NH Zurbano - Madrid

Enjoyed our stay in the clean rooms, the bed sheet didn't smell so clean but overall I give it a 7out of 10. Breakfast was pricey though. Short walk to the metro and near the Real Madrid stadium by metro.

Great location, close to public transportation and touristic attractions. Staff at the hotel was friendly and kind. The hotel has good windows and street is not so noisy as the majority of the streets in Madrid, specially at night.

I travel quite a bit and have gone to a wide range of hotels over the years. This hotel was truly disappointing. My room was so small that I couldn't get into the bathroom without hitting the fixtures. The window shade was barely operable so I couldn't close or open it without a struggle. I gave up. The halls were dirty with broken tile. But none of […] that would have been so bad if I could have gotten help from the staff. One man at the desk was rude and tried to charge me double the amount for a bus tour the hotel was advertising. This same man told me to go out and get euros since they wouldn't charge to the room. I asked where to go locally and he said "anywhere". Other staff were more pleasant but I was reluctant to ask for service. The lobby was attractive and the buffet breakfast was good but expensive. This hotel provides very good value for money. The staff speaks English which is very good. WIFI in room is not for free. However, you can have free 128KB WIFI in the hotel reception.

The hotel was conveniently located in Salamanca neighborhood, which is one of the best ares in Madrid. Location is perfect and 1min walk from Gregorio Maranion metro station (30 mins away from airport via 10 and 8 lines- 1 stop change to 8 line from 10) Also by cab it will ont cost you more than 7 euros even with night fare to any hot spot in heart […] of Madrid. The neighborhood is quiet, safe. There are lots of cafes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, there are no close supermarkets to buy water, etc. The closest one is one stop with metro line 10 to Alonso Martinez. The store is called Vips. Hotel staff is friendly, speak English well, internet is fre ein lobby with 30 min sessions. If your room is close to lobby (1st floor or 2nd floor) you can use log in from your room. I had a standard room and it was clean and pleasant to stay in. The only remodeled rooms are superior rooms but the old ones are very nice as well. All the touristic spots are also very close by metro (10-15 mins). Overall I recommend this place for stay in Madrid based on price performance. My other area of suggestion to stay would be a hotel in Argueles district. Devamı

I would not stay at this hotel ever again. The room was so small and the window opened to a wall so no light came in the room. It was very depressing. There was no Internet in the room and only 1/2 hour free in the lobby. The restaurant was closed except for a very expensive breakfast and there was no place in the area to eat because in August everyone […] leaves for vacation. There was however a very nice bakery on the corner and the woman who owned it was very friendly and the food was great. Initially this hotel is fairly impressive for a 3* hotel. It's in two buildings, and I stayed (twice) in the northernmost building (perhaps your room allocation depends on the reception you first arrive at?). I chose it because of its close location to the Nuevos Ministerios Metro station, which is where the trains from Madrid airport arrive into the […] city. The hotel itself is reasonably nice. Lots of marble, the rooms are stylish, with wood laminate floors and new-looking furniture. The room contained a minibar, a small flat-screen television, a safe, and the bathroom had a hairdryer. Apart from that, everything was sparse -- there was no kettle, or coffee or iron. The beds were reasonably comfortable. My only major complaint (apart from the room being a little beaten) was the noise. Due to the laminate floors and the *extremely* thin doors to the room, every little noise could be heard. People walking up and down, the maids cleaning at 7am, televisions in other rooms. If you're a light sleeper, forget about getting a good night's rest. There was also some noise from the road. The breakfast was very expensive, and although it was all presented nicely, was very insubstantial. Mostly cold food, although you could ask for eggs, bacon, etc. if you wanted to. The hotel is very well located for the city without being in the centre (which is noisy & dirty). Perhaps 30 minutes' walk from the Prado, and very close to a metro stop on Line 10. The hotel staff are not so friendly. Upon our early morning arrival the staff at check-in did not attend to us immediately once we arrived at the counter. Staff wear grubby uniforms. Reception staff did not/did not want to speak English - maybe ok in a pension but not in an international hotel chain. The toilet seat had worn away to the metal underneath. Shower is located in a uncomfortable position in the bath. Falha no sistema de calefação dos quartos que segundo o gerente era consequência do projeto antigo de tubulação, portanto, ficamos sem aquecimento durante toda a estadia, enfrentando baixas temperaturas.

Zurbano ligger inte centralt. Jag och min man valde olika vägar till sevärdheter och det var roligt och spännande att kunna se en hel del av Madrit på det sättet.Själva hotellet är ganska sliten, särskild badrummet. 三星ホテルとして十分満足できる設備・サービスだったと思います。無料wi-fiがロビーのみなのはやや不便ですが、無料なので文句は言えないでしょう。それ以外にこれと言った不満は見当たりませんでした。 私はサッカー観戦目的で滞在しましたが、サンチアゴ・ベルナベウからも徒歩圏内（やや早足で20分程度）であり、帰りの満員電車に乗らずに済みました。 朝食も価格以上の水準で、全体に非常に満足できました。

Die Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück war OK (nichts besonderes). Die Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das einzige Punkt zu beklagen war, dass das Frühstücksraum in eine andere Gebäude war.
