Poor reception from front desk personnel. The breakfast was inadequate at best

Wonderful short stay! Ricky, the night front desk clerk was great! The bubbly personality guy that handles breakfast was great and very helpful...I didn't get his name! I only have a couple of things that the hotel(s) should change in the rooms!! The heavy curtains in the rooms are designed not to close, so you only have the white shears for privacy, […] which gives you no privacy at all! We had to change our clothes in the bathroom...not good! We had to try and keep the heavy curtains closed with a paperclip! Next...The shower curtain is too short and b/c it's too short, the shower water doesn't stay in the tub and ends up outside on the bathroom floor...not good! Eventually, that will be disasterous! Last...none of the waste baskets had plastic bags in them...not good! If you have wet items that need to be thrown away, it would be nasty for the housekeepers to clean them out without bags in them to make it easier and cleaner. Devamı

Hotel lobby under renovation so had to use the side entrance. Breakfast was served in a meeting room The hotel staff was friendly and tried to make up for the inconvenience.

This Hampton Inn was one of the nicest low-cost hotels I've ever stayed in. I got a tremendous price through hotels.com. Comparable rooms at other hotels usually cost almost twice as much. The room appeared to have been recently modernized, with updated furnishings, appliances, wide arc shower curtain, etc. The mattress was in great shape too. The room […] was very clean. The surrounding neighborhood includes a small park, and many good restaurants in walking distance (although its a very busy road). The included breakfast was great ... with several hot choices, such as waffles; bagels topped with eggs, cheese and bacon; and home fries. There was also a good assortment of yogurts, fruits, cereals, pastries etc... plus hard boiled eggs. The breakfast room was well-staffed and well-supplied. If you need a place to stay on the north edge of the city, I highly recommend this hotel. If you need to be in midtown, or on the south end of Atlanta, it would not be the best location. Devamı

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was conveniently located close to the Perimeter Mall. It was clean. It was quiet and the beds slept so good! We will stay here again!

I don't often travel for business...but I spent 4 days/3 nights in the Perimeter Center area attending a software training at one of the high rise buildings about a mile from the Hampton Inn. I was a little apprehensive when I found it right next to GA-400, but it was nice and quiet all night long. Rooms were clean and comfortable...the recent renovation […] has resulted in a nice, updated look for everything. One thing is obvious, though, they didn't update the beds. I was in a 2-full beds room, and the mattresses were clearly still the older innerspring ones. Fortunately, I like a fairly stiff bed, so it wasn't a problem. But I was surprised that the beds weren't as plush as I am used to seeing in 3-star hotels lately. As others have said, the breakfast sets this place apart from the others in the same range...one variety of eggs, one variety of meat each morning...plus fresh fruit, waffle iron, cereal. You could seriously get stuffed on the breakfast. In the afternoon, the fresh cookies run out way too fast...you have to get to them early. I got a cookie one day, because I was too late the other days. The TV is cheap basic analog cable on an LCD panel. Works well enough, but it ain't HD. Not really that big a deal to me, all I watched was the Weather Channel's Irene coverage. All in all, very pleasant stay, good price, good staff, nice job all around. Devamı

Nice hotel in outside of the city of Atlanta. Would definately stay there again. Wonderful breakfast provided, free Wi-Fi, and helpful friendly service by the staff. Only negative is the construction going on to the road in front of the hotel.

The hotel is the usual Hampton Inn with lots of business people and tourists as well. The front entrance was blocked by construction and a sign of how to get the hotel would have been helpful. The staff was terrific and the breakfast better than usual!

Conveniently located, confortable and clean, free wifi, complimentary printer in lobby. Could not have asked for more.

Room was clean, the ladies that clean the room was nice, parking close to the entrance. Only problem was the tiny gym. One treadmill in a tiny room for so many rooms.

Awesome! I love the Hampton Inn chain of hotels and this one did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, free wireless. With shops and eating nearby, and Animal Hospital Sandy Springs just around the corner providing excellent overnight pet accommodations, and rapid access to I-285, this stay couldn't have been any better.

The Hampton Inn - Perimeter Center was close to I-285 and I-75, and within minutes of Perimeter Mall by car. There are no restuarants or shops within walking distance, so if you don't have a car, better bring in any snacks or food. Apples and bananas are provided all day long. The "partial-menu" breakfast is nothing to brag about, unless you like cheese […] in everythiing. The hotel was clean, but the room itself got a light vacuuming, at best. Noisy air conditioner-heating unit cycles full blast at least once an hour all night long, even when set to the "off" position. Work-out room has treadmill and exercise bike, but nothing else. All things considered, i'd stay there again, but would probably seek out somewhere closer to restuarants and shops, like Vinings area. Devamı

It was a nice place to stay, we enjoyed the hotel.

Although road construction going on in front of hotel, it was reasonable convenient to drive in and out the hotel. At rushhour going left out of the hotel was problematic but not un-doable. Hotel clerk (female) very helpful! Hotel stay was pleasant with excellent breakfast. Will come back.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The hotel needs to be updated. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. The beds were so uncomfortable that it caused my mother in law to have serious cramping in her neck and back. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice. My experience at the Hampton Inn, Atlanta Perimeter Center was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well stocked. The only drawback was the construction of the road leading into the hotel. It was not the hotel's fault but it did make entering and exiting the hotel more difficult.

I experienced internet problems during my three day stay. Upon check-out, I had several days backlog of emails and work.

This hotel was located in a lovely area... Very well maintained... exceptional front desk customer service... would certainly stay again; and recommend to family/friends.

Friendly, professional staff! Clean and roomy accomodations.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The service was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating to any request. Very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with choices of pastries, cereals, fruit, eggs, breads, and juices. Would definitely stay here again.
