Coast Vancouver Airport Hotel - Vancouver

Comfortable and convenient for one disabled person in wheelchair. Elevator access to stair; Grab bars in bathroom. Carpeted floor in room prevents slipping. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Nice restaurant with great service.

For the price it met our need for one night. Not close to services.

Our stay was very satisfactory but when we left for the airport on the shuttle bus the driver insisted on taking my two pieces of luggage with wheels to the shuttle bus. There is about a 6 inch drop in front of your hotel between the door and the bus. The driver pulled my two pieces of luggage behind him and let them drop off of that drop in the pavement. […] I was afraid that might break the wheels on my luggage. I didn't notice any damage but I do believe the drivers should take the luggage on wheels a few steps further where there is no drop off. Reckless handling of other people's luggage is not good. My complaint is not about the hotel but Hotels.Com. there was no mention of parking fees for this hotel in your website, please correct this for all your hotel pages as these parking fees can be quite outrageous, especially in Vancouver.

Clean room but small. Great customer service and convenient to the airport.

I stayed here because we had a 7am flight from Vancouver airport. The rooms are fine, clean and spacious. The service was good, we got a wake up call and a free shuttle so everything was very easy for us. Free internet worked great too. I wouldn't stay there if I was wishing to see the sights of Vancouver but for a business trip or ease to airport it […] is fine. Only problem was you can hear the guests in other rooms and any noise from the hallway. As people are obviously coming to/from the airport at strange hours we were woken up a few times during the night just from hearing people talking. Devamı

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport as we had an 8hr overnight layover in Vancouver. The hotel was close, but it sure needs an update. The bathrooms are very dated and grout needed to be cleaned/replaced at the very least. The bedding was very nice (looks like they spent some money updating that). However, the room itself was tiny. […] Glad we were only there for a few hours. Will book somewhere else next time though. Devamı

Even at the Hotels.com price, my room was overpriced. All the pillows were big, fluffy and smothering; there were no regular tea bags with the coffee maker and the noise was unbelievable; made me wonder if there was any insulation at all around the windows. The hotel appears to be right next to a major artery and my room seem to be the closest to it. […] Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else. Devamı

The service at this hotel is like 10 stars! The most impressive service started from the van shuttle driver. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure that your stay will be as comfortable as possible. My husband flight was delayed and the restaurant and the pub at the hotel were closed by then. The driver shuttled us out to Denny's nearby and […] told us to phone in when we are done to be picked up. The front desk staff was so friendly. The room was basic, clean and equipped with great wifi. It is perfect for a quick night stay for transit or late arrival. I had a great time and it was a great value. Very close to airport with a 24hour shuttle service. Nothing special for quality but good enough for the price if you are staying a night or two.

Had a nice stay and found the location convenient for my needs. Room was clean and comfortable and enjoyed the choice of free hot beverages and extras . Appreciated the front desk assistance. My supper at the White Spot was very good. Was a short stay but would come again for sure.

Not in the city often, found it hard to find the entrance. Not a good place for tall vehicals. The beds and linen were top notch, good sleep.

I find the hotel very convienient, staff are friendly, rooms good, have always used this hotel for departure from Vancouver

The friendly staff took care of our every need. The Airport shuttle driver even took us to our own vehicle and helped us load our luggage and gave us helpfull directions on how to get through the heavy traffic. Free wifi and a convenient White Spot in the hotel for our meals.

I was genuinely happy with our stay. Good service,and friendly staff. I strongly recommend that you have a maintenance crew that checks the rooms thoroughly. I wanted to have a bath and the tub wouldn't hold any water. A maintenance check list can go a long way for such a minor detail. Other than that is was a good visit. Thank you!

The air conditioner was so noisy that I could not sleep. I realize that the air conditioner would be used only rarely but I think could be maintained better. I did speak to the staff about it. Other than that, it is a good hotel for the money.

Great hotel, staff very helpful and willing to provide above and byond service. Public transit right outside the door and minutes from the Skytrain.

This place is located near the airport and their complimentary shuttle bus runs 24 hours a day. The bus that will take you into downtown Vancouver stops right in front of the hotel. There is a nice pub and family restaurant on premises. Jim K

Coast Vancouver Airport Hotel is a good value for money hotel, very convenient for airport and well situated for public transport to downtown Vancouver.

Although the building is old the hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Had to pay for parking and did not think that was appropriate. Staff was very pleasant. Car needed if you plan to sightsee. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for a very early flight. The bed was extremely comfy and the shuttle service was right on time--exactly what we needed for the price. I don't recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Vancouver for more than a day, since it's relatively far away from the sights.

Very satisfactory hotel if convenience to the airport is essential. Not posh, but clean and comfortable. Great restaurant (White spot) adjoining the hotel. Parking to unload is a problem.

It was very convenient to the airport since we had a early flight out of Vancouver. The bathroom could be updated but it was very clean.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Handy shuttle to the airport ( gratuity appreciated), helpful staff. Would not spend extended time here if you want to see Vancouver. A bit of a bus and train journey to the city. View is an industrial area. Only eating is the White Spot restaurant on site. Reasonable food and price. Overall handy airport hotel.

Coast Vancouver Airport Hotel is just that, located right near to the airport yet we did not notice any airport noise. Yes, the immediate area across from the hotel is certainly not scenic but a block away begins a nicely kept residential area. The free on-call hotel shuttle from the airport is about a 5 minute ride. I cannot say enough about how courteous […] the staff is and how nice the interiors are throughout the facility. We ate breakfast at the on premise restaurant and the food quality and service was excellent. We would certainly use this hotel again when stopping in Vancouver. Devamı

The thing that I like most, besides the decent services we received, is the convenient location of the hotel. It's close to major transportations such as bus and skytrain. We had very good rest, even though the hotel is close to airport. Since we need to go to Waterfront for cruising, the hotel complimentary shuttle driver sent us to a nearby Skytrain […] station, instead of the routine Airport Skytrain station. This way we saved 5.5 dollars each person for taking the Skytrain! This really impressed me. Do buy a Day Pass for transportation at 7-11 store at airport. it's so convenient. Devamı

really close to airport. Literally 5 min drive. not much around the neighborhood. it's by the highway so a bit noisy. Need to pay additional for parking. The plus side is that the room is clean and the bed very comfortable, even though a bit small.

When we checked into the hotel we were directed to the 3rd floor. When we stepped off of the elevator I immediately commented on how hot and airless it was. Our room was even worse. Hot and stuffy. The controls on the air unit are rubbed off so we struggled trying to get the room cooled down to a comfortable temperature. The clock had not been reset […] since either being unplugged or a recent power outage. There are not nearly enough power outlets in the rooms for cell phone chargers, etc. Devamı

While checking into the hotel on our first night we witnessed a gentleman attempting to check in. He had a copy of his reservation, 4 different major credit cards and a wallet full of cash. He had lost his drivers license and didn't have another photo ID. The front desk staff refused to let him check in. He was all but pleading with them to let him […] have his room but the two front desk clerks would not budge. They refused to contact a manager or offer any kind of alternative suggestions for him.
