Knights Inn Phoenix I-17 - Phoenix

It was ok I requested a king size and end up having a full... The shower needed maintenance it was leaking and the toilet kept running like for 30mins after flushing...

Arrived at 4:30 PM and room not clean (checkout time was 11:00 AM). Desk clerk wouldn't estimate cleaning estimated time (I know it takes 30 - 45 minutes to clean a discharge room from 20 years of previous experience). I had commitments later and couldn't afford to wait an undefined time so I said I had to cancel but the clerk said I would be charged […] a fee for not canceling 24 hrs ahead of time. If I'd have known that my room wouldn't be ready 5 1/2 hours after checkout time and would not be given an estimated time when it would be ready I wouldn't have reserved it in the first place. When I got there to check in at the hotel I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my rooms and right away he got on the defensive.The person told me if I had seen the pictures on the internet and I told him thjat I did and that they were nothing like what I'm seeing in person and he told that was to bad you saw what you were getting.The hotel […] has a strip club right across the street is in a industrial part of the city is literally 20 yards from a freeway has holes in the wall that surround the hotel has vagrants that sleep in front of the building that is next door.There is no way I could have my guests stay there. Knights Inn was okay to stay at. It's not kid friendly and the pool is not heated, which I wish it was. The person at the front desk was very nice and helped us get into a room earlier than expected.

This place is horrendous! It's dirty and has poor maintenance. The first thing you notice is the bad neighborhood. It is next door to a large strip club and junk yards. The room had holes in the wall, cigarette burns on the comforter, and looked like it should be rented by the hour. It was by far the worst looking room I've ever seen. its ghetto next to a topless bar its a old building we didnt feel safe

Dirty, stained, torn carpet, water damaged bathroom. No stopper for tub and almost killed myself getting in and out from shower. Old toothpaste on sink. Postage stamp towels. No "continental breakfast" on Sun am even though I was there during the appropriate hours. Next to a "gentlemen's club" in a very seedy area. And it was overpriced! Yuck!

This is a very interesting place. The room had a very strong order (bad) Outlets were in need of repair. Bathroom fan squeeled. Entrance door was damaged from previous breakins. There are unique characters around the property. Default channel on the TV is the porn channel. The sheets were clean and saw no bugs. The hotel was awful. Pictures are not accurate to hotel cleanlyness. Blankets and sheets on bed were not clean. Not worth any money. Hotel is run down and not in a great part of town. Contental breakfast is not accurate. We went in during designated time and it was not ready. They can not use coffee machine and juice machine at the same time due to […] electrical problems. There was no food available and the food was microwaveable food. Towels are so small it didnt fit around my four year old. bathroom tiles were so slippery that i slipped getting out of the shower due to not being able to dry off with a tiny towel and there was no floor mats. Absolutely shocked at what I saw! No iron, no microwave, no fridge. Lack of space. I regretted going there in the first place. Very rude customer service. I would never in a million years go to a place like that AGAIN! Iwouldnt even recommend it to my enemy.

If you want to see the CSI van then this is the place for you,To have the smoke alarm go off in the middle of the night and have your truck held for 8 hours by the police Because of a SHOOTING at the inn Then you'll Love it here

People where partying until 5am and it also smelled like people where smoking marijuana. It was very noising and the heater did not work. I was concerned for my 2 little ones. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Hotel in signficant disrepair and is not worth the cost. The room cost should be at least half. It seems rather convenient for a strip club next door. Ithink it is questionable that Hotels.com should be associated with this particular location.

this place is pretty nasty. was very itchy after sleeping there...when i got into the room porn was the default channel on the tv. i thought it was funny but some people might not. right next to a strip club and some loud industrial work

drugs were being used in the parking lot. What else can I say.

This is a filthy place to stay. The room stank and there was dust everywhere. Previous guest trash was still on the shelf. The carpet and bedspread looked like they were used as dishrags. No working ice and no breakfast, probably for the best anyway...

This hotel doubles as a Knights Inn and a transient hotel. The room furnishings are old and the bed was beyond firm. Lots of people coming and going, some cars for sale in the parking lot and smokers hanging out near the dumpster. This hotel was was not easy to locate and the service was not satisfactory. They claimed you got a Complimentary breakfast and all they served was a muffin and coffee. That was not a breakfast when I travel I expect more than that they had false advertisement. The rooms were not that comfortable either.

I never leave reviews but this was so bad I just had to! Dirty sheets Bad AC unit No light bulbs in sockets NO CONTINENTAL breakfast as website says-there was a juice maker at 9:30am when I was told breakfast 7-10! The place is a dump! This was a late night, last minute reservation that allowed pets. Wrong choice for us!! The desk clerk is behind bullit-proof, and was rude.We got to our room passed the rooms where you could smell pot being smoked, and the people hanging out in the parking lot playing their music loud (until around 12:30 am). The room was VERY […] run down. The air conditioner was hanging off the wall on one side and when it went on it made this very loud noise two or three times before it stayed on. There was no remote for the TV, and the desk clerk told us that people steal them and they're not going to replace them. The access door to the plumbing was missing leaving a hugh hole in the room wall, and the walls and carpet were very dirty The linens on the bed were worn out and needed to be replaced badly.So we slept on top of the bedspread, in our clothes. All during the night we had to keep looking out the window at our vehicle to make sure it was O.K. In the morning when we went to clean up so we could get out of there, there were NO TOWELS at all. I went down to the office and told them, and the desk clerk said it would be about a half hour before he could get them to me. I said to forget it we just wanted to get out of the motel as fast as we could. We checked in at about 10:45 pm, and after we got in our room the clerk, called to tell us that he had to charge us a 2nd pet fee, as it wasn't a per night pet fee, but a per pet each night fee. THIS MADE THE ROOM VERY OVERPRICED!! There was no place to walk the dogs, and broken glass all over the parking lot. The overall condition was awful!! We went to Comicon and it was very convenient. Staff was nice. The room was spacious and quiet.

PRO: Room was average, clean and suitable for my brief business stay. Amenities were sparse but the price for 2 nights seemed very good. However, when you include the additional Taxes and Fees at a couple of bucks short of ten dollars per night, the price was just fair. CON: The a/c made whistles followed by a loud whomp continuously throughout the […] night, but the air was cold. Also, housekeeping would completely turn off the a/c so that when you returned, the room was hot again, which is not appreciated in Phoenix during the hot summer. The Inn was very comfortable to stay. It was easy to get to places I needed to go, and was surrounded by many restaurant and close to major streets and HWY. The most noticeable thing of the Inn was the Pool.

I had a good time at the hotel. I got back from the Grand Canyon just to spend the night and take a flight at 6:00am, so it was a good option for me. They were the only place that had any rooms open that weekend...the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant...the room was very clean...the parking lot was well lit and safe...the batteries on the remote didn't work but I didn't complain...it would have been nice to know that one of the channels available was The Playboy Channel...wasn't cool […] to find that out on accident...other than the surprise of adult television and the surrounding "not so good" neighborhood, my stay was just fine. The motel was conveniently located however, there was not a restaurant within a reasonable distance. Very depressing surroundings pool was unheated and extremly cold, and there are no restaurants, or grocery stores anywhere nearby. I was utterly miserable till I moved to another hotel.

I was given a smoking room which I did not reserve but the guy in the window was nice and gave me a non-smoking. I woke up to what appears like feet running back and forth in the room above me, then pounding on the walls in the room next to me. It was as if construction was going on next door. Other than that it was tolerable.

When I checked at the hotel everything was ready for me. But as I got to my room it smell horrific! We went back to the front desk and got another room with much adittude. Well when we got to the second room we wish we stayed in the first one. This room had no towels the toliet screeched ever 30 seconds and the bed was tilted about 6 inches higher at […] the foot! So again we went back to the front desk ask for him to give another room( I should of asked for a refund). This time he wanted to put us in a new room but charge us $5 more! I told him that he could stick it u no where and I wanted a refund. This hotel sucks and it does not deserve one star it should get none! Devamı

nice hotel, nice rooms, booked a kingsize bed and got a queensize again...well but the rest fits...oh tv chanels change from room to room ...lol...but hey its ok for a good sleep
