Key West Inn Tunica - Robinsonville

I think for the price it was ok.

For the price we paid to stay at this motel, it shocked us because it was very clean and spacious. It also provided a fridge and microwave unlike other motels at that price.

the room was dirty. Had left over food and drink in frig. Batroom neededto be swept and bath tub needed to be cleaned.flors needed vaccumed. waste of money. If we hadnt gotten there so late we wouldnt have stayed.Big dissapointment. the pictures on there page makes it look nice, it fooled us.

This was a pleasant stay. It was quiet and close to surrounding casinos.

The hotel was disgusting. We stayed only one night and quickly left. The floors need to be cleaned, outlets were hanging out of the wall, and staff was not friendly. Will not stay or recommend in the future!

There was no lotion in the room or hair condition. It would be nice if they added those two things. Overall the stay was great.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly but it was noisy all night long and hard to sleep. When we made the reservation we were told it was about two miles from Sams Town casino when it was about six miles away.

Spider webs in the room, spiders crawling around - roach in the room - felt like you were going to fall thru the tub. Breakfast was just ok. Got in late and out early, Glad I didn't have to stay another night. Beds small and uncomfortable. The room next door's smoke detector beeped all night. Needed a new battery.

Rates good , clean enough , would stay there again.

The A/C did not work right the first night and it was very hot. We eventually got it working. We were about to ask for another room. Some painting was going on and they would block our stairs to go down and that was inconvenient. The staff was not friendly at all. I got in late but someone was there. It's directly on the main road that leads to the casinos so if you want to gamble, this is the place. The doors face right out to the parking lot and that gives me the creeps sometimes. There's a corn field across the street so not much to worry about from the neighborhood. The room was musty and had spiderwebs in […] the corners and in the bathroom. They say they have breakfast but it's really not. Some jelly, a few donuts and coffee and some bread and jelly. We were traveling with our Chihuahua and decided to stop for a couple of nights and try our luck at the Tunica CET casinos. The hotel was mere minutes away,by car-not within walking distance to anything. The housekeeping evidently does not know what "Do Not Disturb Means" and will proceed to knock until you answer. (Friend was gone to get us some food […] and I was in the shower.) If you are a fan of the continental breakfasts Hotels such as this one offer, you will want to stay somewhere else. They conveniently allow late checkout or early check in for a reasonable fee. Devamı

Book an inexpensive motel, get a motel that feels inexpensive. but the locations is good for the casinos

Great room and friendly staff. I would recommend it for the value and proximity to Casino Strip Blvd.

Hotel is ideal location, fairly inexpensive, but getting a bit worn by inadequate maintenance. Front desk would not move me to King Non-Smoking from 2 doubles/smoking without paying an upcharge so I settled for what I got and there was a very strong smoke smell in the room which seemed even stronger the next night in my next hotel as I have a Bi-PAP […] machine whose filter absorbed the smoke smell and dished it back out at me. Breakfast is free but only had cereal and some danish muffins...no bagels or other things for which cream cheese and other stuff was provided. Still was inexpensive place to stay and good location, still lots of mid-week inexpensive places to stay in this area which are nicer IMHO. Devamı

I was very satisfied with the room, the rate, the service, and the location of the Key West Inn. It was just a few minutes away from the casinos and the outlet mall. Didn't have to fight traffic at any time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Was a very nice and friendly hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had no issues at all. Close to the casinos with easy access.

the rooms i had rented for a birthday weekend get away were hard to find and not ready when we arived that afternoon. the ac did not work in one of the ajoining rooms i tried to call the office phone didnt work so back out in the heat to wait in office more . the lady up front didnt believe ac didnt work had to go check it for herself then came back […] to switch the rooms . she gave us new ajoining rooms after some static about not having any more rooms . she also went with to check out rooms before giving up keys all was finally good . the cable channels were few but checkout was fast with a different lady .!. Pros: Short drive to the Tunica casinos. Decent price. Cons: Room smelled highly of cheap air fresheners.(got better after turning on the air for a while) TV was going out. Some stains on the walls. Overall: If you can't afford or can't find a room inside a casino, not a bad place to crash for the night.

The hotel was in range of all the casinos, making it easy to get there.

The room was clean and cool. The beds were firm but not hard. The breakfast was simple but good. The Clerk continued to put items out even for the late stragglers.

We walked into the room and my husband said, it smells really fresh in here. That was the start of a very nice weekend. The room was better than we expected with a frig which we put our leftovers in after dinner. The beds slept so good we missed the hotel provided breakfast, but got on the road refreshed. We were placed in the middle of a tailgate party. We were there to rest, and relax from our long trip. I complained to the front desk of the noise above us, the front desk stated it was my responsibility to notify the room above to quiet themselves. After much arguement, the front desk did contact the above room, and informed the room it was "me" who […] complained, upon leaving the hotel, I was confronted by the upstairs guest, and threatened. The room was outdated, unsanitary and the customer service was horrible. DO NOT stay at this hotel, if you're looking for rest, great customer service, or assistance if you have an issue. Devamı

We have stayed here before. Good location close to casinos. Very affordable price. Nice little breakfast.

Both ladies at the front desk were super friendly! The hotel appeared cute and quaint, just a few things could be changed to make the appearance and overall experience better. Lots of cobwebs and dirt/other stains on the building. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but did have ash trays in the room and smelled like smoke. We were only staying […] for about the eight hours we were going to sleep, so we just ignored that. Would stay here again if we needed a cheaper hotel for just a few hours. Devamı

we got to tunica early and was able to check in anyway! the rooms were very clean, fridge, microwave, they even had a pay washer and dryer to use. they were very friendly and nice. overall our stay was great for the 3 nights we were there!

room was not what was pictured.. breakfast left a lot to be desired. ice machine at another building at the motel.. did not want to wander over there in the dark for ice.

Even though it seemed the hotel was in the middle of nowhere....it was a wonderful stay. It's unique plantation look made it seem like it was not a hotel. It was so peaceful and quite. The front desk was always helpful in getting the directions we needed to get to some of the attractions. I would stay there again.

It was not a bad place to stay. It was clean. The room was cool. The bed was comfortable. The only problem, the toliet didn't flush. It was somehow overlooked that the water was not turned on to the toliet. We lived with it because it was just for one night. We told the desk as we checked out the next morning.

The bathroom stii had a used bar of soap from the previous guest and the bathtub was not clean. The first time the toilet was used it broke. It took two calls to get them to fix it and they just left the water in the floor. There was only a soft drink vending machine.
