Hampton Inn Atlanta-Northlake - Atlanta

Great staff, awesome comfy room and a really great continental breakfast! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights of a 2 week business trip in and around the Atlanta area. Hands down, it was our favorite of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Nice location as it was very easy to find. Staff was very friendly and the hotel entrance and lobby was clean although a little small. Room was typical for a Hampton Inn. The room appeared to be very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaints are that the cleaning staff need their own elevator to use for their service carts and the coffee […] dispensers should be kept filled in the mornings so that all the guest have coffee without having to wait. We stayed at the hotel because it was close to Stone Mountain. There weren't very many places to eat around the hotel. Our room was on the first floor, which I thought was great, but it was also near a door leading to the outside. There was a tour group the next morning whose bus was loading right outside our door, which meant an early unexpected wake […] up call by loud kids and their parents. The staff was great, and apologized for the tour group. The breakfast was good- standard Hampton Inn. Best part about the hotel was staff. Very approachable, funny, and accomodating. Devamı

We have stayed at this hotel 5 nights, not in the same visit. Every single night school groups stayed in the hotel and ran the halls cutting up and slamming doors-for hours. During the last stay we heard a man tell a group of boys to stop slamming doors and be quiet because people were trying to sleep. They didn't. Also, the room we were put in was […] tiny. We love Hampton Inns and have never had such a tiny room. We were give small rooms the other nights but never this tiny. The tiny bathroom's plug didn't work and there was no closet. Devamı

all great except constant hum of fans--I indicated a sound/noise sensitivity, and room was placed directly next to boiler room. Room was nicely appointed and very comfortable otherwise, but fan noise both from boiler room and constant "hum" in bathroom made stay very unpleasant, and I didn't sleep well. Otherwise very nice. I stayed here on New Years Eve 2013 so that I would have a close place to stay after a few drinks. The front desk staff were very friendly and knowlegeable. I was checked in fast!!! The bed was comfy and nice.

Staff very friendly, but the used coffee packet was still in the coffee maker the second morning. Breakfast overwhelmed the staff, they were constantly running out of food, and so many people that it was frustrating to get a plate helped. This went on until right before 10 am when food service ended. Heat in the room was hard to regulate, and for a […] kingsize bed we only had four pillows total. The room had an armoire instead of a closet and it was very crowded since we brought clothes for a wedding and after rehearsal party besides our regular clothes. The room was clean but overall an ordinary room, with nothing special standing out. The mall next door is on its way down, but had some major chain department stores as anchors, like Macy's. As at the last visit, the staff were efficient, friendly and professional. Breakfast was among the best ever, and the area is quiet with easy access to the mall. The only difference this time was the room was close to the elevator, and a small amount of noise came through, but not enough to ask for another room. This is the first time I've seen a Hampton Inn wash the duvet covers. I was impressed... Expected Hampton Inn level of quality, got more than expected. Very well stocked, maintained breakfast as well. Well managed and clean.

This hotel was nice and friendly. It was perfect for my trip to Stone Mountain and to visit the Perimeter. Breakfast was great. Check in/out was easy. Definitely worth the money!

Was there for business at Mercer University which was 5 minutes away. Room was very clean and towels were plentiful. Upon first arrival, there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper but a full roll was brought up to the room in 5 minutes. Also, the screws on the locking mechanism on the door was loose but this was fixed in 5 minutes by the maintenance […] crew who were extremely nice. Strongly recommend this hotel. Devamı

I liked the shower and the breakfast the most. Room was clean and noise free. Lots of parking space. I didn't really had to ask anything from the staffs, but they seemed friendly from their greetings. The hotel seems renovated; I could see some minor peelings in the ceiling of the restroom. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

Overall a good experience. The only problem we had with our room was the toilet kept getting stopped up. It was so bad the hotel had to leave a plundger with us in our room because it stopped up on every use.

The only reason this hotel received a 4 rating for Condition or maintenance of the hotel was due to a power failure within the hotel itself. Never received any notification from hotel staff as to why it occurred or what was taking place. Would have expected some type of notification.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My only complaint is with the size of the bed. Wish they were queens.

Excellent hotel for the price. They really did a good job with little touches, like room decorations, sprucing up the bathrooms, similar touches on the breakfast signs and coffees. Wait and service staff was prompt and friendly. Overall I would gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay! We were happy with almost everything there. The only one thing that I can complain about is that we booked a non-smoking room, but we could still smell a little bit of smoke smell.

The room was clean and comfortable but there was a smoky smell in the hallway. We are nonsmokers on the only floor with smoking so it lingers but was not detectable in the room. Breakfast was good even though the serving area got a little cramped. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This was a good hotel and we will stay here on our next trip. We were here during one of three evenings that they served complimentary drinks and lite fare. That was good including a great breakfast the next morning. The only complaint was that there was a funky smell in the corridor and a hint of cigarette smoke in the room. I originally booked this hotel for 3 nights, unfortunately I thought I would not be staying the entire 3 nights and cancelled 2 of the nights, boy was I ever sorry. I love this hotel, very comfortable and cozy, and I tried to re-book once I realized that I would be staying at least 2 nights, but unfortunately they had no rooms available; ended up stuck […] at a hotel just up the street that I hated!! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn't work and within 10 minutes, they brought up a brand new one, removed the old one and were done! Plenty of towels. Nice view of the pool. Not on the interstate but easy to get to with GPS. The mall nearby is not so good, but it's not far to get to the Lenox Mall.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is very close to Stone Mtn which is where the fair is. Could use new carpet but beds are comfortable.

Air conditioning didn't work properly-too warm in room. They also put us right across the hall from a meeting room full of noisy people. Was that really necessary? It made me wonder if they give the less desirable room to Expedia customers.

The room had an offensive odor when asked for room change the gentlemen said outright no. We had 3 guests in a double room and 1 guest had to sleep on the floor the the beds were not to accommodate 3 people comfortably. Will never stay here except the breakfast was great
