Found roaches in one of four rooms that my family and I reserved. The manager on duty arranged for another room, but, otherwise seemed unconcerned that we were inconvenienced by the relocation after a 12 hour trip from Ohio. An attitude of concern would have gone a long way. I spoke with the General Manager last week. He offered a discount with my next […] stay at the hotel (with roaches and "customer no-service"?). He said that's all he could offer on his own; needed "to check with the owners for anything more." (A GM needs to check with the owners???!!) He asked me to call back if I hadn't heard from him in a couple of days. I haven't received a call, but plan to follow up. As the consumer, why is follow up my responsibility? Devamı

Buyer Beware!!! Room is dated and has a poor odor. When check-in hotel computer was down. Go to business center area to check email that printer is down. Ask night deck guy for help he says, "It worked an hour ago?" and contines to play hard rock music in the back area without helping me. Service is poor. Pool and exercise room are stuck in the 1980s. […] You get what you pay for. Breakfast is good and hotel is in a really good location. Devamı

Our room was disgusting. There was hair in the bathroom floor and in the sink. I wiped everything down with clorox wipes. We went to the front desk and the employee was sleeping. We had to try several times to wake her up to get what we needed. There weren't any signs to put on the door not to disturb. It just wasn't a pleasant stay at all. This hotel is for you if you don't mind checking in and finding a bathrobe (not yours!) hanging on the bathroom door; crumbs on the rug- again- not yours; returning to your room at 10 pm and finding the door of your room wide open since the maid cleaned it & wanted to "air it out' but then forgot to close & lock the door and a breakfast "buffet" that […] never changes: plain cereal, plain bagels, plain danish (at least they took them out of the plastic wrapper), plain bread, but rather good waffles. This hotel was great. Staff was great. Right down the road from everything. Would definitely go and stay here again :)

The rooms were pathetic; I guess thats what I deserve for paying what I paid a night huh? It wasnt a loud hotel; but it was outdated & plain out right dirty. It felt as if bugz were biting me when I "attempted" to sleep. The staff is a joke as well; theyre not completely rude yet they are far from nice. luckily there are plenty of nice hotels all around […] Greenville so we only spent a night thetr before staying at a Hampton which fits my taste. I had an wonderful experience at this hotel and I look forward to staying there again!

The walls in this hotel are so thin that there's no point in them even being there. You could hear the next rooms normal conversation as if they were sitting right there. Also the room was one of the smallest I've seen in a very long there...wasn't happy!

Good stay. Attendant at checkout was rude

good basic, inexpensive. Nice because it had a fridge.

One night in a double with a king. The room was small, the bed, (1) chair, a dresser, TV stand and a fridge and microwave, took up about all the space there was. Aside from the "Hotel" carpet the room was fairly clean. All and all well worth the dicount rate we paid.

This is a very clean hotel with good staff and good breakfast. i enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody who needs a hotel in Greenville.

This hotel was extremely well priced for the area. However, the sight did not have any vending machines. The room was clean and provided the basics. But surprisingly a microwave and fridge were included. The beds were truly doubles. Not the over sized doubles you get in most hotels. There were a number of questionable folks outside in the parking lot […] both nights that made me feel uncomfortable. My largest pet peeve was the clerk at teh desk was quite abrupt and dealing with her left a lot to be desired. Devamı

This hotel was definitely the nicest Days Inn I have ever stayed at. It was priced great and the location was perfect. There are several nice restaurants and shopping centers around and the area seems like a newly developed area. Overall my experience was great.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE CLEMSON UNV AND HAD LOTS OF SHOPPING PLACE AND EATTING PLACE THE EMPLOYEES THERE WAS AWESOME THEY MADE SURE YOU WAS COMFORTABLE AND HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED. Two of the days we stayed we didn't receive clean towels and one day our beds weren't made. But far worse; an employee opened our room door as he was knocking and asked if there was a leak in our room. He didn't call and he didn't knock and then give us a chance to answer! I see some of the reviews posted on this hotel, and they are silly. The location is one of the best in Greenville, with plenty of eateries and close to both downtown, the airport, and nearby cities. The clientelle is not the same as the Ritz and that is why you and I are looking here. But, I was never even close to uncomfortable. The building was clean […] and well lighted. The rooms were clean. Room was affordable and location was key right off the exit. Room was dark, dank, but comfort was pleasant. The outside noises of constant motorcycles, tenanats arguing, and other cars conspicuously parked in odd, lingering places made me scared for my saftey and my vehicle's condition. Easy to find and convienant to the mall and several places like Trader Joe's that we enjoyed stopping by before we left the city. Very happy with the location.

The hotel was located conveniently off I85. For the hotel being in a newer section of town (buildings around it looked newer) this place looked much older. It was clean overall. Could not ask for better value for the price. Good location 5-10 minutes from downtown Greenville, on the east side by the highway, which also makes it convenient if you want to drive to Spartanburg. Was a peaceful stay would use this hotel if in area again

Hotel management was very rude room was very small, tight and crammped. Bathroom shower did not work correctly and was very nasty. Hotel sheets did not stay on the bed and air did not work properly.

Check in was a little slow. Room was nice except for the AC. lt was rattling like crazy. l had to stick papers in several different places to make it tolerable. My wife complained that the bathroom was a little small. Breakfast was OK. l will consider it again on my next trip through Greenville.

The room I received for me and my two children was barely big enough for the 3 of us. The layout was cramped, but it was clean and well maintained. The pool area was clean as well. We got to the room and the air was cut off and we cut it on high cool and went to eat. Came back hour and half later and the room still was hotter than hates. It took a good 5 hours for that room to cool off. Other than that the room was fine.

The air conditioner made a horrible rattling noise and the bed was as hard as a rock. I barely slept at all.

Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Great for the price

This hotel was just what we needed, nothing fancy but still a decent place to stay. The rooms showed that this was not a brand new hotel by any rate, but it was still kept up well. If you are looking for a decent hotel at a good price you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a really really nice hotel you'll need to pay a little more and go […] somewhere else. Overall a nicely furnished room, clean, nice for a hotel of this price. My only complaint was a little sag at one end of the mattress.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was very nice. The only minor quibble is that they don't put new linens on the beds for stay-overs. My wife had a nosebleed and stained one of the sheets and put the card out to get a new one, but the maids didn't change it. We had to call the desk to specially request […] one. But that was a small issue on what was, overall, a very enjoyable stay in a hotel I'd highly recommend to anyone. Devamı

Upon check in I was asked for a credit card for incidentals. I specifically asked what type of hold would be placed on card, clerk said NONE, I gave her my bank card. Later that evening I was throwing a bachelor party for my best friend, gave my bank card for the tab and it was declined because hotel did put a hold! The groom had to pay! I was extremely […] embarrassed. When I went back to hotel I expressed my embarrassment. I was not apologized to, there was no further follow up to se if issue was resolved or anything. Staff neds a lesson on friendlines and customer servvice. Not to mention I had to chase house keeping down for toilet paper! Devamı

I had to make an unexpected and quick trip to Greenville. Hotels.com offered a very reasonable price for a respectably clean and quiet room in a great location. It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff is efficient and courteous, and you've got a great variety of shops, eateries and fun activities available in every direction.
