Overall a good economy hotel for the neigbourhood, the room was adequate and clean. The staff were friendly, pool and deck were good, location is excellent, steps to the beach and boardwalk. Great location reasonably priced but could do with updating

Average hotel, but very inexpensive ,good location to attend a conference at the Fountainebleu, which is only 3 blocks away. wake up call service did not work well.

The hotel was nice enough. It all seems a little dated, but it is maintained and clean so I was pleased with that.

I felt the the maintenance of the property was extremely poor and it was not clean. I did not want to sit on the bed for lay my luggage down on the floor. I did not want to use the bathroom due to not clean and the smell was far from fresh. I checked back out after I checked in and saw the room.

Beautiful location. Welcoming and helpfull staff. They did everything to make me feel comfortable. Rooms are clean. The pool was not open, but beach access was directly across the back. This would be my first choice for accomodations anytime we return to Miami.

Enjoyed my stay and peace of mind so much WE EXTENDED OUR STAY .Will be back soon.

i went there with my entire family there and we booked four rooms and it was crappy the bathrooms was verry bad and the bed has bugs...

The hotel is near the FountainBleu hotel in Miami Beach, good location, BUT, the room is the nastiest place i've ever stayed, smelled horrible, the shower drafter the water all over the room, they room kes never worked, elevators suck..... Good location to go party, but the hotel will be your worst nightmare

Hotel was cheap...which was what we wanted for our "pre-cruise" stay in Miami. Elevator sucked...would skip our floor. Stairs led to no where...in the event of a fire...you are just screwed!!! Closet was huge...not a real plus in a hotel. No good, inexpensive places to eat nearby...just hotels and their restaurants.

the worst hotel I've ever been in my entire life. Super old and dirty. Needs immediate renovation. The only decent area was the lobby. Bad service. The hair dryer was oxidized and did not worked. the sheets were broken, horrible. All I can say is little and for the same price there are plenty of better hotels in Napples, or Orlando.

hotel was reasonably priced and clean... no hookers like some of the other reviewers said... BUT, not mentioned on hotels.com... $22.00 a day for parking at the hotel :(

Hotel located in an excellent location - the beach is your backyard. It has a gazebo-bar in the pool area which closes late. The only problem I had during this stay was that the bathroom was not clean. I called housekeeping 2 times. They cleaned the bathroom but still remained dirty even after I checked out. There was stool (seems from a pet) stuck […] underneath the door which was not completely cleaned. The bathroom smelled horrible. The other bad thing is the parking. The hotel does not have parking available so you have to pay $22 a night to park in the parking garage across the street. If you're lucky you'll find parking in the nearby meters (make sure you return before your time is up if not you'll get a ticket for sure) Overall the hotel is in a good location, the beach is your backyard. Bathroom tub bottom was all messed up and we had to put the bath towel before we took a shower. This hotel should be rated no more than 2 stars. We were lucky to stay just one night and enjoyed the oceanview though.

WORST HOTEL EVER... I booked a Oceanside room only to have a window view of there furnace. The bed had a cigarette hole in the comforter and the service was terrible. The elevator took 10 minutes just to get to our floor (4th). My family and I were there for a total of about 15 minutes and checked out and into another hotel. DO NOT take your children […] to this hotel. It is disgusting. Spend the extra money and get a nice room it's worth it. Devamı

Thanks to you our relation is a disaster I asked for a king bed... they give me a separated bed in our aniversary.....thank you distriod our intencions..

Staff friendly, room clean and staff services were good. Pool area beautiful and beach access from hotel. Gift store was nice. Now the cons. As my family walked off elevator, we were met by working girls on our floor that continued to be loud late into the night. Our worst experiences was lack of support for a pizza meal ordered due to flyers left uner […] our door. The order was wrong and the food was cold. Not hotel's fault? Well, when told about the wrong and two hour delayed meal, they admitted that they have had complaints and told the vendor to stop putting flyers under doors. They were not supportive otherwise and perhaps there are some safety concerns if the pizza restaurant can access all rooms without notice. Finally, would be nice to have access to a microwave without having to pay a per day fee. Devamı

The only problem was the parking they did not have enough parking for the guess. We had to park in a city garage accross the street it was very expensive.

This location was awesome for the money if you just want a quick no nonsense stop over from a cruise or layover before heading to your final destination. The price was ok but not as great as other spots near the South Beach area where all the action is. A plus was the location's amenities like the swimming pool and access to the beach. However, on this […] particular trip a concern was definably the building's desperate need for a MAJOR makeover in the area of THE ELEVATORS. They felt, smelled, sounded and are death traps. They stalled often on certain floors, were still in motion as the doors opened and the floor indicators where not working in the lobby or inside the boxes. People where really afraid of them. This hotel is run down and the hallway carpeting has stains. The parking is terrible and very expensive. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms needed updating. You can hear everything from the street in your room. I would not stay here again.

Where to start... The carpets are so stained with bleach or something, wall are bulged out with plaster from hiding holes, service for food and alcohol is slower than slow! The elevator was slow, and it seemed to be on it's last leg... Pool was nice, and convenient to the ocean and boardwalk. Ok room if all your using it for is sleeping and showe […] ring. Devamı

the hotel lobby looked really good and was looking forward to staying there however soon changed the staff where rude and whilst dealing with our check in they ignored us to answer a call whilst dealing with my bank details then after finishing the call they come back to us to finish the check in and we found them to be very unhelpful the elevators […] where in poor condition and instead i walked the 10 floors to get in my room as i didnt feel safe in them and suprised they passed inspection then got to the room the door lock was broke, the beds where uncomfortable to sit on the carpet was a mess, the bathroom was tiny and could bearly move in there and the lighting was next to none in the end we stayed there a total of 4 hours and then changed hotels. Wow! I should of listened to the reviews! The lobby was the only thing updated in this hotel. The elevators were old and barely functional. I got stuck in it. Horrible experience. Old rugs everywhere in the hotel, thin mattresses. The pool is sooooo cloudy and dirty, I was afraid to let my kids in. It was just gross!!

Hotel is not in the best of shape and needs a little remodeling but they allowed us to be in the pool all night. Staff was very nice. There is also a lot of construction around the area, so parking in the streets was a bit difficult. There is a parking garage across the street, but it is very pricey.

I know you get what you pay for, but this hotel is on Collins Ave right next to FountaineBlu. Elevators suck, got stuck on one on the way up to our room at check in. I am surprised the elevators pass inspection. Scary. The one bellman was very nice, and he was trying poor guy ....Room was fairly clean, bed comfortable, bathroom very small, no fan, shower […] decent. Hotel should be a one star. Devamı

hotel needs upgrading extremly bad parking very expensive if u r going in and out very old hotel needs overhaul including staff woul recomend to anyone dont do it

The hotel has great access to the beach the pool area is nice and has a little bar and showers, the room is poorly kept needs new carpet, paint and a full tlc in the bathrooms, the elevator gets stuck or skips floors, parking is across the street and there is a fee for parking. it needs improvement
