Very easy n comfortable stay n nice people at the front desk n also in breakfast bar.

I will go there again.

Very clean and nice. Pool area was also clean and a plus to the whole trip. We only stayed one night b/c we were on our way to Chicago the next day. The location was perfect and there's a TGIF's across the street for dinner!:D

Though short, very enjoyable stay. Exercise room, pool, and jacuzzi are a big plus.

We originally booked at Fairfield which was next door, but they closed the doors. We booked here because it is close to the LDS Temple. Not knowing the area we wanted something close. This was very nice. I wish they had a fridge like the fairfields i have stayed at

I chose the Glenview Courtyard by Marriott for a "girls' weekend" with my cousins and our moms. The price was very reasonable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we found lots of great shopping and activities in the neighborhood. There was a liquor store only a block away where we got wine and munchies for Friday night, Dunkin' Donuts was across […] the street for breakfast and goodies. We ate at Bob Chinn's Crab House (very fun) Friday night, Wildfire Glenview (best meal of my life) Saturday night, Elly's Pancake House (yummy, with everything from blintzes to crepes to pancakes at a very reasonable price) for Sunday brunch, and TGI Friday's (great food, quiet corner table) Sunday night. We shopped at Northbrook Court (lots of superb stores, including Lord & Taylor and LuLuLemon), Old Orchard mall (which happened to be having a Russian festival outside (complete with petting zoo), and also at lots of high end consignment shops (Designer Consigner is one neat one) -- all within about 10 minutes of our hotel. I also got photos developed and other supplies at a nearby Walgreen's. The front desk supplied us with small refrigerators at no charge, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor gazebo at the hotel. Each room had a long 'floating' shelf on one wall which we used to display family photos during our gathering. On Sunday we all went to Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help -- gorgeous church, wonderful sermon, excellent music. All in all, we had a ton of fun in the Glenview area, using Courtyard by Marriott for our 'home base'. Devamı

Every thing was perfect, and that's what I needed after over 20 hours of international flight. Indoor Jacuzzi and pool were icing on the cake.

Very clean,comfortable room - staff very professional

This was a good Courtyard by Marriott property, and I stay in various Courtyards around the country quite often. The rooms were nice and clean and the desk staff cheerfully accomodated our request for a fridge. The gazebo was closed when we were there and the pool had way too much chlorine (it wrecked someone in our party's bathing suit). The staff […] was not good at shutting up the drunk people across the hall from us. Other than that though, this was a great property at a great price and I would stay there again without hesitating! There are also a bunch of excellent restaurants within a ten minute drive, including Superdawg (the best Chicago hot dog in the world!) and Hoang Long (the best Vietnamese and pho in Chicago). The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and roomy. The morning breakfast was $9.99 and there wasn't much there, we decided to go to dunkin donuts across the street. The pool was ok but they used excessive amounts of chlorine. The Hot Tub was COLD and the person at the front desk was clueless about it and had no intention of helping […] out the situation. Overall everything was great. We needed adjoining rooms with two cribs. It worked out well. The only issue was they kept asking us to call daily to remind them of that fact - adjoining rooms and two cribs. The pool was cold but we were able to use the whirlpool instead so it worked out. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room was wonderful and the location was perfect for the purpose we needed, Check in easy and trouble free and the inner court yard was out standing. I would stay there again when visiting in Chicago again.

We were in for a family visit and the location was perfect for us.

We had a few people try to use the pool & hot tub at the hotel. The pool smelled of overwhelming chemicals and the hot tub just about burnt anyone who tried to use it. Just use extreme caution with the water facilities.

Everything was great except for a dirty pool the day after I checked in. No other complaints at all. Very comfortable room for the price.

Decent hotel, but If I were to stay out of my own expense, I would choose Fairfield by Meriott intead, which is a next o this hotel which is at a lower rate usually. The comfort is the same, and the B'fast is free! Also, I belive that the toiletteries are better in Fairfield as against Courtyard. The location is good. Easy commute to my workplace.

On a Saturday evening, I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Glenview, Illinois with my husband. Our stay was brief, but adequate. The room was clean and the hotel was quite. Two days after checking out though, I noticed a $250 charge on my credit card. I called the hotel to inquire. I was told it was a smoking charge, which is absolutely preposterous […] as we do not and never have smoked. Additionally, we were not around smokers that evening, so we would not have even smelled of smoke upon our return. I was told I could take up my dispute with the general manager. She has been more than difficult to get a hold of and basically will not even hear my case. She told me she would return my call one afternoon, and I heard nothing from her for six days even after following up several times via phone and email. I would like to believe that there was some sort of mix-up on the room or the night, but I am fearing that this $250 charge may have been added arbitrarily. Be cautioned. If you stay at this hotel, there is a good chance that other non-smokers could be charged this smoking fee, even if there is absolutely no way that you could have made the room smell of smoke. I am totally baffled at this accusation and will not stay at another Courtyard by Marriott or Marriott hotel again. Devamı

Very nice hotel for the price. Easy to get to from the airport. Staff very helpful. Just need to be aware the breakfast buffet has a cost to it. It is not really marked and looks a lot like a standard "free breakfast" you would receive at other hotels.

There are two ice machines in this hotel for guests, one of the first floor and one on the second. I had a room on the first floor and the ice machine on this floor was out of ice. I then went to the front desk for ice. The front desk clear directed me to the 2nd floors ice machine which was also out of ice. I then returned to the front desk where she […] then got the ice for me - right across the room in the hallway. This is terrible service, the front deck clerk sent me from ice machine to ice machine as she should have simply gotten the ice the first time I approached her letting her know the ice machine was out of ice instead of directing me to walk around the hotel when she wasn't even busy with another customer or anything, she was being very lazy. Overall an enjoyable experience. We did have an incidence of our room not being tended to or made up after we left for the day at 11am. I would suggest that the maids be sure and check which rooms have not been cleaned. We called for clean towels etc and it was taken care of. Nice workout room and facilities.
