Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West - Irving

We absolutely loved the Omni, this was our first stay there but definitely will not be our last.

I am definitely going back here. I loved there pool n work out room and a lot of other stuff. Good thing bout this hotel is people they know when to ask you a question without you getting annoyed

When in dallas, we always stay at the omni park west. great location, great hotel, wonderful staff. Easter brunch was extraordinary.

We were there for a conference. The staff was friendly. Sign up for loyalty program for free wifi and morning beverage. Gym is nice. Funky smell in lobby but not in rooms. You need a car. The exits just before the hotel are kind of weird and there is a ton of construction. Overall a great stay.

The hotel in general very good, the area not do great in terms of being close to the city, but for the money you pay, it is great . Tha staff are so friendly and welcoming. I guess it is very good if you don't care about the location.

What a beautiful hotel! And it smelled fantastic, and not just in the lobby area, but throughout the entire hotel! We were very impressed and thought all of the staff was amazing and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West, only downside to our stay was room service came in our room at 8:30 am, while we were still sleeping.

Pleased with hotel, rooms, and staff. Small problam with hot water,room not warm enough for extremly cold weather, and coffee pot was broken. All these were resolved right away by the hotel staff,along with a complimentery bottle of wine and cheeze, Liked free parking a short walk from front door. Will stay here again.

The hotel and room were about what I had expected for the price. The location was a very short drive from DFW airport by toll road (in Texas, tolls are automated now; they don't accept cash, so you have to have a toll pass). The staff members at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tastefully decorated and the bed was […] comfortable. The hotel bar was open until 11pm, served food and had a pleasant atmosphere. Vegetarian options for dinner were limited to one (very good) salad (even the other salads featured meat) and a yucca chip appetizer. Breakfast was very good. Parking was free for guests. A price list for the mini-bar would have been nice. The gym was deserted at 10 am and well-equipped (3 treadmills, a few bikes, weights, tvs with closed captions). Our stay at the hotel was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. One of the nicest rooms and hotels I've stayed in and for the price its unbelievable. Everyone from the valet to the front desk personnel was hospitable and kind. I'm definitely going to make this my hotel of choice anytime I go back to Dallas

We where meeting friends for a football game! The hotel was lovely, the staff was great,,,,they where so helpful and cheerful! The hotel was older but is was in good shape! The room was top-notch, and we found ourselves in the wine bar each night. The hotel staff were lovely and helped fixed a problem with the toilet immediately. The hotel is unfortunately far from everything but the DFW airport. Expect to drive for 20 minutes to get to the next bar or restaurant. Really enjoyed everything about it. Great service. The place just had a first class feel about it. There were a couple of idiot s who stay there loitering outside when we arrived late on Friday. But our experience overall as a family was fantastic.

Hotel was clean and the staffs were very nice. We noticed the lobby was not bright enough with the florescent light on the high ceiling that is very dim. There were nothing surrounding the hotel. Nice man made lake/pond to look at, though.The floor plan of the room was very strange and again very dim.

This was my first experience at Omni Hotel in Dallas, I have stayed in many hotels durin my travels at home and overseas and nothing compares to the quality, cleanliness and exceptional comfort I received at this location. I felt like royalty staying in thier hotel. Five Plus Star Hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay of you insist on quiet. VERY quiet at night. Only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the comfort of the bed. It was a little hard but usable.

Had to remind housekeeping to clean our room if we left after 12 noon. Front desk staff and bell boys, concierge staff, friendly enough and overall I would stay there again. Location also extremely handy, especially for the airport.
