Days Inn Clayton Ga - Clayton

Shower head in the room I had was really low. My girlfriend who's 5' loved it. Me being 5' 10" had to duck under it. Is ok for a 1 night thing if your tall. Wouldn't stay there multiple nights though. This is my only problem. Everything else was great.

The hotel was comfortable all in all. I always stay at a Days Inn when I am on short trips. I have stayed at this location twice, and have been pleased with my stay both times. This one is also attached to a Mexican restaurant, which is convenient.

Haven't stayed in this old a hotel in a while, so maybe I've been a bit spoiled, but if you do stay here be prepared for that. You'll find old rooms in need of renovation, an old structure in similar need, not much in the way of hot water for showering (lukewarm was about all I could coax out of it), and above all, lots of road noise all night long […] from the adjacent highways 441 & 76 that you're sitting at the intersection of. The hotel's not set back from the road like newer ones, so if you're a light sleeper look elsewhere or bring earplugs. Staff were nice and it did serve as a rest stop for the night, so not all bad. Could definitely have been cleaner, but I've seen far worse. Beds were decent, probably the best thing about the room. And skip the Mexican restaraunt next door unless you're hungry enough to eat anything. Devamı

We were told the hotle was 23 miles from Helen but it was 45 miles away from Helen.

The roomwas clean, comfortable and oder free. The desk clerk was friendly, helpful and knowledgable

Clayton, GA doesn't provide many options, so if for some reason I had to be there again, I would consider staying at the Days Inn if no other options were available. The pics of the property are misleading, nicely framed shots by the photographer. We slept fine, and it served its purpose.

This hotel is older but they have repainted and added a refrigerator and microwave. It was clean. My only complaint is that it is right on the main highway and we could hear the vehicles passing by.

Everything work as it should, walking distance to Dairy Queen an other finer dining an Buffets. Staff was very qiuck to check us in an answer all questions of the area. The maid sevicer was great, We stayed 5 days. This was only a Days is but the price an service was was more then expected. Kenny

It served its purpose as a one night stay. If I was staying in the area for longer I would choose different lodging

The only problem we had was no hot water. Therefore unable to shower. No refund or reduced rate was offered.

The personnel was very corteus but when i get the room we found that the AC didn't work properly and the tv picture was not clear at all. Also they offer wifi but their excuse was that the restaurant near them were struck by lightning and thats why it didn't work. I check the system I am a network comunmications management graduate and because the cables […] were all a mess and not labeled I couldn't fix it. I was going to do it for free. Besides that the second room they gave us was up to the standards that the chain should be on. Devamı

I needed a place to stay overnight where I could show up for a whitewater rafting trip at 7:00 am. All I wanted was a clean room with a bed and shower, and this hotel provided that. I appreciated the continental breakfast that opened up at 6:00 am. No frills or thrills but served my purpose just fine. 10 minutesfrom the whitewater rafting outpost.

The room had an odor but after airing it out, it was tolerable. The carpet had an odor.

Great location for our trip down the Chatooga in whitewater rafts.
