Staybridge Suites Atlanta Perimeter Center West - Atlanta

The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely courteous. Our room was not the one I had booked online. I booked a 2 bdrm suite and we were given a 1 bdrm suite. The staff was able to move us to the correct room. However, we had to pay an additional $20 for the upgrade. It was a great hotel! Very friendly service, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Front desk clerk was a very friendly lady! Loved that it wasnt right in the middle of town but not to far from anything!

The location was great. The free breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

The suite that I was given was VERY nice, but the hotel itself is hard to find even with a GPS system, the address didn't come up. The front signage is too small and low to the ground to be easily seen. Even our cab driver had a problem locating it. Once we were there, it was very nice. There is no elevator available, so we had to carry our own bags […] up the flight of stairs. The room was refreshed during the stay, but the trash was not removed from the counter top...seemed a little odd to me. Devamı

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I absolutely love it here. The staff was awesome, the bed was comfy, and the area is extremely nice.

I needed rooms for my family for a weekend and the place was great. Rooms very clean, breakfast was tasty, and we even had to use the business center and there were no problems. The best part was it was a big weekend for the city of Atlanta so I thought the hotel wouldn't provide the best service, but they proved me wrong. Great job!!!

Great stay. Nice size room with a full kitchen. Not a kitchenette. Closed off and very quiet. Close to shopping and mall. FULL BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING!!! Big plus. Will stay again.

We had a great time at this Staybridge located near Perimeter mall in Atlanta! The service was EXCELLENT! The sofa bed was our only compliant as it wasn't the softest or cleanest. However the room was large for a suite with two bathrooms with a large vanity each, perfect for a girls trip! The location definitely called for taking a taxi into the Buckhead […] area but it wasn't bad. Definitely worth the money we saved! The breakfast provided by the hotel was surprisingly well stocked as well. We plan to return to Atlanta in a couple months for a concert and will most likely stay at this hotel next time too! Devamı

I wish there had been more trash cans in the room (for those who cook in the kitchen provided) and the parking decal were not inforced so we came back to the hotel to find all spaces filled and no where to park. I also hated that we were on teh third floor without an elevator. The room was lovely though and we enjoyed the living room space and kitchen. […] If I had a big bridal party to accommodate, this is the type of hotel I would book. Devamı

This hotel is a good value. It had a full kitchen in my room and free breakfast. The thing I didn't like about it was it very very uncomfortable. The sofa and chairs had backs that were so straight up and hard that the only place to sit in the room was the bed - and it wasn't that comfortable. The linens felt old and worn out. this was my second time staying at this hotel. everything was great. the young lady named michelle at the front desk was helped and got us checked in with no problems. i was also able to spin the wheel at the front desk i won 5 dollars to spend in the convenient store. the room was clean and looked exactly like the pics on the net. i enjoyed my stay […] and will be back again when in town. It was too far from downtown Atlanta and Stone mountain where we went to during the trip. If I am going there again I'd rather spend $50 more to stay at somewhere better in Atlanta downtown. The room had a very bad smell. The staff was nice.

Older building but room very clean, linens comfortable , would stay again. Good value.

At check-in, we were told that our one bedroom non-smoking room was unavailable. They "upgraded us" to a two bedroom. When we got to the door of our room, all you could smell was cigarette smoke. The room was intolerable. When I called down to complain, they moved us into a one bedroom. (That's what the reservation was for anyway!) Over the course of […] three days, our keys stopping working 4 times. (all keys stopped) They said it was because we put them next to our credit cards. One key stayed on the counter and was used for pool access only. Breakfast was very covenant and the coffee was actually drinkable. That was the highlight...oh and checkout. Two things I think should change about this venue. I think the pool and hot tub should be open after 10 p.m. I was not happy when I called the front desk in the evening more than once only to have nobody answer the phone.

i really would recommend staybridge suite in sandy springs,GA. THIS IS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. the comp. breakfast was da bomb. it was great.

The hotel in my opinion was great for the price, the beds were a bit small, and the rooms had some spider webs in the corners above the curtains. Outside the rooms needed to be cleaned, pile up of leaves and other debris. All of the adverse items could be improved with general cleaning. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff was also. The hotel was conveniently located to near by mall, theater and restaurants. It was off the main road which was nice but yet close. It was a nice quiet hotel. We were on the ground floor and we didnt hear people above us. It was pet friendly and they had a walking area for pets which we enjoyed. The rooms are rather small if you have 4 people. The room […] stated a queen size bed but it was a full size. The kitchen area was stocked nicely. Overall a descent place to stay. The breakfast was definately the best I have ever had at a hotel. Gross gross!! Old apt complex turned into skanky hotel. The room was ditty, old candy on the floor, used soap in shower and hair all over bathroom floor. Do not stay here.

This hotel is not your typical, wonderful Staybrige. It is really an apartment complex. Three story buildings - no elevators and not near enough parking. The room was beautiful - from what we saw of it - because we stepped in and right back out. The smell of urine was strong it was nausiating! This is a very good hotel with value for money. We were 4 adults and 2 children. Two bed rooms with TV in each room is very comfortable for adults. Hall Sofa can be converted into a double bed very comfortable for children. TV is present in this room too. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. We used business center to print out some addresses that […] we want to go. It is very near to Atlanta and commute is comfortable. It has other features too., which we did not use. Devamı

I was very pleased with this hotel....the beds were soooooooo comfortable. I found it hard to get out of bed in the morning. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with a full kitchen. The only thing I didn't like was that it didn't have stove & there was only 2 burners....however, that was the least of my worries because we didn't cook a thing. […] living room was pretty big & the bedrooms were spacious. Great location. Convenient to the mall. Nice specialty shops. Fun to look at the surrounding mansions.
