The Cordial Theaterhotel in Vienna is in a very clean and safe neighbourhood within a 5 minute walk of the main old town centre of Vienna. We walked to the beautiful floodlit Parliament building the first night and were enchanted watching the outdoor ice skating. The tourists sites in Vienna are wonderful and easily accessible by the metro, the nearest […] station to the hotel being a couple of minutes walk away. Easily acccessible from Airport by blue line train and one metro change. We stayed in an appartment with a small kitchenette, very useful for making tea and coffee. Couple of small supermarkets just across street for basics. Sofa bed in living room not comfortable and bed in bedroom quite small for a double. However bathroom good, plenty of hot water, bath and shower. Reception very helpful and allowed me to use their office to print off boarding passes for return flight home. Bit quirky with appartment over 2 floors but for location and the good deal we got with Hotels.com make it hard to beat. Devamı

Liked the room, got a two floor hotelroom with a small kitchen. Didn't liked the not prizeworthy breakfast though. And the coffee was much better at the nice little cafés close by. The Hotell was at a really quiet street and it was no problem to walk into town, even for our small kids, or to take the Subway just a block away.

The Hotel is ok, but location is not very good and close to old town.

We had a nice clean room on the 5th floor. The room was clean, the elevator small, and when we waited for it, the maids wated till we got to the reception floor. We do recomend this Hotel, and if coming back to vienna we will stay there again.

Firstly, let me say that we arrived in Vienna during a heat wave. The temperature was 34-37 degrees celcious plus humidity. Our room, unfortunately was on the fifth floor and heat rises. Without a word of a lie Our room had to be at least 100 degrees with no relief as there was no air conditioning. The hotel gave us fans however they simply moved the […] hot air around. We took cold showers and were hot within five minutes. This ruined our stay in Vienna. We had a two bedroom room and there was no place to put our suitcases in one. I would never stay at this hotel again for the simple fact there was no air conditioning. Devamı

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great location of hotel, close to subway and grocery stores. Walking distance to Rat Haus, but streetcars and subway nearby that will take you to all attractions of the city. Room also had small kitchenette; nice for keeping drinks and for making breakfast.

Hotel is walking distance from all historical buildings, cosy, comfortable and clean. Two level apartment was a bonus, plenty of room for suitcases and family of four. Would highly reccommend

Our room was quite big, which was different from other hotels in Europe we've been experiencing. The reception staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that it's very far from the metro station, however, the hotel is near the attractions, so makes for a nice walk.

Good hotel, good location, very spacious accommodation. Beds would need to be upgraded as they are quite hard and very noisy!

relatively close to the must see sights but the room was small and because transportation is very easy the location was not a significant advantage

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a comfortable room with a bedroom and bathroom on one level and a kitchenette and small sofa/TV on the other. Lots of space for a European hotel room. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were two grocery stores within a block. A very short walk to the Rathaus U-Bahn stop. Located on the #2 Trolley line and 3 blocks away from Rathaus Ubahn stop, this hotel is very conveniently located. I gave this hotel a 5 for everything, except comfort. We were located on the 3 floor and I could barely stay asleep. It's very loud. For some reason, people have the desire to speak very loudly outside the hotel lobby doors, which is below […] my window. So if you stay here, request a room not above that area. Also of the 2 single beds, 1 was overused and sagging. Pillows in this hotel are very flat and small. I had to use my airplane neck wrap to keep my head supported. With that said, the hotel was very clean and the front service staff was very polite and knowledgeable. It is definitely worth the price you pay, when compared to the other hotels. Devamı

Suite duplex pour 4 impeccable. Salle de bain et literie propres. Seul bémol, dans la chambre du haut, il y a un puit de jour : vous êtes réveillés par la lumière du matin. Nous étions côté cour, très calme. À 3 minutes du métro Rathaus, dans un quartier très agréable ! À recommander sans hésitation.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht und ein Zimmer auf zwei Geschossen bekommen, was uns zwar im ersten Moment überrascht, aber dann recht gut gefallen hat. Eingangsgeschoss: Wohnbereich mit Bettsofa für 2 Erwachsene eher knapp, mit zwei Teenagern für 3 Nächte ausreichend. Im Untergeschoss: Badezimmer und Doppelschlafzimmer mit Türe. Zimmer zum ruhigen […] Innenhof gelegen. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Gut zur U-Bahnstation gelegen. Einkausmöglichkeiten (z.B. SPAR) ganz in der Nähe. Würden Hotel für Städte-Weekend wieder buchen. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce 4* un peu vieillissant mais très bien situé à Vienne : au pied station tramway et métro, proche de l'Hotel de ville et Parlement. Grande chambre familiale pratique et au calme sur cour. Le petit déjeuner est cher, mais il y a juste à côté un authentique café viennois.

Das Hotel war schön, wenn auch sehr einfach. Etwas hellhörig, da wir ein Zimmer am Treppenhaus hatten. Dennoch sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt für ein Touri-Wochenende in Wien.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Osterurlaub in Wien verbracht. Wir hatten im Cordial Theaterhotel ein Familienzimmer gebucht (2Erw., 2Kinder unter 16J.) und waren von der Suite mit Küchenzeile begeistert. Wir haben daher meist ungezwungen auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt, was mit kl. Einschränkungen problemlos mgl. war, Einkaufsmgl.keiten waren sehr nah gelegen. […] Die zentrale Lage des Hotels hat uns begeistert, wir haben vielen Wege zu Fuß erledigt, aber auch die Anbindung an die öffentl. Verkehrsmittel war gut. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben hier einige sehr schöne Tage verlebt. Devamı

Bien comunicado, buena atencion, buen precio y comidad y limpieza adecuadas.

Vi bodde i en svit som var mycket rymlig och trevlig. Sängarna var aningen hårda men det är nog det enda vi har att klaga på. Frukosten buffen var jättebra men ganska dyr. Bra läge, nära tunnelbana och tramm.

友人に勧められ宿泊しました。 立地も良くお部屋も広く滞在型には快適なホテルでした。またウィーンに行く時はこのホテルを利用したいです。

Sehr nettes Hotel in der Innenstadt von Wien. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Rathaus, sehr freundliches Personal und guter Service. Allerdings ist das Hotel schon ein bisschen abgewohnt und eine Renovierung der ansonsten sehr schönen Zimmer wäre angebracht.

Si hay un pero para el hotel es el elevadisimo precio del desayuno, merece la pena bajar la calle hasta la cafeteria Eiles donde por un precio razonable se desayuna muy bien, con prensa internacional. Personal atento y efectivo, sin quejas.

Très bien situé et confortable. Seul point négatif : le petit-déjeuner un peu trop cher ! Il vaut mieux le prendre dans un café proche de l'hôtel.

La atencion, el edificio, la limpieza, la ubicacion ubican a este hotel entre los mejores de su categoria. Muy bueno.

위치로는 관광하기에 좋은 위치인데 4성급 호텔인데 3성급과 별차이가 없었던 것 같습니다. 비엔나는 좀 멀어도 교통이 좋아서 여행하기 전혀 문제가 없거든요..

Det er anden gang, vi benyttede hotellet. Vi synes om kvarteret, prisen er attraktiv og hotellet er lidt gammeldags på den gode måde. Kun morgenmadsbuffeten synes vi bør ændres til fast pris som fx Radisson Blue har det. Den nuværende ordning med tre muligheder er bøvlet, da der ikke kan kombineres mellem mulighederne. Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch und die Räume sind schön gestaltet. Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht, wobei wir jedoch zum Schluss gekommen sind, dass das Hotel seine 4 Sterne nicht verdient hat. Da die Aussentemperatur ca. 30°C betrug, die Sonne den ganzen Tag an die Fensterscheiben brannte und unser Hotelzimmer über keine Klimananlage verfügte, […] war es darin unerträglich heiss. Da das Hotel an einer Hauptstrasse liegt und die ganze Nacht über von Autos und Lieferwagen passiert wird, konnte man zur Abkühlung auch nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Im Beschrieb des Hotels steht, dass die Benützung der Küche gratis ist. Dem ist leider nicht so. Für die Nutzung der Küchenutensilien bezahlt man täglich 3 Euro. Devamı

Wien ist eine Reise Wert und das Cordial Theaterhotel ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr Sauber und ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Top karakterer til Cordial Theater Hotel. Relativt rolig beliggenhed, som vi satte ekstra pris på efter at ha gået rundt nede i bymidten! Fantastisk service, god morgenmad, rummelig suite med 2 soveværelser og en stue. Alt fungerede!
