The stay was excellent except the fact that upon asking for extra toiletaries / personal shaving kits in the room, I've been told to come down at the front desk and get it as there was no one to deliver it. I book this hotel for our company everytime we are in Lombard.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located to where I was visiting. My only real complaint is that the room had a distinct shortage of usable three prong outlets.

Comfortable stay for four nights and the price was hard to beat. The free breakfast with waffle maker is always a nice touch. No flat screen TVs, but the wi-fi was free and fast. Overall, I'd recommend this to friends.

Good place to stay. Bed was very conformable. The breakfast was ok.

I was meeting a friend for a shopping weekend at Oakbrook. We did not need a suite, just a comfy place to sleep. We had a room with two double beds that were very comfortable. The comforters had been laundered & the stuffing had bunched up, so the beds looked lumpy, it was just the comforter. No flat screen t.v., if that really matters. WiFi worked […] very well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Located ~25-30 mins away west of Chicago, it was definitely worth the price for the few days we stayed there. The lobby was looked clean and welcoming. Our room comfortable when we checked in. The bathroom was neat with all the necessities. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area was fine, a mall was a short walk around ten mins away. Walked back to hotel at night felt very safe. Breakfast was good, kids loved the waffle machine, I am not a fan of cooked breakfasts in the USA so i really enjoyed it, there was meat items available but i didn't eat them was happy with the toast, scrambled […] eggs and orange juice was lovely. The shuttle from hotel was good available from morning till 9pm at night monday - friday for a 5 mile radius we took it to downers grove train station which is around 45 min train ride to the union station this is right next to the willis tower. Everything else is walking distance from there although for shopping the mall close to hotel is great. We picked our car up the day we left hotel and they were good enough to store our bags for the day and provide shuttle to train station for picking up. Really enjoyed our stay would stay again but would have car as it would have been quicker driving and when walking around chicago there were some reasonable prices for parking seen one for $6 when i researched it thought it was at least $20 good start to our road trip across the USA!!!! :) Devamı

The rooms were clean, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful, also close to the shopping center. I would recommend the hotel to others as well as return to stay.

friendly clerk greeted us, offered us a quiet room comfortably furnished.Good hot shower, comfy bed,. Everything two travelers could want. Breakfast was ample; scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, but sadly, no fresh fruit. Nice large room for breakfast and capable pleasant woman in charge. Would definitely return

Excellent value. This was a very good place to stay. comfortable beds, good continental breakfast, and very clean and comfortable room. highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights and chose this hotel because of the reviews and price. It is an excellent value. Free parking, free breakfast (a good, hot breakfast...not just cereal and muffins...we had scrambled eggs every morning and each day a different side like sausage or potatoes) and a very helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located just a […] few blocks from the Interstate so it's easy to get around and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The only negative I can think of is that the beds looked lumpy when we first got there, so we were concerned that the mattresses would not be comfortable. However, it was just that the comforter stuffing had clumped up a bit, it had nothing to do with mattress comfort or warmth. And last thing, I wasn't expecting this but the towels were much softer than I've found in recent stays at comparable-rate hotels. We'll definitely stay again. Devamı

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Neighborhood was safe and as I was traveling alone with young child, it was a very nice atmosphere. Staff were great and very accomadating.

I would recommend the Stay Inn. The location is great (less than a mile from Yorktown Mall), near many great restaurants, and minutes from highways to downtown Chicago or surrounding Suburbs. However, the breakfast needs to improve. This was my first hot breakfast at a hotel that did not include some type of meat. Although, the food was hot it definitely […] needs bacon or sausage. Turkey bacon/sausage works too! It was wierd eating eggs, biscuits/gravy, and muffins. For a better breakfast, you would need to go to a restaurant in the area. Very pleased with this 4-story "motor inn" located adjacent to the very large Yorktown (Shopping) Center. Everything very clean; quiet, nice-sized bath (with adjustable shower head); coffee and continental breakfast offers more than that -- good start for day.

This place is very far from the city center of Chicago. Expect to pay toll before you get there. Rooms are small. Breakfast is not impressive.

I can't tell you how impressed I was with how clean the rooms were. There is dark carpet in the rooms but you will not see any dust along the baseboards or in corners. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. You will not find a better place and the cost is the best price around.

This was a great hotel! The service was great! I went on a mini getaway with my mom and we thought it was a great location. There are lots of places to eat and shop. It was a great price! Would go back to this hotel if we go back to this place.

Its been one of the most pleasant and comfortable stay in the hotel .. from the room amenities to the breakfast and the front desk support .. everything is so user friendly. I am definitely planning to stay in here next time and would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

The hotel is very accomodating for the disabled. The staff assisted in bringing my breakfast to the table so I can eat. The lobby is very comfortable and inviting for guests to relax on the couch. This hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby locations. The hotel was also very clean.

Decided to "kidnap" my boyfriend for his birthday. Wanted a place close to where we where goign for dinner. When I called the hotel for a question I mentioned it was his birthday weekend. When we checked in they had a birthday card on the bed foro him. This was very sweet! Everyone we encoutnered was very nice and I really wish I would have caught the […] name of the front desk lady when we checked in. She was very sweet! Overall great experience Devamı

We enjoy our stay at the hotel this past weekend.

I loved the hotel, loved the price. The only conflict I had was the "24 hour shuttle service" that I called and asked about. They told me it only delivers within 5 miles of hotel but they forgot to inform me that it only runs during the week and not on the weekend when they knew I would be staying. I was not aware of this until I checked in. I checked […] the website and that was not posted on the website either. The breakfast was very good but both days i was there, no meat was served and the biscuits were kind of hard. Other than that extremely satisfied. Devamı

My husband attended a seminar in nearby Health Science University and I could spend the day at Yorktown Shopping Center. Couldn't have asked for a nicer room - GREAT breakfast, good location and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

I was in Lombard for a business trip and would highly recommend the Stay Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very pleasant.
