Easy access to I-35. Great distance from 6th street, Highland Mall, would def stay here again!!

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding in austin, the room was comfortable and clean and we had no problems, but we are low maintenance guests lol

Hotel was a little hidden but the service at the desk when I arrived was fantastic. I called for directions and Eddie answered the phone. He was very helpful and was unbelievably service oriented. I arrived late, but Eddie made it easy. Good job Eddie

PROS: Fast check in, clean room, clean bathroom, nice size tv, AC worked great, curtains kept most of the light out, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, homemade waffles, easy check out. The Hampton Inn Austin North is very convenient to downtown and UT. We stay here several times a year. The hotel is very quiet and our rooms have always been very clean. The breakfast buffet is always good.

We stayed here because it was near to our son's home, but also found it convenient to 3 freeways, many resturants and a mall and easy access to the airport, w/o going by downtown. It was quiet, and the pool had some shade in the afternoon from the hot Texas sun. Staff was attentive, frinedly and accomadating. Hotel was nicely clean, staff was attentive and good breakfast selection

Very satisfied but I would have given an overall 5 if the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Most other hotels have these.

Had to sleep 3 adults in one king bed. When asked to switch to double queen size or to have an extra bed, the man at the front desk did not try to help us. When we got another bed the day after, they charged us 30$ per room without telling us. Staff is not friendly and they did not try to help us.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We had stayed in North Austin at The Crown Plaza, and Holiday Inn Express. The bed at The Hampton Inn was more comfortable than the others. The breakfast food was fresh and replenished often. The location was also quiet and restful. The room was well appointed and the linens were clean and fresh. Great Retro Decor and Friendly staff make this a very nice place to stay.

Hotel was very clean and nicely deorated. My son was a fan of the cookies at check in. We were in a hurry in the morning so grabbed a breakfast to go which was okay. We have had their breakfast in past and it has always been good. My only complaint is that the pillows were not comfortable for me. They were the feathery ones where your head sinks all […] the way into them. I did not check to see if they had different ones available. Having stayed at the Hampton Inn downtown Austin the North location does not live up to its sister - but neither does the price. For half you can stay at a very decent hotel at the North location but you need a car or a taxi for any Austin destination.

This hotel is very difficult to find using the directions from the info rec'd. You need to provide much more difinitive directions. If you are on I-35 it is hidden from the North and the wrong exit was given. The breakfasts were great. The room had a couple prolems: It was almost impossible to close the drain on the lavatory. The mirror had been hung […] too low and interfered with the plunger. The toilet seats are very uncomfortable, too long and narrow. The comforter on the bed was too heavy, had to remove it and utilize the light blanket provided, this made more work for the maids as they evidently felt that the comforter had to be replaced every day. With the exception of a power outage that restricted work that could be accomplished on Thursday morning, I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Wonderful rooms and tasty breakfast

The room was- most importantly - clean and comfortable! Service was good. Close to restaurants, adequate workout facilities. The only complaints would be the toilet took forever to flush and it was a little tricky getting to it from the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a well maintained, clean, quiet room. I recommend this facility and will stay here again next time in Austin

You are like 5 mons from campus and all sprtign events, etc...crew here is nice and breakfast s good and everything works. Place has undergone a renovation of late and looks like a million!

Everything was great. Our room was clean and the bed was were comfortable.

The weekend was very nice. Easy to find and a good selection of restraunts in the area. Very good rate for a good stay.

We had read the review on hotels.com that this hotel had recently be redecorated - that review was right!! The rooms were beautiful (and quiet) - flat screen TV's luxurious bath, premium bed and bedding. The 'continental' breakfast was a FULL meal - hash browns, eggs (scrambled and hardboiled), toast, fresh waffles, etc with all the trimmings. We will […] definitely return!! Devamı

Didn't expect such a nice room. The hotel itself is a little run down, but the rooms must have been recently remodeled. The staff are all very kind too.

I booked my stay for this hotel at hotels.com and was expecting a dumpy hotel considering the price I was paying. When I showed up I was so impressed. The rooms were newly decorated and very clean. The air conditioning worked well. Bedding was new. The only downside is that you aren't right in the city, but its only about a ten minute drive to anything […] so it's worth the savings. Devamı

Came to Austin for the Austin City Limits festival and found a staff that was friendly and helpful. They got me through technical difficulties my older computer had with the wifi. They clued me in to the best way to get to the festival. The free breakfast was a surprise, and good. The room was clean and furnished in modern way. Great value for the small […] price. A little out of the way, and hey, it is right by the highway, but it was only a five minute drive downtown. Don't attempt it without a car, but otherwise, a good place for the money. Devamı

Everything was great about the hotel. Newly updated, clean rooms; great complementary breakfast; comfortable bed. Only complaint would be that the hallway and elevators were a little warm. Besides that, wonderful hotel.

Great room for the money!!

Pretty nice! Floors felt damp. Great bathrooms and AMAZING bed!

Overall this was a pleasant hotel experience. Very nice comfortable clean rooms. 32" flat panel tv. Comfortable bed (if you get what you requested). Granite counter in bathroom. Very nice free hot breakfast. A few complaints: We requested a King bed, but was given 2 full size beds. When I requested a change, I was told they were full and didn't have […] any other rooms. My husband is 6'6" 300pds and sharing a full size bed with him is not comfortable. Maid seemed to only make bed and put out clean towels. Rod in the Armoir was to short to go from one end to the other, therefore couldn't hang anything. Devamı

This hotel has been completely upgraded! The rooms were absoultely beautiful!! I felt right at home! I will never stay at another hotel in Austin! This one is very safe and only about 5 miles from 6th ST. The hotel staff were amazing! If you are going to Austin...this is the place to stay!
