. The hotel at one point must have been very elegant. Our first room was aged and like similar to a motel in the US with leaking air through windows, old carpet, sagging bed. The hotel moved us at our request to a newly rennovated room, quite nice. Sea views are spectacular. Hospitality was good, but do expect a cultural barrier or difference that will […] strain your patience. Example of this is at the security door check, the locals walk through but the foreigners were stopped and questioned about their rooms and number of guests. While I was fine with it, it was a drag, and other guests were clearly irritated by it. Breakfast buffet was included and pretty nice, free WI-FI also a plus. Pool, gym and sauna very nice, but againt more catered to local clientele guests with subscriptions than visiting hotel guests. While I'd recommend this hotel, there were many others along the waterfront strip that I probably should have looked at. Devamı

The hotel location was great and the outdoor facilities were good. However, the floor we were on was dated and tired/old.

Everything was perfect. Restaurant buffet was very good and fitness facility was well-equipped. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Antalya

The hotel was very nice, the location is good as the moals & resturants are not far from the hotel and the view from sea side was wonderful

Hotellet har mange gode kvaliteter, men inntrykket ble ødelagt av de negative. Vi frøs om natten, det var ikke nok tepper og det var ikke mulig å varme opp rommet nok. Vi satte på klimaanlegget, men den ga ikke nok effekt og den bråkte så mye at det var umulig å sove. Madrassen i senga var alt for hard. Tilsammen ble natten en ubehagelig opplevelse. […] Middagen og lunchen i Brasseriet var kjedelig. Vi prøvde fisken, men fikk noen gamle stykker som var uspiselig. Vi liker god vin, men avsto fra å kjøpe på grunn av de vanvittige høye prisene. Dette ødela mye av oppholdet vårt. Devamı

Rommet vi fikk lå ideellt. I skyggen hele dagen og flott utsikt til vannet og innover mot byen. Det passet fint når temperaturen lå rundt 30. Frokosten var meget bra, godt utvalg. Mulighetene for bading og soling var bra. Ellers flere andre gode tilbud som vi ikke benyttet denne gangen.

Detta hotell är verkligen ett hotell för alla reseneärer. En weekend kan ge dig vila i havsklippa , samt skön swimmingpool , och även till barn och andra vuxna ett fantastiskt Aqualand, i anknytning till hotellet. Det var även beläget i ett område med varuhus och storstadskänsla.

Rigtig godt hotel med gode faciliteter. Vi havde en junior suite og tilstanden var meget godt. Det er tæt på Antalya centrum. Det tog ca. 10 minutter med taxa og kostede 10-15 TYL med taxa. Der er gode foretninger og restauranter omkring hotellet.

Hotel is ok - eten is fantastisch - ligging is prima - personeel vriendelijk en netjes- goede internet verbinding Service was goed -probleem is de taal: ze spreken onvoldoende engels. Communiceren niet eenvoudig. OK voor vakantie wat lastiger voor de business reiziger. De kamer: ik kreeg een rokers kamer-- zelfs de föhn was doordrongen met rooklucht […] VIES!!!! Devamı

Jag rekomenderar hotelet , den är riktigt bra hotell men en sak måste jag berätta det är bara delux rummen som är fint och ny renoverade och inte när man bokar standard rum jag vet detta eftersom jag själv hade bokat delux men sen när vi bokade en annan rum på samma hotell fast standard rum jag kände inte igen hotellet det var inte längre en 5 * hotell […] utan som en 3* det var synd men allt annat var perfekt. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and a great bar and balcony to enjoy it. The hotel is definitely not new but the lobby, bar, and balcony as well as rooms from the 1-4 floor have been modernised. in dieser Jahreszeit sind es vor allem die Busreisenden, die das Hotel füllen, die Reception ist dann überlastet und man wartet ewig auf seinen 'check-in' . die Lärmdämmung in den Zimmern ist schlecht, bereits sehr früh am Morgen wird man schon durch die abreisenden Bustouristen geweckt. Die fünf Sterne sind sehr übertrieben! Die Zimmer zur Strasse […] haben erheblichen Strassenlärm, Fenster zu öffnen unmöglich! Devamı

Veldig bra hotell, med mange business folk. Dette er en convention center hvor alle business folka samles for konferanse og utstilling. Frokost var vedlig bra, rommet var stor, ren og komfortabel. Tyrkiske hamam i underetasjen var veldig ren og fin, i tilegg til basseng og vannpark. Belligenheten var perfekt med restauranter og barer rundt omkring. […] Absolutt beste hotell i Antalya. Dette hotellet er nær sentrum/old town til antalya. Jeg anbefaler ikke hotellene i Lara-Kundu området siden det ikke er noen ting der og 20km vekk fra sentrum. A brief description of our trip down there: We were four boys who were on holiday in Antalya. We looked initially at Booking.com much, but because of the high prices we were forced to find deals elsewhere. From there we found a good deal for Dedeman Convention Center on Hotels.com, which we paid before departure. We took the plane to Cologne in Germany […] and then from there to Antalya. We arrived in Antalya the 01/07-2010 00.04 at night. The problem was so that we came too early and the hotel is only accepting new customers after 12 , which of course was our own fault, and therefore we should walk around in Antalya city in eight hours of heat and without sleep. This was obviously not so great. When we entered the hotel we saw an incredibly poor service from the concierge staff. They were incredibly rude and indifferent. But the hotel's appearance and activities were really great. During our 10 days, we were much at the hotel, because we wanned to try swimming pool, massage, table tennis, being on the private beach, gym, diving (some activities were however too expensive), aqua park, which was free! The hotel's location was super, it was close to shops and center, and overall a good experience. Burger King, MacDonald's, Starbucks, Dominoes Pizza, were within 300 meters. We got room on the eighth floor and the wireless LAN could not reach up there, which was negative! The standard hotel room we got was okay, the furniture was old and could clearly be seen that this five-star hotel was an old hotel and close to a four-star hotel. Generally, however, it was a good experience, a good holiday. We can build on three social classes: a middle class, an upper class, a lowerclass. Upper class: If you are looking for absolute luxury, and have money and desire for it, so do not choose this hotel, although we as four young people were satisfied with our holiday and experience of the hotel, this hotel was clearly not a luxury hotel. Dedeman Antalya is a very nice hotel, built in the late 80's and refurbished later on if I remember correctly. We were a group of friends on holiday, and we felt we didn't quite fit in here. It felt like a high-class hotel for turkish and russian people mostly. Not for some scandinavians on vacation. But nevertheless the people working there were really […] nice, though their english knowledge not so good. But with some explaining, they will understand you. This hotel has everything you need, you dont need to leave it, they have everthing from shops to barber to a huge water park (free entrance for guests). It was not allowed to take beverages or food into the hotel wich was quite a bummer for us, as the prices at Dedeman was expensive. Devamı
