Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo - Tokyo

Me and my wife loved this hotel very much. All the crew was very polite to the visitors. And every 15 minute till 22 pm there is free shuttle to the meguro station ( 5 min to meguro st by shuttle), because of this the location is ok. And also the price is good for the 4 stars hotel.

okay but as you requested no smoking room. we got smoking room-hiwever, after complaining it was changed to no smoking area to fourth floor.Japan HOTEL STINKS OF SMOKE as they do not have ordinance banning SMOKING. TOO BAD.

The hotel is very centrally located, very near Roppongi. The rooms are spaceaous. Access to the pool and workout area are an extra fee, which I was disappointed in. The room is not cheap, but definitely not expensive with regards to Tokyo.

Could not fault the Sheraton Miyako. All staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english. There are not shops right next to the hotel but the shuttle bus service is terrific and leaves every 15mins to both Meguro and Shingawa stations. There are also some lovely little shops only about 7-10mins walk away. Cannot comment on the restaurants as […] we ate out each day but would certainly stay at the Miyako again! Devamı

The hotel is an older hotel but it is in great shape! The rooms have been updated and the entire lobby area has been updated. It is a real nice hotel and the garden view is outstanding! A comfortable hotel offering great shuttle service to the unsurpassed Tokyo train and subway systems. We were able to book a great rate for a triple room. Bar, diding and services are quite expensive, experienced travelers will be able to avoid creeping cost. I spent days looking at reviews of hotels. This one stood out to have a very helpful English speaking staff and an easy shuttle to train or subway and the price was better than most. Only downfall was the 3rd bed, in the ad it looked like a real bed but it was just a cot, my daughter is a small 20 year old who would have liked a real bed for the 3rd […] adult. Nice hotel. Courtesy bus service required as a little walk from main station. Comfortable spacious rooms. Only negative was having to pay to use pools and gym which I felt should be included.

the staff were so professional, organized, and super nice. hotel offer shuttle to near by station. room are clean.

The hotel was beautiful with lovely fireplace at the lobby and beautiful Japanese garden. The room was very comfortable, able to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Staff veer helpful, spoke good English. the neighborhood was quiet so could not just pop down to a shop for a quick bite. Either order room service or take the shuttle to the mall […] at Meguro JR station for some food. The shuttle service was great, really convenient. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from the nearest subway station. The room is apacious and clean, it was very comfortable for my family of four. It is value for money.

Loved the shuttle bus every 15 minutes from Megaro station - it made the stay so easy. Right on the dot every hour, quarter past, half past etc., behind the taxis at the east entrance of the station. The buses were bright purple or red so easy to spot and the drivers very courteous and helpful. They are always on time so if you get to the stop at 1 […] minute past the time don't expect them to be there! But the next one will be there in 10 minutes! The hotel was lovely to stay in - lots of space - we had 3 adults in our room and despite the made up third bed it still felt spacious. The bathroom was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the people that worked there. I needed an iron to iron some shirts and it was at my door in 5 minutes. We had a lot of trouble in Japan getting ATM's to accept our card and the hotel were only too happy to firstly recommend ATM's to try and then when none worked they changed money there for us. It was a last resort as it is a dear way to exchange money but to be fair they did try and help us to find other ways first. They also offered to suggest other places to eat as well - and in fact one great option is the 5th floor above Megaro station although some nights of the week it is not open. We were given help in organising tours - buses pick you up from there - and also just as much help if we were organising things to see ourselves. Service and attention to customer needs are paramount at this hotel. We very much enjoyed our staff and would choose this hotel again.

All of the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Convienent Hotel shuttle bus to and from Meguro Station. Well this was my second time to stay here and I would stay here again the next time i'm in Tokyo

The concierge was extremely helpful.She made reservations for us and was fantastic with directions and transportation suggestions.

Overall, the hotel was VERY luxurious. It was within an easy walk, WITH suitcases to the nearest subway station. We started to run into problems when they told us the pool (which is why we chose this hotel) was actually OFF the property and they would not let our 5 year old daughter in te hpool as she wasn't of Japanese "school-age". in addition, they […] wanted to charge us over 4,500 Yen PER USE for the pool during our stay. Needless to say, we ended our stay early nad chose to stay at the nearby military hotel with a complimentary pool adn real queen size beds. Devamı

WE STAYED HERE BEFORE . THAT IS WHY WE RETURNED AGAIN. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR TRAVELLING. THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. HELP WAS AVAILABLE FOR THE COMPUTERS WHEN NEEDED. tHE CONCIERGE LADIES WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND WENT BEYOND THEIR DUTIES.THE SHUTTLE WAS VERY IMPORTANT. The common facilities are OK, the rooms are not: tired furniture and bathroom. 100 years old TV, very limited number of programs. Restaurants prices considerably higher than expected.

When traveling in Japan, it is very difficult to find lodgings with children. So many hotel rooms are for 2 people only and they don't allow cramming in. The Miyako has many rooms available for 4 guests. This made it the right place for us. Moreover, the Miyako is a very nice hotel with a beautiful garden, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and great restaurants. […] Try the breakfast buffet--children are free. The free shuttle runs continuously to take you to 2 different subway lines and a busy shopping area with a fantastic sukiyaki restaurant--ask the concierge. I would definitely come again. Hotel staff very courteous Rooms decent sized TV very small - 22" Hotel restaurants quite expensive for breakfast 2500Yen for buffet breakfast. Too expensive in my opinion. Near train station about 5 blocks

以前利用した時が良かったので、多少不便でもと思い予約したが、ガッカリな滞在だった。 宿泊当日に予約したとの理由で、喫煙の部屋だった。 チェックイン時に禁煙にならないか頼んだが、フロント係は話を打ち切る様にご案内しますを繰り返し、かなり強引さが不愉快だった。 部屋は案の定、以前宿泊した際とは違い改装されていない部屋で、バスルームが特に古く、タイル目地のカビやシンクの汚れが酷かった。部屋はともかく、浴室の設備が相当古い。ビニールクロスの床が古く裸足で歩くのが気持ちが悪かった。 同じツインの部屋でも案内される部屋によってインテリアも清潔度も格段に違っていた。 運良く改装された部屋に当たれば良いが、ハズレるとその差は大きい。 評価出来る点は部屋が広い事のみ。但し、ベッドは小さ目。 同じホテル内でも格 […] 差が大き過ぎる。あんな汚ない部屋か存在し、当たる危険性があるならわざわざこのホテルに予約はせず、全館の質が統一されたホテルを選んでいた。安いレート用の部屋と言ったところだろうか。 Devamı

Very nice and warm hotel to stay. If you are coming to Tokyo by public transportation this hotel is not the best one. 10min walk from the nearest subway and if you are going to airport or downtown you have to change subway many times.

Excellent overall, great frequent shuttle bus to closest train/subway station. Very professional and friendly personnel

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der Tatsache ausgewählt, dass es eines der ganz ganz wenigen in Tokio ist, in dem 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern in einem Zimmer übernachten können. Dies war zwar möglich, jedoch doch eine etwas enge Angelegenheit, da nur 4 Betten bereitgestellt wurden. Unser Kleinster musste deshalb das Bett mit einem Elternteil teilen. […] Die Betten waren zwar sehr breit und bequem, doch ist das auf die Dauer doch nicht so sehr angenehm. Sehr angenehm überrascht waren wir von dem effizienten Shuttle-Bus Service zur Meguro bzw. Shinagawa-Station. Hat immer bestens geklappt und die beiden Stationen sind so wirklich nicht weit entfernt. Dass das Personal tadellos freundlich war, braucht kaum erwähnt zu werden, da dies in Japan eigentlich zum Standard gehört. Leider hatten wir nie die Gelegenheit, den schönen Garten des Hotels zu geniessen, da dieser entweder gerade nicht zugänglich war oder keine Zeit unsererseits vorhanden war. Auf jeden Fall war der Garten als Hintergrund der Lobby-Lounge schlicht und einfach der Hammer. Devamı

The location a bit not so near to shopping mall.

Very nice hotel with spa 7 minutes drive from Meguro station (Yamanote JR-line). Hotel has a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes from 10am to 10pm to Meguro (Taxi to Meguro 710yen). Easy access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Esibu by Yamanote line. Also you get to Tokyo and Ueno stations by Yamanote, althought they are bit further out. Excellent niveau de prestations. Bien pour les familles. Très grande attention du personnel. Piscine payante( yc pour les enfants accompagnés ).navette gratuite toute la journée pour la station Meguro JR, + station de métro à 4 min à pied. Hotel désservi par les Limousine Bus depuis l'aéroport Narita. Choix de Petits Déjeuners différents ( mais un peu […] cher ). 1.我訂了3人房.有3張單人床.房間相當寬敞.很舒服.2.酒店有進行過裝修,所以室內感覺不錯.飯店外有一片小山坡,綠意昂然.3.搭山手線在目黑站轉地下鐵三田線/南北線到白金台站下車,步行5分鐘即到.4.有穿梭巴士到白金台站及目黑站或品川站,有大行李的客人出行比較方便 5. 也有巴士直接到成田機場,約需1小時55 分鐘.6.惟附近没有餐飲,少便利店.要先行用餐才回酒店. 我下次還會考慮入住
