Staybridge Suites Chatsworth - Chatsworth

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a noise issue with some partying guests next door and the hotel staff took care of it immediately. Would stay here again.

We stayed here over Christmas to visit relative in Chattsworth. We have two small dogs and they are very accomdating.All the suites along one side of the complex is pet friendly, so we had no trouble booking a pet room.The room was very clean. The breakfast was good too. The only downside is the surrounding area is a little industrial. But, it was not […] noisy at all. Stayed over Christmas weekend, got a great rate for a full one bedroom suite with full kitchen plus full breakfast with lots of options that changed daily. Kids loved the waffle maker, there were also eggs (not the best), oatmeal, bacon one day, biscuits and gravy the next. Room was clean however there is no housekeeping service on the weekend so plan […] accordingly. Thankfully we had grabbed some extra towels early. TV's are the old style but this was not a deal breaker. Location was convenient to the freeway, Starbucks, and everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay again. We stayed here for just one night, but it was very nice. Hotel staff were courteous, place was clean, room was more than we expected, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. We didn't get a chance to see or use the pool or jacuzzi, but wish we did.

Comfortable surroundings. I think it may be close to needing renovations though. The sofa looked old, the TV's were not flat screen as is common now in the industry. Staff was very pleasant! Location was good for our needs.

We chose this hotel, as they indicated they were pet friendly, the pet charge was four to five times that of any place we stayed during our 12 day trip. It was a punative fee versus a pet friendly fee, this especially given the fact that our room was so dirty. The carpets in the room were so filthy, we had to wear our shoes to keep our feet clean. My check in was bad. We did not get the room that we asked and had to take a less convenient arrangement. The check in staff were not interested in fixing the problem instead blamed the reservation process. Although the room was good for what it is, but that was not what we reserved.

I have stayed at Staybride before in other locations. This location was not as good as others I have used but it was adequate. Staybridge is an all suites hotel which I really like. It's nice having a full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Free breakfast is another plus at Staybridge but can vary from location to location and as I learned on this […] stay it can vary from day to day at a single location. This Staybridge uses those small square fat pillows on the beds, I find these very hard to use and get comfortable with. They are too thick and too small in every other dimension. On the first day we got to breakfast at 9:15am. Breakfast ends at 9:30am. The breakfast area was a train wreck. Nobody was keeping in clean. I got a bit of food and noticed they were already taking down the breakfast area. I asked what time it was, they said 9:15 and I asked why they were taking the breakfast area down before 9:30. They offered to get me any food I wanted that they had already taken down while they continued to take down everything. Needless to say I was not happy about this. The next morning I went to breakfast around 7:30am. A different person was working the breakfast area, but it was spotless and well stocked and the person was out there continuously maintaining the area. A major improvement from the day before. The shower made an awful high pitch whining sound. I was eventually able to make it go away with some jiggling of the shower head and the diverter. When I checked in (unlike other Staybridges I stayed at) there were no fresh baked (or otherwise) complimentary cookies. Too bad, this was always a nice touch. Kitchen was nice and clean, TV's worked great (no picture or noise problems). While not up to par with other Staybridges I have stayed in I would still stay here again. We were in a two bedroom suite. Was very spacious and quiet. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again.

I needed 3 nights in the LA area to travel around and not inside LA. The location fit that very much. The hotel has great service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Clean rooms and facility. Staff ready to be helpful. I am grateful for the availability of the kitchen. Coming from recycling conscious Seattle, I wish there was recycling, especially for the free USA Today newspapers that they give out with breakfast.

The service was good. But don't get rooms near the pool if you plan to sleep in. The walls are not well insulated and heard alarm clock going off from next door. The room was clean and roomy.

Our stay was very pleasant and quiet, no street traffic was heard. The breakfast buffet was good, someone know how to make good salsa in the kitchen. The rooms were clean. The beds were a little soft. Our only complaint is when you need a room for six people with a kitchen, a larger trash can would be helpful.

Our reservation was confused but the great staff at Staybridge Suites figured out how to accommodate us on a very busy weekend. The down side was that all they had left was a smoking room and it did smell like smoke. The good news is that the rest of the property was in good shape and we had a nice stay. We called hotels.com to make a reservation for a non-smoke room. Arrived on New Year's Eve around 10pm and found only a smoking room was waiting for us. With two young kids a smoking room is not acceptable so we were calling hotels.com to cancel it. Finally the lady in the front desk finally gave us a non-smoke room in empathy of two small kids waiting. […] The suite turned out to be nice and clean, very comfortable. And the free breakfast was much better than expected. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere but we found a nice park nearby (Stoney Point Park) for hiking and horses to watch and feed. Devamı

The lack of nearby restaurants or bar/grills is a major drawback--even like an Applebee's or full service coffee shop. Nearby fast food ranges from bad to fair. The surrounding neighborhood is a mix of light industrial and residential but isolated from anything interesting. The facility itself is attractive and well-maintained except for a strong cleaning […] chemical smell in the room. The hotel does provide a very good hot full-service breakfast and inviting (albeit small) pool. Overall, I prefer to stay at a much better, more convenient location, which is possible in the region at a comparable rate. Devamı

I just needed to get away and rest -- that is exactly what I got! It was quiet, the shower was awesome, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, the bed was very comfortable.. and the staff made sure that I would not be disturbed at all. I didn't want to leave.

Staff was friendly; breakfast was pretty good; I liked that they offered a feather pillow in the room; having a full (although small) kitchen made a longer stay pleasant and less expensive.

Excelent service, wonderful breakfast,, Room temoerature was right, everything was great, I will stay at this hotel anytime.

Great value for the area. Puts you right in the center of things. Six Flags 20 minutes away. Beaches 40 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend this Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. They each had their own individual air conditioning units and, kitchens. The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very accomidating. To anyone staying in the west san fernando valley, I would say... Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
