"East Syracuse Courtyard"
Moved from a lousy Best Western to the East Syracuse Courtyard. Very happy with the room and the cheerful employees. Had a great workout at a nearby gym provided through the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again!
"Courtyard"
Hotel was a little off the beaten path. The staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The hotel was under construction at the time of our stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing after a day of shopping.

"Great Stay"
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We chose a booking option that charged a slightly higher room rate and included breakfast and found that was a good value. This is one of the best breakfast buffets around.
"Nice hotel"
Great time, clean rooms, great staff. My only complaint is that we went on a busy weekend (NYS fair) and the breakfast buffet in the morning was complete chaos. Not enough tables, no organization...poor planning. The food was just OK. Since you have to pay extra for that I would probably just eat somewhere else. The rest of the hotel was great thou […] gh! "Courtyard Syracuse Carrier Circle"
Though everything was fine and the room clean, I would just like to point out that though the room was considered non-smoking, I could tell it had once been a smoking room despite any attempts to clean it.
"Excellent stay"
We were there May 7-9, 2011. Clean, clean, CLEAN! Pool/hot tub exceeded expectations. we recommend the breakfast buffet: scambled eggs, real bacon, waffle maker, toast, all-you-can drink juice (they serve it), has browns/onions. all-in-all a good, quiet location. A plethora of good restaurants within walking distance. AAA+
"Disappointed"
We paid for a room with two queen beds, and we were given a room with two double beds. There were keys in the nightstand drawer when we checked into the hotel. We notified the front desk of the keys, and they took them. The front desk told us that the person the keys belonged to called a couple of weeks ago. They didn't seem like they were going to […] return the keys. I found it alarming that the chambermaid never checked the room either when they cleaned it, or when the guest that had left them behind had called looking for them. Devamı
"Need an ATM"
They called me a taxi that doesnt have meter or a take credit (someone they use regularly). They also dont have an ATM on site or in the surrounding area. I had to pay to make an extra stop to find an atm. Seems like a basic service they should offer

"Great Hotel with Great Service"
Beautiful Courtyard with easy access to airport, wonderful service.
"Closet?"
It's a cupboard, no hangrs and too short for a dress. Otherwise fine. Hotels.com rate was $6.00 per night less than AARP rate. (We arroved a day early)
