DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Lexington - Lexington

A/C located next to bed. Sounded like a jet engine. Shook when shut off. Had to keep room warm so A/C did not turn on as much. No sleep. No instruction sheet for TV's. Screen and remotes do not match up. Got TV to work by accident. Won't stay at Doubletree again

I have stayed at the hotel various times and each time I've walked away loving the place. The only issue I had was the air-conditioning seemed to not cool the room down.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a dog-friendly hotel and it was nice place for a family to stay.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The tub was a lot bigger than what I expected which was great. I also liked the room very much it was a different set up than any other hotel I have stayed in. Very courteous staff I will definetly stay there again in the future.

The rooms are spacious , comfortable and well maintained. You will be comfortable ere for a night or a week. Staff was pleasant attentive and accomodating. Nothing but thumbs up here. If you don't know where you are going it could be hard to spot because it sits back off the highway with other businesses limiting your view of the hotel. Its a great […] value too. Devamı

The room was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. The furniture was dated looking and the colors were drab. I personally would have liked something a little more modern and colorful. Neverthe less I would stay there again.

Is a great hotel. Heat in my room did not work. It got cold during the night.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, everything was wonderful. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The staff gave us a late extension on our room in case we needed it due to an ice storm moving into the area. The only shortcoming of the room was the water pressure. This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice and spacious. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Lexington in the future.

My wife and I were driving home from Christmas Vacation and stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve. It could have been a disaster since there was a large planned celebration complete with a D.J. pumping out dance music. Fortunately, our room was on the 5th floor in the rear corner of the building and the thumping of the bass was only a soft reminder […] of what everyone else was doing. The room was fine. It is like so many other rooms, the AC is so loud that it is often wakes you up, but decent location- especially if you do not have a car. The staff was pleasant. Would stay again.

Stayed here while traveling back home for Christmas therefore we were bringing our dog along. Pretty dog friendly hotel though had to take her up and down the elevator to take her out. The dog fee was misquoted to us originally but the manger promptly took care of it for us which I appreciated. Rooms were very nice and spacious as well as the tub. Some […] rooms do not face outside and instead the atrium which leaves no real windows. Confused us a little in the morning as we overslept relying on the sun to wake us up. Enjoyed the warm cookies. Large clean rooms. Jetted tub. Very nice common areas. Room service is available. Well-run hotel.

When we arrived to hotel, we didn't have the room that we reserved but they did a great job to get us better room than we had originally reserved. Everyone was friendly and great customer service.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Upon checkin the lady was very friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Lexington KY, area. This is my favorite hotel. My husband and I often stay here, and when we realized what a great deal hotels.com offered for the room, we were thrilled. I love the large jacuzzi tubs in the rooms and it keeps me coming back. Great hotel room at a reasonable price. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very nice inside and out. Only one complaint. Tried using the WiFi until I noticed the price of it was close to the room cost. ridiculous to say the least.

Great hotel for visiting Lexington and the surrounding area. We stayed two nights while going to some of the distilleries on the 'Bourbon Trail' and this location was great for the first two days (the eastern side of it). Assigned room smelled badly of cigarette smoke, assigned new room quickly. Comfortable hotel; desk clerks friendly and helpful. Breakfast good but pricey . Somewhat difficult to spot from highway the first time.

My new bride and I sure enjoyed out first night together in this room. The whirlpool tub was a blast, and the bed/linens very comfortable. The suite was spacious, and everything we could have asked for! Definitely recommend.

Attractive property in a nice area. Nice restaurant on site. Whirlpool tub was especially nice. I wish we were not in such a rush so that we could have enjoyed it more.

This is by far the best hotel that I have ever stayed. Not only was it luxurious, it was very reasonably priced. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was just perfect. This hotel was immaculate!!!

We had stayed at this Lexington, KY, hotel before on several occasions, and really enjoyed our stay. But this past weekend, we will think twice before booking again. Our room was given away and so we got a "crappy" room. The room we got had cobwebs in two places (that we saw), the tub wouldn't drain, and bathroom door didn't close. We complain right […] away, but nothing was done until we complain again. I guess nobody communicate with each other. Our room was not cleaned(maid service) until after 4:30 in the afternoon. I have never had maid service that late in the day while I stayed there. Overall, I maybe looking for another place to stay when I come down to visit my child. You just lost a customer for good. This hotel in Lexington is beautiful. The staff was over the top in courtesy and helpfulness and the hotel itself was very pretty and clean inside. I stayed there as a single female and felt very safe.

When I checked in the young lady at the front desk was impolite and the elevators were hot other than that the hotel was nice.

Impressed -- very friendly/helpful front desk, classy bartender (important after a long day to some of us...), and nice facility. A great combination. Seemed to be a very well run operation.

Nice large room, however the common areas in the hotel were very hot. The elevators were like a sauna. Over 7 bucks for a drink at the bar. Food was not that good and way overpriced as well. The hotel looked nice, and the room was large and comfy, however it would be much better if there were a bar/resturant within walking distance. There is a Panara […] close but nothing for a decent meal or a drink. This was a good place to watch TV and sleep. But, I could have done that at home. We came here for a weekend getaway. Devamı

This was an excellent choice for a stay in Lexington. The staff was very cordial the facilities were very comfortable and clean. Located in an area surrounded by restaurants and stores. Only pit fall is that it is not easily visible from the street. I would definitely stay there again. Price was right as well.

The Hotel staff was excellent...VERY friendly and accomondating to our every need. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable!!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

I stayed at this hotel the night before my test at the Prometric testing center. The testing center is directly across the street and you do not even have to move your car since they share a parking lot. The room is very comfortable and the bathtub is HUGE! The A/C can be very loud when it kicks on and my room was a bit hot but I would stay here again. […] It is also within walking distance to a casual restaurant and a Panera. Devamı

We found this hotel a couple years ago and come here once or twice a year for a night or two just as a little getaway from Cincinnati. We enjoy the comforts they offer and it's close proximity to places for us to visit during our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in Lexington- and were impressed with our suite and at a reasonable price.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was great, and the food was wonderful. Best salad and french onion soup; made in house. Won't hesitate to return!

We very much enjoyed the hotel stay. The room was plenty large enough for entertaining our group. The staff was outstanding in every request we had. Food was awesome at breakfast. The HVAC needs updating....the thermostat constantly turned the air on and off, blowing across the bed all night. That's our only bad part of weekend.

Great Hotel, People we very friendly. All Amenaties were close by. A little far from the kentucky horse park but with a rental car everything was close by.

This is a nice place to spend an overnight business type of trip. The rooms are HUGE and nicely appointed. The only negative was that the blower on the air conditioner was a little noisy. But, overall, it was a very nice place to stay.
