My family and I really enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean very comfortable, and service was great !! Just wish the pool was open later.

Good choice of hotel stay when wanting close driving distance to Busch Gardens/Adventure Island and airport

Hotel was clean, rooms were adequate, pool was nice. Good service, bar and food were good as well. I did not necessarily like the general location of the area. I felt that the staff were not really interested in our having a pleasant stay. I felt that somehow they looked down their noses at us.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was excellent. The rug in our room needed to be replaced. There were large stains all over the rug and it looked unclean. That is my only area of dissatisfaction.

This was a "nice" hotel, but NOT a four-star hotel as it was rated. THAT was disappointing! I would NOT recommend this hotel for THAT reason, alone! The restaurant/bar was open and loud, it was a continuation of the Lobby, without anything to absorb the sound. There were only 3 ladies at the bar on Friday night when I was at the front desk, but it sounded […] like 40 people were laughing and talking. The food was terribly marginal and extremely overpriced, not to mention the TERRIBLE wait staff in the restaurant!!! At least have people there who want to wait tables and be pleasant, not people who merely want a paycheck at the end of the week. I have waited tables, I KNEW THAT THE BULK OF MY PAYCHECK was my tips!!! In other words, just do your job, watch your tables, be pleasant!!! I would NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Devamı

If your looking for a convenient, short term hotel close to the airport, this is a great location as they offer free shuttle service. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and personable. The lobby is very nice and they offer great happy hour deals. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Comfortable hotel, great location, close to airport and shopping.

Room was dirty, papers all over the room food in trash, used soap in dish no soap or shampoo. Maid entered room with out knocking. Toilet did not flush

Everything very worn.

I thought this hotel was not as nice as other Wydhams I've stayed in. They didnt have wifi and the broad band connection was not available.

The hotel room was lovely, and we thought all was well when we checked in. The problems began the first morning of our stay. I started to make coffee and found that our coffee maker had no basket for the filter. I tried to call the front desk and learned that the room phone was not operational. I called from my cell phone to report the two problems. […] In about twenty minutes, someone from housekeeping brought a different coffee maker - a single serve with packs of coffee to match. When we returned to our room that evening, the maid had come in. However, she took some towels and did not replace them; she did not empty the trash cans; all the toilet paper was gone; and she brought only one coffee cup and the wrong kind of coffee. We tried to call the front desk and learned that our phone still did not work. My daughter walked down and gave the desk clerk a list of what was missing. Thirty minutes later someone came to fix the phone. Finally, a maid came with the toilet paper, the coffee cup, and the wrong kind of coffee. I had her look at the coffee maker we had. The person who came to fix the phone made a call and obtained the filter basket for the original coffee maker. OK - the problems were eventually resolved. But no toilet paper?? Excuse me, but even the cheapest hotel I have ever stayed in had toilet paper! Devamı

Wonderful service and staff

Very nice, older, upscale hotel. Mattresses could be updated, you could feel the springs. We usually stay at the sister hotel Wyngate which is extremely nice and the beds are fabulous so I expected this to be an upgrade but it was not. Lobby is beautiful and staff were friendly. Conveniently located to everything and all major roads in Tampa.

We stayed 3 nights with our 2 dogs. The rooms aren't sound proof so if you have sound sensitive dogs like ours, get ready. Our room was cleaned the first day, but we had to hunt down new towels because they weren't replaced. No big deal though...they left us one.

This hotel was not bad. For the most part it was good however we were placed on the eleventh floor which was hot. We turned the thermostat as low as possible and it still was not cool. The M&M were awesome concept and we enjoyed them very much. Overall this was not a bad hotel to stay at!

I was in town for only one night but overall I did enjoy my stay. The hotel room was comfortable and relaxing and room service was wonderful. I did, however, have to take an ice cold shower in the morning. Also, the hairdryer was very underpowered. The hotel ended up paying for my roomservice because of the cold shower which I thought was more than […] enough to make up for it. I would consider staying here again. Devamı

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were exceptional. My only complaint was that none of the vending machines or ice machines seemed to be working, on any floor.

Our first stay at a Wyndham started off badly. Our sheets were ripped and our shower curtain liner kept falling down due to old shower rings. We brought our issues to the attention of the manager on duty and they were handled immediately. We returned later to our room to find a hand written note, a platter of baked goodies and an invitation for dinner […] or breakfast. Things happen at hotels all the time, it's how they are handled that will determine if you ever go back. Stellar employees, we would go back. Devamı

Creepy dudes hang out in the bar

The only problem is that the shuttle service did not begin until 5:30. 5:00 would have been perfect. The hotel was gracious enough to pay for the taxi.

Nice clean Hotel. A little older decor but very well kept. Good location right near 275, close by to almost everything. Ample parking with security on weekends, nice lobby, bar and great available breakfast. Overall a nice place to stay, I was there for 4 nights to attend a local school and was very pleased. Hotel staff and services were great. Rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. An odd smell in the hallways, but other than that this hotel was superb.

Great location for the airport and the malls. Easy access to Dale Mabry and the 60 out to Clearwater. Comfortable but a bit pricey for the night I stayed.
