The hotel was a good hotel. My problem was that on the phone and on-line, Hotels.com said I would be getting two queen beds and an indoor pool. My children had to go to the sister hotel next door to go swimming in the indoor pool and the beds were full size beds rather than queen. The Hotel staff was great and the breakfast buffet was good. Was only there for one night, but the front desk staff was very helpful. I had asked for a 3rd floor room after making the reservation thru Hotels.com. Apparently, the request was not noted. But the staff at the front desk were able to get me a room on the 3rd floor. Hotel was clean, up-to-date, easy to access. Would definitely stay there again.

it was very nice quit from the time i checked in to the time i check out i love it the front desket clerk was very help ful and nice the maid service is very nice i will just say i will always stay there when im in mcallen texas

Very clean and comfortable; only stayed one night so was not able to take advantage of the other amenities offered by the hotel; but overall it was a great stay! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very close to shopping, food, airport, and other attractions. Hotel provides a shuttle for nearby locations.

I really was not expecting the level of quality this hotel offered... The staff was friendly helpful to do whatever was needed. Never a "we don't do that" but always, "let's figure out how to accommodate you!" I was very pleased!

Im used to free continental breakfast but this hotel didn't have it so I simply paid for the breakfast but what got me a little irate was that the guest information guide indicated a 24 hr market w/out having to leave the facility and of course it was false. You can hear people walking on the floor above you. Good points, however, are the rooms smelled […] nice and were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds were very clean. All in all I feel the price should have been at least 20% less but I would stay here again if funds arent really an issue for me Devamı

Muy bien todo, precio justo.

料金は比較的高めですが、それに見合う快適さがあります。 プライベートな旅行で利用したいものです。 但し、朝食のメニューを増やしてもらいたい。 もっとも、アメリカだから致し方ないか・・・。

Los cuartos que se sitúan del lado de la alberca hay muchos ruido de los huéspedes que están ahí

El hotel esta muy bien, solo que el servicio de alimentos le falta variedad y que sea más completo lo que ofrecen.

ubicado, calidad y precio

Sin duda alguna, lo más destacable del hotel es su ubicación, a unos minutos caminando de la plaza mall y con restaurantes cerca y facil acceso a la autopista. La habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa, moderna, temperatura ajustable y con 2 características imprescindibles: TV HD y refrigerador. Para el costo, deberian de incluir el desayuno, que por cierto muy rico.

Tener mayor seguridad en la entrada lateral del hotel ya que no cuenta con seguridad alguna

recomiendo ampliamente las habitaciones de este hotel,muy confortables y sileciosas, la decoracion esta muy padre ,tiene gimnasio y alberca .

Excelente ubicación por estar frente al mall.
