Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Placentia Fullerton - Placentia

This was a great hotel for what I was looking for. I loved having free internet and free breakfast. This was also clean and the over all service was great. Next time I go to Ca I will be staying at the same hotel.

Right next to fwy. Poor quality breakfast Scrambled eggs, sausage (dry, no flavor), undercooked potatoes 1 day, salsa, cheese, waffles, terrible cut fruit, old bananas, yogurts, bread, bagels, eng muff., mini muffins, coffee, juices-I thought Hampton Inn breakfast was low quality but this was definetely worse, and refill of food was slow -sometimes […] out for 10 min. Breakfast room not spacious enough for the number of guests staying. Not enough parking for all hotel guests. No kitchen towel or washcloth in kitch. Bathtub was not cleaned well (there was a razor left in bath from previous guests which also led me to believe it had not been cleaned.) Only 1 trash can in entire room. Beds were hard with a paper thin mattress cover. Sofa bed old and broken down -same exact sz. bedding as for king bed. Fridge & kitchen facility handy. There was no fireplace like most Residence Inns. Rooms were also smaller than the Residences we usually stay in. Front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Ck in & ck out quick and easy but not on tv. We stayed on a fri. and sat. night. **Please...work on breakfast hot foods and fruit! If the fridge, microwave and stove are not that important to you, a better hotel could be found at a better value. This hotel also does not have 2 queen bed rooms -just a king with sofa bed. Devamı

My hotel stay at this hotel was incredible... Me and my parter were very impressed by far the very best hotel we have ever stayed at near Disneyland. Room was ready and clean way b4 we got there.... No complaints at all.... We loved it ;)

We stayed there for 4 nights when we recently visited Disneyland. Rooms were clean and Disneyland is about 4.5 miles away. I got to say the staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The couple problems we did have were on the 2nd night we were there they let some college kids check in after midnight and they were loud and inconsiderate to […] anyone that may have been sleeping. I had to call and have security come and quiet them down. That took about an hour from 12:30-1:30am and it took a while for me and my wife to get back to sleep. Then again at 5am they all started making noise again and woke us up. We complained next morning and they accomodated us by moving us to another room. The other issue was the last morning we were there the hot water was not working, so they allowed us to use another room to shower in. Over all rooms were clean, breakfast was good, but these inconveniences were not good. I would have to say next time we visit Disneyland I will go ahead and pay a little more to stay closer to the park. We will not be back to visit this hotel. Devamı

When we first checked in, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and gave us detailed directions to places we would be going. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchenette had everything you would have in your own kitchen, making it great for families or extended stays. The only negatives I have is that it was hard to find a parking spot at times […] and the housekeeping started banging on the door at 7:30am. Devamı

The only bad comment i could make is that their breakfast menu is ok, but not as good as other Residence Inn in the vicinity. They serve the same breakfast everyday that I was there, no variety.

I was in town for educational meetings for days at the Anaheim Convention Center. I was busy and tired; but the hotel provided needed rest. I enjoyed fixing foods fast in the kitchen I could take with me while I ran from day to day. Upstairs was quiet!!! I'm thankful for their availability. It is a little inconvenient walk back and forth to have breakfast as each hotel suite is separate from the main breakfast area. No ramp or elevator to go up and down the second floor.

Under the circumstances of why I was there I can say the hotel was really nice and I will stay there again when I come to california

Hotel was nice. Hotel blankets in the closet need to be washed as their was hairs on the blanket. In side the bathroom on door was hair all over the door. Nothing worse than seeing hairs on the doors and blankets.

We were amazed at how nice this hotel was....beautiful room with kitchen and desk. Great breakfast!

The Residence Inn by Marriott Anaheim Placentia Fullerton is conveniently located near the CA 91 and CA 57 freeways in central Orange County, CA. This is a very central location for travelers and business people who need convenient access to cities between Santa Barbara and San Diego. The staff at the facility is very gracious and friendly. The check-in […] experience is very friendly and interactive. The staff is quite knowledgeable about the area and venues that many who visit here may enjoy - like the Disneyland Resorts, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, and so on. The room we had for a week had a king bed, spacious bath and dressing area, complete kitchen and a dining/work table with a small sofa and over-stuffed chair, all very comfortable and placed for maximized lighting and comfort. The 36" LCD TV and the various cable channels available made in-room time almost like home. Only one minor item was less than stellar, that being the noise of the air conditioner; the AC is located in the room in a small closet area with a louvered door (possibly for air flow). The overall condition of our room and staff was above expectation. The appliances, rug and linens appeared to be new. There was an attention to detail with respect to decorating and supplies, right down to a full candy jar of hard candy on the coffee table and an extra box of tissue in the cabinet. Employees were friendly and accomodating. My biggest […] complaint, and this is reaching for a real complaint, is that they ran out of blueberries mid-way through the breakfast hours and my 1 year old couldn't feed himself fruit. my only complaint is that my daughter left her mobile phone in the room when we left and it was never found.

This hotel is a great value. The room was nice and even had a kitchen area. Everything looked new. The breakfast selection included eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, and oatmeal. There were other cereals, bagels, toast, etc. to choose from.

IThe room was more than I expected it to be. Very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. There were upstairs neighbors that were noisy late into the night-well past 10:00. Other than that no complaints except the 4:00 check-in is a little late.

Kudo's to Marriott's Residence Inn in Placentia. We liked the Apartment style living here. Made it our "home away from home". The bed is so comfy, it took me no time at all to fall asleep. Every morning to wake up and get a hot breakfast, beats most places with a cold "continental breakfast". They could learn something from this place. The other thing […] is 3 nights a week they have "specialty nights". Some BBQ, other nights Nachos, 1 night dessert night, etc with beer and wine to wind down after a day of whatever. How cool is that!! The staff was always so nice and helpful. As for our stay, we loved it so much, we extended our stay with them an extra 3 days(I didn't want to leave). So as far as recommending this place to friends and family, they get a big 2 thumbs up. The other hotels we'll stay at going home won't be able to measure up to this one. Once again, Thank You Residence Inn for a wonderful stay, and we will be seeing you the next time we come for a visit. Devamı

The hotel was very nice because the room was decorated with adorments that reminded me of being at home. Its like a mini suite with everything you need to have while on vacation.

Very nice place to stay. There was a full kitchen and comfortable sitting area. The free breakfast was very satisfying.

The Residence Inn was great. I loved the room, the kitchen was beautiful and great. The only thing I would change is the breakfast area. I feel that it should be larger. Overall my family was happy.

I was in a downstairs room with a quiet gentleman above me until the last night when a bachelor party went on almost all night. The people thought they had reserved an upstair-downstairs unit. They were kind and not unruly or inebriated. But 12-14 people in the room... They hotel staff really tried to help. But, folding chairs scooting across the floor […] resounded (in my ceiling) so I only slept from 4AM to 6AM and again 7AM to 9AM. I was in classes and so o busy each day that unfortunately the lack of sleep was poorly timed. Devamı

The only issue was parking. The hotel is under rennovation and large portions of the parking space was blocked off with construction vehicles.

This hotel was well-placed next to the freeway, but from my room, I never knew it was there. It was great for a weekend stay, and I didn't have any problems.
