Ramada Airport North Hazelwood - Hazelwood

The staff was polite and helpful, but the building is starting to show it's age. If you need a reasonably priced place for a night or two, it does the job.

carpets were dirty, stained, and sticky and had to carry luggage up and down 3 flights to the 3rd. floor and every room very smoky smelling and asked for a non smoking room they could not accommodate and attendant at desk was clueless in regards to her job and needs additional training. Not a safe and clean neighborhood.

Friendly staff, convenient to I270 and I170, which allowed us to get to the places we needed to go easily. Clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again.

First room had horrible odor so we asked for another room. That room had paint peeling off walls in bathroom, rusted drain in tub, blankets were stained and onwanda something crusty stuck on it. The room was over perfumed, had to leave door open to air it out . Would not have stayed except it had already been billed to credit card and had a no cancellation […] refund. Hotel charged a per day parking fee to leave car in parking lot. Staff was pleasant but I would not recommend to anyone, and I will never use again. Devamı

The location was perfect and the surrounding area was great, but the upkeep of the hotel was horrible and my television went completely out and was not changed out, so I was in a room with no t.v. and all was done was a $10 return. The linen was horrible and gray with very worn area and the pillow cases had to be replaced and there was only 2 face towel […] and the hotel suggest customers continue to use same towel. This stay was horrible and independently own which was a poor judgement call on Ramada Inn. If they can't keep up the standards of the Ramada Inn why run this establishment under that name. Devamı

We booked this hotel because we could park our vehicle there during our 3 day trip and they had a shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport were also very helpful. The room was not clean and it smelled. We did not feel safe in our room. My husband placed a chair in front of […] the door during the night. It is located next to a neighborhood bar. I would not recommend staying at this hotel but there are several others in the area. Dirty, old, and staff clueless (but nice enough). Smelled like they used a can of Febreze in each room.

It was $30 to park for week while we were gone. Flight left at 6 and shuttle was prompt. Every hour on hour. Not counting one much for money spent but definitely not the ritz

The girl at the desk messed up paper work, sent me to a room with a man already in it; and would listen for answers to her own questions! The carpet was soaked from the airconditioner, so that I had to wear flip flops the whole time. The curtain was broken, so light was an issue. The bed was fine.

Comfortable and nice. Close to airport. Convenient. Last minute reservations accepted. :)

All items not in hotel. No coffee one day. Went with a group. They all had refrigerators and microwaves. My room did not. No reason given for not having these items. Room. Not cleaned. The carpet in the room was dirty/stained. The beds were all right. I would not stay there again.

Hotel could use some tlc but it was cheap and right off the interstate. Depends what your looking for if its just a cheap place to stay for the night and your not looking for the ritz this is your hotel. Free breakfast was a plus.

My husband and I were here visiting family and the stay here was nice and clean and the complimentary deluxe breakfast was great. They had eggs, sausage links, Belgian Waffles, cereal, etc.. The price was reasonable, I would definitely stay here again when I return.

I had an early flight and needed a room for the evening. It was perfect for my needs. i wasn't wanting to spend too much money and it was very affordable. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice as well. I stayed 3 nights and it was a very clean, quiet place. Bed was very comfortable. Best of all the shower had a regular size head and not one of those water savers that barely get you wet. Endless hot water! Location is close to restaurants, interstates, and shopping I would highly recommend this place to all visiting the St Louis area.

We needed a room for a late arrival and early shuttle to the airport...this place served it's purpose just fine. The desk clerk was very friendly and the shuttle driver was nice too. It was nice to find a shuttle service at 4am Xmas morning...

The hotel staff was rude, and I did not sleep hardly at all due to the traffic noise all night long. People were fighting outside in the hall, and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. When I called to complain they didn't even apologize... in the morning I went to bring my breakfast to my room and the woman who worked there got aggressive and […] then laughed in my face in front of all the customers. This hotel is 15-25 minutes from the airport. There was no light bulb in my bed lamp and the bath tub did not have a stopper. They gave me a list for dinner delivery which had restaurants that did not deliver to the hotel or were closed on Sunday. The shuttle did leave on time which was nice. Hotel was far from the airport. It is more like a motel than hotel. Rooms were filthy, and the walls are paper thin. Lock on the door was flimsy at best. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The lady who kept the breakfast service running was fantastic! For an older hotel, she was the one who made you feel that the hotel actually cared about the customer. Hotel was clean - simply older and had the feel of an older hotel. Pillows & towels need to be replaced ... clean but older and have seen their better days.

We were put in a room which had a bad odor upon check-in. We called the front desk and were able to change rooms with no hassle. The second room was fine. The continental breakfast was good. Over all, very worth the money.

We were on a weekend getaway and stayed there on a Friday night, and our housekeeping evidentally didnt clean as there were open bars of soap and shampoo in the shower and as we are trying to go to sleep a lil after nmidnight there wasw people out yelling, cursing and making all kinds of noises. Nice room & comfortable bed. Shower was weak though. This room did not have kitchenette. But otherwise very nice. Free shuttle to airport a big plus.

Everything was fine. It was nice to have a little store since there was no place to eat nearby. Driver made suggestions for time to leave-this helped.

My stayed at the Ramada Airport North Hazelwood was a nice,quite birthday weekend. Me and my hubby had a nice,quite time together.Love it the hold weekend!!!!

When I got off the (scary) elevator, the stench of the hallways was horrible. Smelled like wet molded carpet. My room smelled the same. It probably was wet molded carpet that had been dried. I say this because I have asthma and allergies. as soon as I went inside the room, my breath was taken away. I opened the window (which did not have a screen) and […] left the room for several hours. When I came back the smell was gone. I slept well the bed comfy and the linen was clean. The next day I made the mistake of closing the window. I did not want to catch cold after showering. The bathroom was clean by the way. That night I went sleep and was awaken at 5 a.m. by an asthma attack in a funky room! I had to open the window again and sit outside for an hour. I was so tired I went back to bed. I awoke with a swollen face because of allergies. At least no bugs flew in the room. I hate to give a bad review; because, the STAFF was VERY FRIENDLY the desk clerk made me smile. BUT if you have asthma or allergies - You could die here. Devamı

Attending a reunion in St Louis, The rate was one third the "Reunion Hotel". I had to drive only 13 minutes to the "expensive" hotel. Other reviewers had warned to take ant spray to the Ramada but I had no problem with this. The room was clean. I never used the TV, Fridge or Microwave. WiFi was free and relatively quick. It was convenient to the freeways and had food and stores nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar was well stocked and had good variety. Overall a great place to stay. The next time I'm in town I'll definitely book here again!

First, the hotel was an attractive low price and was listed to have 2 queen beds in the rooms. Only they weren't queens, they were fulls. We reserved two smoking rooms, but were foreced to take non-smoking rooms if we wanted to get to sleep because at our 11pm check-in the smoking rooms "had not been cleaned yet". There was a line for 20 minutes to […] check-in at 11pm because the poor guy at the desk was trying to do 50 things at once. They seem to have at least 2 different key card systems so they don't always work like they are supposed to, one of our rooms' cards didn't work until the next morning and a maintenence visit. Went to ask a question at the front desk and found 4 people waiting, the phone ringing and no desk clerk. When I checked out, a shuttle driver was the only one at the desk. The hotel would do well to increase its rates just a bit so they can afford more help and get the door keys all on the same system. All of that aside, the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. My room was ready when I arrived and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful to the extent that when I asked for the nearest place to buy two cans of beer had the shuttle driver take me to a beer store on his way to drop another guest off at a resteraunt and bring me back.

Horrible service had to wait almost 10 minutes for the manager to show up at the front desk to check me in, keys didn't unlock any outside doors, elevator sounded like it was going to break, continental breakfast was cold and not well stocked. Extremely unsatisfied!

The main problem was getting around the construction to get to the hotel.

the staff was freindly they went beyong their duty to help. the transportation was free. this last was the better part of this hotel.

Run down, dirty, my room smelled funny. Shower dripped all night, then the cold water in the shower didn't work. And since the tub didn't drain properly I ended up ankle deep in scalding hot water.

Hotel was clean & the staff was very helpful. It is an older hotel, so it shows a little age, but we had no problems with our stay.
