Rooms are not specious and King bed is not actually king size at all. Room furniture is lousy and they cant even provide a complimentary water bottle, instead they charged 5$..

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The pillows and blankets were extremely comfortable.

Had numerous issues with check in and the fact that breakfast is only included for 2 per room and each additional one was $17 plus mandatory tip plus service charge. Feel completely ripped off. Night desk manager for our stay was absent of any empathy or customer service skills. i plan to write to Hyatt about the horrific service

Very nice hotel, spacious. Good for business.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had an interesting layout. The beds were facing each other on opposite sides of the room with a flat screen in the middle on a table and the TV swivels either way. The kids enjoyed the free lemonade in the lobby. We liked our stay alot.

if money is not an issue this is a great hotel...but many ammenities that other hotels offer forfree come at quite an expensive price here.

If you're planning of staying with kids be advised that the hotel pool hours are very limited, esp during the week. Apparently they want to make certain there is a life guard on duty, which is nice, but the hotel pool is about the size of a postage stamp so it struck me as overkill.

This hotel was very nice. Stayed overnight so didn't get to see much of the hotel. Room was clean. Complimentary shuttle was available that went to the Metro station so that I could get to the city. Would stay again.

I really liked the hotel and thought it was nice but was very disappointed to find when I got into bed that our sheets were ripped and that there was no fitted sheet on the bed.

Enjoy what this hotel has to offer. The bar and restaurant are in lobby and food was excellent as usual. This is a favourite place to stay on our travel to and from SC.

room smelled like it was a smoking room with perfum coverup bed was really uncomfortable - dipped into the middle and we both felt like we were trying to climb out of the middle of the bed all night

Very nice hotel, nice lobby, bar and restaurant area. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant staff. Enjoyed stay at the reasonable price we paid.

This hotel was an excellent value in an excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, and my major roadways. Clean, comfortable, with a very good breakfast. I would stay here again.

The main entrance is architecturally horrible. I felt like we were coming in through the back door. BUT after that -- This hotel was exceptional. The decor was clean and modern, very classy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was an unusual, innovative layout -- suite-like and comfortable. There was absolutely no outside noise audible […] and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The Hyatt at Fair Lakes gets my best recommendation! Devamı

This hotel was wonderful - beds were comfortable, linen top quality and the staff, extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The experience was really nice, the price was really great, everything was just perfect. I ordered some room service and that was really tasty and nice. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights . Front desk was very friendly . room was very clean and bathroom too. i loved the shower . I didnt use the internet service but you can pay about $10 for one night if you want to. target,walmart,burger king are 3min to drive.everything was perfect . i reccomend this hotel.

This hotel was located close to our relatives in Virginia and was very reasonably priced. Excellent value for the price. Friendly service.

The bath door on the first room assigned would not close due to water swelling. A very obvious condition that the staff should have already reported. In addition, the first room assigned appeared to have extremely thin walls. The next door neighbors arrived late and were having very normal volumed conversations that were easily overheard in my room. There were 2 issues with our room. The first was the bed (uncomfortable and noisy bed) and the second was cracking noises every morning. For about 2 hours every morning as the sun came up and warmed the exterior of the hotel, there was a lot of cracking noise.

We only stayed one night, but were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - could have slept there all day long if we didn't have to check out. When booking, we paid a little extra to include breakfast. So worth it! Great food and variety. The toiletries in the room smelled devine. What a beautiful hotel for a visit to DC area. It is close to the Metro station at Fairfax/Vienna (Nutley Ave.). Also close to the Whole Foods Market -a real treat for the tastebuds and wonderful to eat in the store. The hotel itself is first class. Everyone was super friendly and prices were reasonable.

Great hotel experience! The only complaints, the pool was ICE cold and the hot tub didn't work. Other than that, it was very nice. Will stay there again.
