a very unfriendly hotel, where you pay for everything, and you pay a lot. The two gems were: a separate charge for internet in the meeting rooms, which do not work on the same wi-fi internet connection you paid for in the room and public area; and a separate charge for the VGA cable to connect the room projectors (which of course do not come included […] with the very expensive meeting room rate). On the positive side, a pretty good restaurant, which is a necessity given the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and a well-appointed room, except for the old fashioned, very soft bed. Absolutely loved it! I loved how the room was set up; a bed side separated from a sofa/coffee table area by a flat screen TV that swiveled to either side!! The bed was very comfy too!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Good Hotel friendly staff need car to get around.

This Hotel was extremely over priced. Both the price of the rooms, and the $5 bottle of AQUAFINA water in the room as well as the $12/day wireless internet fee. Never Again.

I stayed for two nights but the room was not cleaned after the first night, and new towels were not provided. When I called the front desk I was put on hold for over five minutes and I had to hang up and call back. Otherwise the hotel was nice and clean.

I stayed for 7 nights, the Hotel is clean and pretty. They offer shuttle to Airport and a shopping center. The only down side was that I could hear the people in the room next to mine.

Everything about my stay was just very good. Great room, great surroundings, great time. Oh yeah, GREAT PRICE ! will definately be back..

I feel for the price you do not receive the best accommodations possible. There isnt even a fridge or microwave in the room. The water in the room cost $5 a bottle. The prices at the restaurant are way over priced. You should atleast receive a complimentary breakfast for the cost.

Overall my experience was above average except for a call to the front desk. I was placed on hold twice for more than 5 mins each time.

Excellent for the price for a weekend stay. Beautiful and clean comman areas. We had the King suite with full breakfast for 2 each morning. The room had a king size bed with a desk and sofa. The Flat screen TV swiveled so you could lay in bed and watch TV as in my case my husband goes to bed early so I could watch tv from the sofa Breakfast was a full […] buffet breakfast. Devamı

This was the last Hotel we stayed at on our recent travels through the USA. It was the ONLY one that didn't offer free in-room intenet access. Being charged $12 a day isn't exactly cheap either.

To me, this is by far the best quality for our money among all the hotels we've stayed in around Dulles, and there have been quite a few. I think I want to make this one our Go-To hotel for the area!

the hotel seemed nice and was just like the pictures i had looked at online. Our room was very small but clean - i had expected more for an executive, but as we were only staying 1 night I forgave the fact that there was no trash can in the bathroom. We stayed here on 30 Oct which was a disaster as they were having a halloween party in a conference […] room downstairs. The halloween guests of barley legal drinking age were staying in rooms all around us and partied hard all night in there rooms, the hallways and who knows where else. Our 3 young children and ourselves got to listen to drunken serenades until about 5am. I was highly disappointed that the noise and behavior of hotel guests were overlooked, and i will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone with wholesome family morals and good sensibilities. I booked a king size bed and got a queen size bed. I was a Gold member and no newspaper was delivered even after mentioning I would prefer usatoday. The bathroom lock was broken and there was this constant bump bump sound coming. (couldnt figure out if the air conditioner was that loud or something was happening outside). Mentioned that i need a room […] away from elevator and got only a room 2 rooms adjacent to tlevator. Wouldnt do it again. Not worth it. Devamı

We traveled to DC for the 8/28 rally, Restoring Honor. The hotel was clean, the room big and comfortable, and employees friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Traveling to downtown DC was 20 minutes on the toll road. Very convenient.

In today's economy, every hotel should automatically offer refrigerators or at least a microwave in their rooms. We chose to stay an extra night in D.C. However, we went to a different hotel that offered these ammenities.

The Herdon Hyatt is absolutely beautiful! The minute I walked in I was amazed! The renovations make it look so much more modern than before. The only bad thing is that there's not much of a view. I suppose if you're just on a business trip that's not an issue thought. It's very close to other restaurants and local food places.

There were leftover noodles (not mine) on the carpet which was torn in places. Hotel is UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!! RESTAURANT IS NOT REALLY OPEN JUST BAR AREA1

I really enjoyed the live jazz music offered on Wednesday nights. The evening wait staff left much to be desired as I sat for 15 minutes (enjoying the live music), being passed by two different waitresses. I eventually got up and asked one of the waitresses if I needed to go back to the unmanned podium and wait to be seated in order to be served. When […] brushing my teet in preparation for bed, I notices clipped finger nails on the bath area counter behind the faucet. I thought the cleaning staff would handle it upon cleaning my room the next morning. I was disappointed to return the next evening to find what appeared to be the same nail clippings. The omlette chef was great! The breakfast wait staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Sadly to say, there were fruit flies all over the cantelope so we opted out of the fruit. Overall, there were several positives along with several negatives. I travel to the Herndon, VA and DC areas a lot and will make my lodging selection from the other numerous hotels in the area. Restaurant had closed 15 minutes before arrival at 10pm. Entry was a construction site. In the room, air con was like a jet plane. Had to shut down. Limited room service menu, and I had to pay a 22% service charge for my meal. I ordered one glass of wine with dinner, only to realise later I was charged for 2. Drapes in room tattered. Very small bath […] with toilet. No mini bar in room. No shop to buy what would ordinarily be in mini bar [e.g. a chocolate bar]. Devamı

Great hotel. Very convenient to the airport and some shopping centers. Staff very friendly, unbelievable amenities for the price paid.

It was very confortable the place was very conviniente.

The Hyatt Dulles Airport was excellent. The staff's customer service went beyond expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all.

paid for a room to get away and found I had a room that could be joined with the room next door...and lucky me there was a room full of girls doing karaoke night and of course the door separating us didn't stop the tone deaf singing.
