I have beeb few times to Dublin and this time was working near by so went for this hotel. The staff are great and would recommend the afternoon tea and breakfast is also very nice overlooking the garden. Since it was cold they had the open fire lit which was very welcome. You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool or so the notice said but I don't […] know if they enforce so I deciding against going. Devamı

The service at the hotel from the time we arrived at the check in was good and the staff in general were quite welcoming and friendly. The room was comfotable and clean.The food was excellent. Our only observation was that the bar staff could have been a bit more friendly. We would certainly stay at the hotel again and would gladly recommend our family […] and friends to use the hotel. We got caught in the Dubln floods driving back from the airport so didn't get in until well after midnight. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and helped us with our bags and managed to find us some sandwiches even though the kitchen was long closed. Breakfast was average. They didn't have any porridge or lighter options for my wife other than a […] couple boxed cereals. The afternoon tea was delicious but a bit pricey. Great bar and all around friendly service. Lovely place to stay after a long flight to Ireland. Beautiful grounds to walk on! The food was wonderful and served by friendly staff who made you feel like family! The whole atmosphere was elegant and yet homey. I felt like I was staying at my "rich aunts" house! I would surely recommend and come back again when I am in Ireland. Anne

The staff was good and the main building impressive. Unfortunately the room we had, which was in the annex, was inferior and Ill-decorated. The bed marginal and the pillow like a brick. We did not see a room in the main building so cannot compare. Food in the restaurant was good, but service bad as they were overloaded at the time. Avoid this place […] if they have a wedding booked! We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were travelling with our small dog. Unfortunately our accomodation was actually a "golf lodge" a short distance from the hotel. The furniture which was a pink colour was badly soiled as was the carpet. The bathroom had a collection of dead ants located behind the bathroom door and some live ones were noted […] there also. These faults were outlined to the receptionist the following morning and she kindly agreed not to charge us 20 E surcharge for cleaning of the room which is required when a pet stays. Pity as the hotel itself looked nice and the grounds were lovely. Sorry to say I would not recommend nor stay here again :-( Devamı

This hotel is wonderful, the staff friendly and the food out of this world - I would highly recommend. The only downside is that you do need to have access to a car as the buses are terrible and the taxis very very expensive!

Very peaceful, easily found and an excellent place to stay for the price. Breakfast was 11 out of 10. Will stay there again.

Firstly I want to say that the hotel itself is situated on lovely grounds the building itself is very quaint and the hotel was clean. I came home tired and stressed this is due to the fact that our "family room" was situated directly inside the entrance to all rooms which continuosly slammed shut each time someone entered. Friday night we had to listen […] to this until the early hours. Saturday night due to a wedding party we were subject to continuous loud talk from what could only be described as the most rude and drunken guests. At three in the morning we had to listen to someone in the room above us wretching totally inapppropriate at which point I had to walk to the main building to complain to the night porter. The hotel itself is very quaint but when booking guests with families should be placed away from if possible a wedding party. I would not reccomend this hotel to my friends or family, I was extremely dissapointed and my sons first trip to the zoo was overshadowed by our lack of sleep. Devamı

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful and the hotel has an old world charm. The room was comfortable and clean. The main attraction is, however the wonderfully helpful reception staff. I had a large amount of printing to do as I had to make a business presentation. There was a paid printer but it cost 50 cents a page!. The receptionist offered to […] do the printing (about 450 pages) with the hotel charge being 10 cents a page. When I collected it she said that was too much and charged about 6 cents per page only. Overall I found this a relaxing experience. It is however far from the centre of Dublin but will suit if you want to be away from the city or near a west city location. Devamı

This hotel was very pleasant from start to finish.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Our accomodation in the liffey suite was really clean spacious and comfortable.The main hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas and the food was very good.

The hotel is beautifully luxurious. The only problem we encountered is the return of our rental and having difficulty returning to the hotel due to the lack of public transportation. It would be a terrific location for anyone on a honeymoon or family vacation with a car.

Underbart, pampigt hotell med "lyx"känsla. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket prisvärt. Lätt att ta sig in till Dublin med buss. Man är dock tvungen att ta taxi till och från flygplatsen.

L'hôtel est un de ces bons vieux hôtels de style anglais avec un confort toujours présent mais vétuste. Nous l'avons choisi parce que arrivant à Dublin en avion, il nous permettait facilement de passer une nuit très proche de l'aéroport avant de visiter Trim et sa région. Nous avons passe 10 jours avec nos deux filles dans ce lieu charmant et reposant et nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Nous avons apprécié la beauté du lieu, son confort, la qualité des prestations (salle de fitness, hamam, piscine), l'excellent petit déjeuner et les repas mais avant toute chose, nous avons été touchés par la gentillesse et la […] délicatesse des personnes travaillant à l'hôtel. Toutes ces personnes, sans exception, ont été aimables et ont toujours répondu parfaitement à nos demandes. J'aurai plaisir à retourner dans cet endroit, comme j'aurai plaisir à retoourner plus généralement en Irlande. Devamı

Cadre très agréable. Chambre très confortable et un personnel très sympathique. Très bon séjour !
