Nice location and very helpful people at the desk. good value for the area, the breakfast was pretty good.

breakfast was great in the morning to get out and ski, staff very helpful overall - easy to get shuttle and bus to ski resorts. hot tub would have helped to be open later after skiing for the day.

Nice people, comfortable room. amazingly quiet even though it was close to the interstate. Good continental breakfast and soooo convenient to get to the slopes. We'll be staying there again.

This hotel was comfortable and affordable and the breakfast was good. Our room looked clean and kept up. The only issue was when I was doing a check through the room before we left, I found an unopened condom on the floor by the bed. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

"hot tubs and skiing"
As a skier, a couple of things a skier needs. Slopes close after 3:30 so around 4 and 5 is when skiers will come back to the hotel and want to plan two things. One is to enjoy the hot tub and then plan for a nice dinner in the evening. When I came back to the hotel a little after 5 I was ready to hop in the hot tub only to see it down and closed for […] maintenance for a half hour. Whin it did open, it was warm but could have been hotter. So my only request is that they handle the maintenance "BEFORE' the skiers get back to the hotel. Other than this, the hotel was fine. Devamı

Cheap Clean Easy to Beaver Creek... you get what you pay for and surprisingly the breakfast was very nice.... although the lobby is too small to accommodate all the diners....

Reasonably clean; but could be better. A few maintenance needs on aesthetics. Hot tub is outdoors - brrrr. (no inside pool) Good price. Descent breakfast.

"Great stay!"
For the money, this is a great place to stay in Avon, near Vail. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided and you can't beat the location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We will certainly stay there again.
"The beds were extremely comfortable"
This hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we got a good nights rest. We would stay there again! The pool was good size for the kids and they had a blast.

pros: conveniently located between i-70 and us 6; Avon community is clean and charming; the bronze landmark statues are very impressive; the reception staff was prompt, courteous and helpful. cons: the carpet although not worn, needed cleaning; the bed was impossible to sleep on extremely hard and unyielding; the TV was old with poor color, some channels […] nearly impossible to see; the shower head leaked spraying water onto the ceiling; reported both TV and shower to management, nothing was done about the picture quality and the silicone tape wrapped around the faulty shower head had little improvement. Our room was worn and needed remodeling. Noise from adjacent rooms kept us up at night.

This hotel was fine--just what you would expect from a Comfort Inn--not yucky but not perfect. One problem was that the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke--even the nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke. They switched us to another room when we complained about the smell, but the second room too smelled like smoke. The service at the hotel was fine. Overall, […] the cleanliness was good. I was not at all impressed with this place, pretty much a run-of-the-mill hotel that wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed. On the other hand, I was arriving at 8pm and leaving at 7am so I didn't really need anything special, and the price was right. I was concerned due to some bad reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean inside and out (some minor disrepair but not bad). "Avon, CO"
This was a very nice place to stay, and they let us bring our sick kitty (she did not mess up the room) so that my husband could come with me this past weekend. The only unfortunate thing was the cleaning of the hot tub resulted in not very hot water on Saturday night, but other than that, everything was great.
"Vail area hotel"
Very satisfied with the stay at this Comfort Inn. It was quiet with good beds. We like a room of this style as it has a sink outside of the bathroom for makeup etc. The breakfast was average as a free breakfasts go. It had a waffle machine, which we like, but no hot eggs or breakfast meats.

We stayed at this location due to the closeness of the hotel with our meeting location. The hotel had a very worn appearance even before stepping into the lobby - bricks from the front entry driveway were missing. The rooms themselves had hard beds and did not have a clean feel to them. The night manager who checked me out of the hotel wouldn't stop […] hitting on me (even in front of my client) and made me extremely uncomfortable (it took him 5 minutes to get me the receipt). Very nice, comfortable room. It was very quiet despite a LaCrosse team being there, thanks to the staff putting people not with the team at the other end of the hotel.

We were not disappointed for the price. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and Beaver Creek skiing was very near by.

This hotel in "downtown" Avon Colorado is a good, clean and reasonable choice for skiers seeking affordable lodging for either Vail or Beaver Creek ski areas. The continental breakfast was convenient, as is both bus and gondola transportation to Beaver Creek slopes, or over to Vail. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the beds and pillows super […] comfortable, the price decent for the area. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot tub is a bit overused and looked uninviting and cloudy. Lots of people enjoyed it however, and their kids loved the outdoor pool. We had a wonderful week-long stay at the Comfort Inn in Avon. When we found out we had to go to Vail in peak ski season for a job, we panicked because the Vail area is notorious for being pet-unfriendly. "Great Place For the Price"
This was one of the leaste expensive hotels in Beaver Creek, but it was well worth it. It was not luxurious, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was good size and the beds were comfortable.
Loved the beds. They were so comfortable. Breakfast was a nightmare. Got up early to try to get breakfast before the crowds and it was a HUGE mess. It was a nice breakfast, but just too many people for the area at that time of morning. The room was very nice and clean
