Yea!! The breakfast buffet was exceptionally well stocked. Hot eggs, hash, etc. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The motel was very easy to find and was about 10-15 minutes of all the places we needed to be. The price was good compared to other motels in town. Nay! You know what you're getting if you book a hotel this far out from city center. However, the room was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel is older, could use some updating, but overall a great value.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four (4) nights. It is an excellent place to relax in after a long day at work. The indoor pool and hot tub are very nice. But, the breakfast in the morning and the manager's special (free beer, wine, and appetizers) in the afternoon are the best. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast options are amazing and very appreciated! full breakfast with many choices. Rooms are clean and cared for, staff is friendly and helpful. Even offered a shuttle to my test! Rates are affordable and shopping and lovely dinner choices are close by. Pool and hot tub are warm, why stay anywhere else?

The room was really nice, it included a fridge and microwave (although I don't think all the rooms do). There was free wine, beer, and appetizers from five til seven every evening so that was an unexpected bonus. The only problem was that the room and the hallway smelled like smoke and horrible cleaning products trying to cover it. This hotel offers lots of amenities for the price. Our room featured a very comfortable bed with quality linens, a fridge and microwave and was pleasant and clean. I enjoyed my stay, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and offered a better than expected variety. The pool is small, but it helped that there were very few in it at one time. I liked that it was warm. The front desk staff was friendly and helpfull. After reading the reviews online we decided to stay at Americinn Madison West and we were pleasantly surprised! We found the room and all very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which I found while staying in Madison for work. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and it is located close to just about everything. The breakfast is excellent for this kind of hotel. I love the waffle maker, and so many times at other hotels it is dirty, but not here! The juice is very […] cold, which is a plus, because at so many other establishments it's barely cool. I love the fact that there is a manager's reception with free appetizers and beer/wine (though I doubt I'll be able to use it), as well as adults only time at the pool. We stayed on the third floor the entire floor smelled terrible, It smelled like boiled cabbage. The staff was nice enough but no one could figure out what the horrible smell was coming from/

I especially liked the free apps, beer, and wine from 5-7 every night. People were friendly and the price was great! Probably the quietest room I have stayed in for some time. A+++

I really enjoyed my stay at Americ Inn in Madison. I thought the entire hotel staff were extremely pleasant, and the moring free breakfast was much more than expected. IT filled me up for the whole day!! The location was close to the mall that I was working at for the weekend, and it was close to other store right across the street. Churches were also […] close...and it was so easy to get on and off of the expressway. I would deffinately stay here again, and recommend it. I did not get to use the pool, but I did use the work out room, and it held modern up to date exercise machines that were way better than mine at home. Devamı

HAD PROBLEMS WITH HEATING AND COOLING AND MAINTENANCE WAS NOT VERY GOOD BUT THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE AWESOME. SWITCHED ROOMS AND ALL WAS GOOD. VERY FRIENDLY AND CLEAN

Much better than average breakfast. The room was fine, just a little dusty in places. The bed was very comfortable. There was a strange lack of furniture in my particular room. It looked like perhaps a sofa was missing. The immediate location is nothing special, but the hotel is a pretty close drive to many things on the west-side.

very nice hotel and reasonably priced

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Overall the stay was fine. The room was fine. The breakfast had a very nice selection. There was a manager's special between 5-7 with some appetizers which we took advantage of. We did have a couple of issues. When we got there we were told we would have to pay a fee for our pet. This was not on the Hotels.com […] website and should have been. Even if it said a fee it would have helped. That was not a good start. When we checked in we were told the pool was open until midnight. I clarified this by asking if this includes the kids and were told that it does. Then, later in the day I noticed that the elevator sign and the pool door sign contradicted this. Asked the same person about this and was told they were changing the signs. The 2nd night of our stay we were told that other "guests" requested the hours be enforced and we could not bring our kids after 10. It was very apparent that the management here does not communicate clearly what the rules are with its employees. I am not sure if we would come back to this hotel just for that reason. Devamı

HAD A FRIENDLY FAST CHECK IN . ALL WAS ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL!!!!

I was somewhat dubious as the low price and high reviews seemed to be at odds with the competition. But as the reviews were so uniformly positive, I decided to book a couple of rooms for myself and fellow business traveler. As we drove up, he (a former hotel GM) immediately identified the building as a former Hampton Inn. Both of our rooms were in […] excellent conditions and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Wi-Fi connection was easily made and speed was very high - not always the case even with much higher priced chains. The food presented at the breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. There are a number of excellent restaurants a short distance from the hotel. Fitness room was rather small, but all of the equipment was in good order as well as a large flat-screen TV for diversion. Overall, one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in a hotel at any price. Devamı

While searching for a hotel that would allow us to bring our two small dogs, I found this one. It is difficult to find a hotel in Madison that will do this without charging a huge fee, or not take them at all. We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and well appointed. Great rate for the weekend with a Manager's Beer and Wine freebee as well as a pretty good free hotel breakfast buffet. Our room was clean and fairly up to date as far as the interior decor. For the rate we paid this was EXCELLENT...and far and above anything comparable!

Room was clean and quiet. Just stayed overnight one evening ...was a great place to stay!

We were three nights on the road from Florida to Minnesota. The first two hotels were expensive and smelly. They must use some sort of disinfectant rather than simply keeping the rooms clean. Whenever we stay overnight in Madison, we stay at this hotel. It is easy to get to from the belt line and don't have to deal with much traffic. Their managers reception is always enjoyable and an added perk, plus the lobby allows for a comfortable place to gather with family and friends. Normally, their breakfast is also decent. However, this past stay […] there was a rather large group staying that took over the lobby during the evening and we managed to hit up breakfast at the same time as this group, therefore, we had to eat either cold food or wait awhile for them to refill the hot food. We stay in Madison 4-5 times a year and have stayed at this hotel four times now in the last couple of years. We (myself, wife, and son)decided after this stay that it is just going to be the default hotel for us. We have never had an issue with service, the cost is fantastic, the location is great, close to beltline which puts you anywhere in Madison […] in a short time, the hot tub is hot (which can't be said for all hotels). The breakfast is hands down the best breakfast of it's kind at a comparable hotel. I have never seen such a variety, and they have even added the fixings for breakfast burriots! as mentioned, this will be our go to hotel on our long weekends in Madison. Devamı

Pros-Awesome complimentary breakfast in the am. There is also a manager's reception in the evening that has free wine, beer and snacks. They also have out 2 trays of delicious cookies at the front desk. Overall a pretty nice hotel at a reasonable price. My room had a refrigerator and microwave in it which was an added bonus. The hotel is close to malls […] and resturants. It is right off the freeway and there is also a gas station very close by. All important things when you are traveling. Cons-Although there was a pool and hott tub here, the week that I stayed here it was closed due to routine maintenance so I was not able to use it. I also didn't like how some of the furniture was set up in the room. If you are sitting at the desk it is hard to see the tv because there is a large wardrobe that blocks the view. I was also having a little trouble with the heating system in the room but that might had been more an issue of user error than with something wrong with the unit. The remote to my TV was also not working that well. However I find these to be minor issues and I will be staying here again. Devamı
