Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront - Ocean City

Our family (2 adults, 2 teenage kids) really enjoyed the stay for a long weekend in April. We have been going to OC for many years in the summer (staying at the Golden Sands), but this was a bit easier (no sheets, towels, etc) for a short stay. Pros: 2 Comfortable Queen beds, Full Kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, large microwave and cooker), Jacuzzi, separate […] living room, nice balcony with full ocean view, very helpful staff (even loaded a DVD for our rainy day), free self-parking. Cons: a longish walk to the Ocean City Boardwalk (but a very easy 5 minute drive, vs 20 minutes from Golden Sands at 10900 Coastal Highway). Devamı

Excellent hotel, great rooms, clean and tidy, perfect location with amazing views

It was great, the staff were welcoming and helpful - even when they had difficulty locating the booking thro' Hotels.com (a dodgy moment!) The location is brilliant right on the beach. There is a good restaurant on site, and parking is plentiful and convenient. The concierge Vincenzo provides good info on whatever you want to know about.

Very nice room. The best part is that the bedroom and living room are separated by the kitchen. Put the baby in the living room in a crib and my wife and I were able to stay in the bedroom and not worry about waking up the baby.Only downside is that they did not clean our room. I guess I am naive in thinking that a Hilton = top flight quality. The Ocean City Hilton was merely "OK". I expected more. For starters, if you are going to charge $16.00 for a first run movie then do it in high def. They call these mini flat screens HD, but they are set at low res and the picture is stretched out. This was the case in both TVs in the […] suite. The AC rattled all night. We got a discount voucher for the restaurant so we thought we would try it. The crab cakes were great but the steak and shrimp combo was laughable. It said "jumbo shrimp". Perhaps if these little fellas had been allowed to grow they might have become jumbo but the ones I was served were more like tad poles. And the staek was very tough. And no, I did not send it back. Great hotel, clean rooms, the hotel staff however was not very friendly, barging into elevators without greeting before we could even get out, very rude!!!!

The Hilton at Ocean City is a beautiful hotel. One of the things that is a true selling point here is that EVERY ROOM has an ocean view. No longer must you wait on pins and needles as the front desk attendant, upon checking you in, writes down your mystery room number. Every guest is guaranteed an ocean view. And when you come to a hotel on the beach, […] that's really what you're looking for. The views from the bedroom and balcony are just amazing. Our bathroom was spacious and featured a jacuzzi tub and rain-water shower head. The kitchen was stocked with wine glasses and silverware, making a romantic weekend all the more accessible from the comfort of your room. And as per the usual, the beds are simply amazing. Many commenters complain about the beds (and pillows) being too soft, but for a great many guests this is a selling point. My wife and I are in that camp; we LOVE the Hilton beds and pillows. They are arguably the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on, and this specific location is no different. The OC Hilton features all the amenities you could want; 24-hour fitness room, business center (for Internet & printing needs), FREE WIFI (rare these days, though you wouldn't believe it), multiple restaurants and pools, and an incredibly helpful front-desk staff. And ... the beach is your backyard. How can you beat that? The only drawback to our stay (and this had nothing to do with the Hilton itself), was that we visited in early March are were hoping to experience just a little taste of the Ocean City appeal. Unfortunately, almost nothing was open (restaurants, amusement parks/activities, most boardwalk attractions), making our time in OC pretty dull. The only saving grace was our hotel, and we spent a lot of time relaxing indoors. Again, this is nothing again the Hilton ... but my wife did call the hotel a few weeks in advance, prior to booking, to inquire about local activities, and was told by a hotel representative that most shops and activities re-open i Devamı

housekeeping left a little to be desired. Bed was not made up, only straightened amd room not made up at all another day.

Stayed at the hotel off season Presidents day weedend, Hotel was very nice and room was clean. I guess my only surprise was the hotel bar closes at 11pm no matter how many people or if it was high season....would stay again for sure.

We have stayed at the Hilton in OC, MD many times and this is the first time that the bathroom was not up to standard. The tub had not been thoroughly cleaned...there was a ring around the tub and it took hours and hours the next day to get the room cleaned. We finally had to call. They came once and my daughter said she would be out in 5 minutes which […] she was that was around 10 am, we talked to the maid and said she could come in but that didn't happen until we called housekeeping again. I did leave my cell phone charger and the housekeeping dept was lovely and will be sending it to me. The pool was too cold and the heat in the pool room too cold. My grandson got sick and we needed some regular tylenol and the sundries shop didn't have any it was poorly stocked. We were disappointed this time around. Devamı

I have been staying here for quite a while. I love the hotel, the staff is accomodating, the rooms are usually very clean. This time, the maid was rude, knocked on our door three times (in 15 minutes) after we kept telling her to come back later. The room was not very clean, which is not their standard. We always stay on floors 10 and above, but this […] time we were on 9. The carpets needed to be vacuumed badly in the hallway. Overall disappointment in cleanliness. Beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. Customer service at front desk was so-so at best. Lacked professionalism. Asked for regular tea bags for the room and was told we could buy a cup of tea in the resturant. If that was the case they could have gotten a tea bag from there. Spent a few days at the Hilton over the Holiday season and it was everything we expected. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the downtime for our busy schedules was welcomed. Pool stayed open until midnight so the kids could swim which made the experience more enjoyable.

Our room was wonderful...all the conveniences of home. There was so much room that we did not take to full advantage. Great shower in the bathroom and a nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were a bit soft, though. Definitely will return.

The Hilton Suites in Ocean City, Md is a really nice place to stay not only for a couple, but more importantly a wonderful place to bring children as it located right on the beach and has nice amenities for them to enjoy. I did my morning laps early in and the size of the pool provided for a nice workout. The room was great, the view was great and service was very good. We had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The only things I can say about the room that was negative is: the curtains were too sheer, the lights from outside kept me awake and the dvd player didn't work. Other than those things it was great!

this hotel is extremely clean the layout was wonderful perfect set up large living room, then full kitchen, very laage bath with spa tub, and bedroom with full balcony overlooking ocean. balcony even has a table and chairs for 4 with pleanty of room to spare. can't wait to go back.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. I love having a cleaning service during my stay at hotels--or even motels. Isn't that part of what you pay for? Even the cheapest of motels wipe things down for you and sweep the floors. We were gone from our room most of the day. We returned around four to find our room hadn't been cleaned. Someone came in […] right after we got there. We shut ourselves in the back room expecting the clean job. Towels were replaced and SOME of the dishes were put in the dishwasher. Trash was taken. That's it. The countertops, bathroom surfaces, kitchen table, floors--nothing was wiped or cleaned. We have four kids under five, so it needed it. Devamı

Our stay was not quite what we are used to from Hilton and the primary reason it was selected is for the Name. The linens appeared sweaty, the side of the refrigerator was not clean --- white refrigerator with brown spots on the side, there was a cup put in the cabinet that appeared to be soiled from hot chocolate. I just didn't bother providing the […] servicer for the room a tip. The surrounding neighborhood was not -- bad but abandoned winter it is a ghost town.-- Not the Hotel fault -- I guess. My family had a very nice stay at the Hilton. I wanted a real high end expience and they delivered. The other hotels in the area are 2nd rate and subpar. I would not stay anywhere else. Great location, helpful staff and extremely clean.

My sisters and I took my mom for her 86th birthday. We have a wonderful stay and everyone was so kind to my mother. The suite was perfect and plenty of room for all of us. The Hilton in Ocean City Maryland is always clean and the staff is always friendly. They make your stay enjoyable. The town has many things to do. We had great weather and if not there is a lot of in door thing to do. The ocean view is great.

The Hilton Suites in Ocean City, Maryland is right on the beach and close to all of the action of the boardwalk. We were there around the holidays and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The suite was more than we expected, with a full kitchen, large bathroom and sitting area/game/TV room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The […] indoor pool, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, was large, pleasant and warm. I mention the fact that it was warm because we've stayed in a number of hotels that claim to have heated pools and they are very much not heated. Everything was great except the following: 1. Mattresses were way too soft 2. Air Conditioning/ventilation system left much to be desired. Room would get extremely stuffy even with controls on lowest temp and highest fan setting. Also would notice cigarette smoke and food cooking odors wafting from, of all things, the light fixtures (which were not […] dome-covered) in the kitchen area. 3. I have to be honest - i didn't think i was at OC - it felt more like being at a beach in CA - what a difference in experience a hotel can make - it was incredible - went there for my 15 year anniversary and had a wonderful time. We love it at the Hilton. We have stayed at many places. The rooms are beauitful, clean and a good location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

We had a lovely time there.The shoreline beautiful.Hotel staff was very nice and friendly.The room was very comfortable.Service was very slow in the restaurant despite the fact that only few table were occupied.Menu is very limited.We plan to visit again next summer with our grandchildren.Thank you.

I mistakenly thought my reservation was through the 9th meaning I was to check out the 9th. I had to go to the emergency room on Saturday morning with a severe rash all over my body. The doctor thought it was caused by a chemical burn or a reaction to something I ate. The chlorine in the pool was the worst I have ever experienced when I was in it on […] Friday evening. When I returned from the emergency room I found all of our belongings gone and I went to talk to the hotel manager Sarah and she said our reservations were to check out on Saturday and there was nothing she could do. No attempt to rebook us or find other accomodations at another hotel. She was very rude and uncaring. The room service also doesn't make it to your room until late afternoon each day and do a marginal job cleaning. The water was also drained in one of the pools. Devamı
