several wall outlets were not properly covered by a plate and were extreamly loose. There were no free outlets for me to plug in my laptop or phone charger so I had to move furniture and unplug lamps just to access a power outlet. From the moment I checked into my room there was noise that could be heard from another room close by. All night I heard the sound of gentelemen talking loud and playing card games up until I checked out at 4am the following morning. That will be my first and last visit at this hotel. Very disappointed!

When we first arrived, I was a little uneasy by the people hanging all around outside (many of whom live there) Didnt feel real safe. A guy walked past our room and said hello, backed up and tried to look all around inside. Odd. Definately keep your cars and room doors locked. Leave nothing of value

Clean, comfortable, inexpensive. A little noisy, and the front desk clerk seemed to be a little less than 'all about service', but I would still recommend it for the value.

pretty common area for breakfast. waffles! room was what you'd expect for the price, fine for a one night stay.

The hotel was clean and quiet, nice tv, enough towels and washcloths. It was very convenient to Hwy 85. Will stay there again.

When checking in at the hotel, at first I was told that they didn't have 2 beds I requested and wanted to know if I would take a room with one queen bed. Then, they checked and the 2 bed room was available. When arriving in the room, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread in […] the non-smoking room. I think the room could have been a little cleaner. The continental breakfast was out of fruit thay day. I would not recommend this particular Quality Inn. My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds covered with cigarette burned bed coverings. The mattresses were not comfortable and sunken-in in the middle. Carpets were stained and nasty looking. Not an enjoyable stay.

I didn't get to stay long, but this was a very quiet. comfortable, clean hotel Room.

holes in the bedspread all duct work was filled with lint refused to stay one night in that room slept on my familys couch. If this is what hotels.com puts on their web site I will never use it again and I definately wont stay at another quaility inn

I booked this motel, then read the reviews and was a bit apprehensive. To my surprise the room was clean, the neighborhood, fine, and the staff very attentive. No one should shy away based upon previous negative reviews. The management is excellenet

After I read reviews I started to cancel. Glad I did not. Room clean, Bed comfortable, Quiet at night,Staff was nice. Will stay there any time I am in Greenville area. Could not of ask for nicer stay.

It served my purpose for getting sleep, but comforters looked old and dirty, made me nautious actually, and bathroom floor didn't look like it had been swept or mopped. Staff seemed nice inspite

Hotel was in a convenient location right off of 85...Everything was okay but the room seemed like it held moisture...or "smelled wet" if that makes sense.

Pros: Cheap Cons: Ambulance at hotel upon arrival, barbed wire on fencing surrounding the hotel, the ghetto, rude and unhelpful staff, our bathroom door fell off in our room! Prostitutes everywhere and asking if you want to do something, cig holes burned in the blankets, rundown bathroom. All in all, you get what you pay for - no. I've paid less and […] had better stays. A woman came to our door and propositioned my boyfriend for inapropriate favors. We heard a gun shot go off, and the women hanging around the hotel were fighting all night! The walls are so thin we could hear everything they were saying. They were fighting over "customers" and teratory. We will never be back.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. I called to see about early check in and the man was very rude to me. Once we checked in, our room had an odor. The cover on the beds had cigarette holes in them. The maid service woke us up early every morning. There were questionable people staying at the hotel also. Not a quality inn at all!

I stay here often while traveling between S.C. and Atl. It's comfortable and clean. The Business Center always seems to have slight functioning issues. My only real vice: I'm a late sleeper, house-keeping always always opens the door before I'm ready to wake up. Thank goodness for the dead bolt. Other than that, it's ok.

Non smoking room reeked of smoke

The room was clean and there was no evidence of bed bugs, however there was a report recently that they had them. The neighborhood was questionable and the hotel is next door to a night club. There were some scary looking people lerking in the back side of the hotel. Had to leave after one night. Just didn't feel safe.

checked in with no problem, got to room, tv remote did not work. went to front desk for help, no one available to change remote, considered moving to adjacent room, key would not open door, no available for this problem either. my opinion, the maintenance at this motel is worse than poor and customer assistance is non-existence

First, the manager gave me the wrong room & key, and I disturbed someone who was sleeping trying to get into the room. Then when I got in the room, there was no alarm clock or coffee maker. I had coffee, but nothing to make it in. I certainly did not get what was advertised..

convenient location for interstate travel around NYC.

First let me say that I've been to hundreds of relatively low priced hotels and never had this bad of an experience. I arrived to quality inn at 2am, since I was driving home to new Orleans from Virginia, it was basically half way. When I walked through the initial door I attempted to go through the second door and it was locked. The lady behind the […] counter was not very nice and asked me rudely if she could help me. I looked at her and said, I have a reservation. I understand at 2 in the morning there are some crazy people out there, and I understand having to be able to protect oneself is very important. She proceeded to look for my reservation which took her 10 minutes- all the while I was left in between tge two front doors. And it was 34 degrees outside.... I had reserved a king sizes room. But when I finally got to my room it was a two queen room. At this point I just wanted to sleep. I tried ro turn on the tall , but quickly realized it had no lightbulb.When I went into the bathroom, the towel rack was being held up by the bottom two screws, and seriously looked like a light tug would bring the whole thing down. The next morning was better. The morning clerk was much nicer, and since te night clerk had not mentioned the free breakfast, I almost missed it. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy! Highly recommended!

This is an older motel that has done a good job of keeping up the exterior. However, the housekeeping department needs improvement. Although the room was clean, it looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry by a teenager on the run. The bathroom and sink as well as the micro and refg. had cleaner residue on them. The carpet needed a good vacuuming especially […] in the corners. The windows were in great need of a cleaning all over the place. However, the linens were VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED WONDERFUL! The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was good,but the coffee was very weak! Not sure we'd stay there again, but it met the need for a pair of tired travelers and at a reasonable price so we had extra money to spend when we got to our final destination. Devamı

Our towels, half of them were dirty and stained. Poor house cleaning service. They came in to cleaned the room but did not restock the towels or tissue roll. We decided on the second night to just get the towels ourselves and didn't let them clean the room. Sketchy place to be at night to say the least, so keep your doors locked. this hotel is by far the BEST for the price! it's awesome as a matter of fact! the room was packed with iron, ironing board (full size) fridge, freezer, microwave, and the breakfast is GREAT! waffles, sausages, biscuits, boiled eggs, just an overall AWESOME STAY for a UNBELIEVABLY LOW PRICE!!! not to mention it is right across the street from a sup […] ermarket! had a double room two bed one which daughter was in had bed mites she was bitten several times did report it first was said could not do anything had to rise hell to get accomadate which turn out to be real nice. never will come back there to stay.

We had a great time staying here for two nights. The room was clean and everyone was so nice. The only thing that was uneasy was the man who knocked on our door at about 11pm a few times. He went away once he knew he had the wrong room, but it was still sketchy! Other than that we enjoyed everything!

Will stay again. First room smelled a little funny and had cobwebs but was promptly moved to a room that was just fine! Maybe that other room just hadn't been rented in a while. I've stayed here several times and will continue to stay when in town!
