Kitchen but no plates are silverware, paper cups only. Close to Disneyland so it was a good clean place to stay overall.

Great price for the stay while visiting Disneyland. Not far to drive at all. Full hot breakfast - got busy so go early. Room was clean and comfortable. Free parking! Safe, nice neighborhood. Hard to see sign - drove by it twice.

We stayed here specifically for the hotel's proximity to Angels Stadium - an easy 15 minute walk. Quiet, clean and easy to find.

Before booking this hotel, I did research. One of the things I was looking for was a great breakfast. I booked this room based mostly on the assumption it served a great breakfast. I was really disappointed. It had a very limited selection, and was not very plentiful. The room was comfy and clean, just had minor upkeep issues. The staff was just average, […] being neither friendly nor rude. This place is situated right next to I-5 and that makes it easy to get around, also considering the location it was quiet. No road noise to speak of. I would stay there again if I wasn't concerned with feeding my kids in the mornings. Lack of breakfast items is my biggest complaint. Devamı

Nice accommodations, but what was considered to be a 'full breakfast' was more like continental, just with scrambled eggs, and sausage. Ended up taking breakfast somewhere else the next day. Otherwise recommend the accommodations!

Stayed @ a 2 dbl bed, sofabed + full kitchen. Will accomodate 5 people comfortably, but will sleep 6 if you open the sofabed. However, lay out of the room makes it hard to make full use of the sofabed, so we did not use it. Full kitchen is not fully equipt, however you can request for a kitchen KIT when you check in @ a 1st come 1st serve basses. Location […] was easy to find & easy access to the freeway, downside to that is you can hear the freeway noises. FREE breakfast serve from 6-10am, hotel request that guess do not take food in to their room, however eating area does not accomodate enough tables for guess to enjoy breakfast specially if you get there between 8 & 9. Room was keep up and replenish on a daily basis. Only a 5 min drive to Disneyland and plenty of eattery to choose from nearby. Devamı

we really enjoyed this hotel. It was very close to Disneyland. We enjoyed the kitchenette in the room.

Great Hotel and very easy to get to. Close to many eating places, shopping, and Disneyland. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. I would stay here again!!

I loved the loft bedroom upstairs. Very comfortable king size bed. The downstairs wall bed I was not very comfortable. Waffles in the morning are excellent. Great location, comfortable for families & very accessible to area attractions. However, we were in a downstairs unit & did not sleep well at all as we heard every heavy footstep (quite a number of them, quite loudly, nearly all night) coming from the upstairs unit. This room definetly meet my expectations. Pretty close to Disneyland, maybe a 5 min dirve at most. We had a four night stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Their breakfast defenitely goes beyonf the typical continental breakfast. The neighboorhood seemed safe. Would stay again.

The refrigerator and room heater didn't work. We were there for only two night so I didn't complain, so I can't tell you how the staff would have addressed the problem. The location worked for us and other than the items I noted it wasn't a bad place. I would go back but will check the room before I accept it.

We chose the Hotel because of its capacity to sleep 5 people comfortably. The room we got was a split level room with a king and two double beds two bathrooms a living room and a kitchen. Relativly close to Disneyland. Pricevalue was excellent. Cleanliness very good. The location is the only downside it is butted up to a interstate and a trailerpark. […] Our room was away from the interstate and really quiet. The pool is heated and you park close to your room. For the price, this hotel was ok. Beds were not very comfortable - my back is still sore. On the first night, upstairs neighbors were very noisy. Next morning I complained to the front desk and apparently they took care of the problem right away.

It was more like springs covered with a sheet .....the toilet seat was faulty it pinched our child pretty bad ..... we could hear when ever surrounding rooms used the water ...door had insufficient insulation we could hear everything outside of room as though the door was open.

I was quite disappointed in several things about this hotel. The hot water was not regulated, so it would go hot and cold based others' usage. The water control was also substandard as I couldn't find where hot and cold were. The bathroom fan sounded like it was about to take off like a jet, and the bathroom light shone directly on one of the beds so […] visits to the bathroom at night was disturbing to others sleeping. The kitchen was sad because it had the stove/oven, refrigerator,and mivrowave oven but no dishes, glasses,silverware, pots/pans. Apparently this is also a short term residence like budget suites. It did have a couple of +++, though. It was quiet, clean and somewhat roomy for a studio. Great service and worth staying

The place is a bit run down, and they refused to give us extra blankets in the middle of the night. But the price is right, and it's convenient.

Honestly the picture I looked at when I purchased the room was not the same as the room I checked into. Everyone at the front desk was very rude. When I explained to the front desk that the room I purchased was not what I got they said it wasn't there problem and that if I wanted a different room I would have to pay! The room was super clean. No smell of mold or any sign of mustiness, as so many others in the same class and price range. The fact that there is a full kitchen in the room, makes life really very easy. I would prefer to stay in this hotel again.

Location was close to where I needed to be in Orange and was right off the freeway. Service was great, nice enough room--very very spacious for the two of us with just a king bed as there was also a kitchenette. Only *minor* drawback were lots of kids/family because of Disneyland close by. Did not use pool area. Congested continental breakfast. No half […] day/late checkout, but they gave us until Noon. I only stayed one night in this hotel, but I was very impressed with what I got for the money. The room was actually a suite, complete with a full kitchen, a sofa and flat screen TV, queen sized bed, and a nice bathroom area. There was even a woodburning fireplace! (Of course there was no wood, but still, kinda cool.) The staff was friendly, and the […] room was clean. There was a free full breakfast in the morning (eggs, make-them-yourself waffles, various pastries, cereal) , and my only disappointment was that they didn't start serving breakfast until 7:00 (I had to check out at 7). The stay was great but i disagree with taking my 100 dollar deposit just because they found tabacco in trash and claimed we were smoking in a non-smoking room. everytime my husband smoked he went outside or into the car. Plus front reception had a bad attituted.

This is a very nice facility and very quiet location. Only stayed one night, but would be wonderful for a multiple night stay! The price was great, and having the kitchen will help families save money on food costs. The breakfast they provide was very nice also.

We stayed here for week, in a studio-type room on the ground floor. So much room and it was very clean. Having the full-size kitchen for cooking simple meals saved us a lot of money on food. The king bed was really comfortable with soft sheets. The hot breakfast in the mornings has a rotating menu. 1 morning it's scrambled eggs and ham bits. The next […] are egg disks and sausage patties. Then the next day it's biscuits and sausage gravy. Other breads are available, along with oatmeal packets, cold cereal, make your own waffles, coffee (select the bold setting for flavor), tea and juices, and fresh fruit and yogurt. Hard boiled eggs are available every morning. I say this place has the potential to be great, but for one big exception--The rooms do not have enough sound insulation. We could hear every flush, shower, hand washing and footsteps of the neighbors above us and the people in the rooms around us. When the A/C clicks on, the compressor rattles. The satellite TV channels are disappointingly slim. To turn the channel, we had to hold the remote over our heads. The bathroom room fan is also connected to a heat bulb. We called it a bake your...(well you can finish that thought)...lamp. The pull-out sofa is really uncomfortable, and the bed pillows seem to be filled with flat balls of cotton. All the negatives aside, this is a really good value for the money. Having a full kitchen in the same price range as a simple hotel room is a gem! Devamı

Other than the fact that in-room the Hotel does not look like it has been remodeled in about 10 years, the floor and bathroom were clean but there was a lot of needed maintenance. Doors did not close well, caulking was cracked, faucet did not flow well, shower faucet leaky and some light bulbs did not work. To top off all that, at 11pm one night the […] front desk called to ask me my name, really? You're the Front Desk you have my credit card information as well as my reservation, you should know my name. It woke my wife and I and our newborn that had just fallen asleep. I guess what they say is true; you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to crash it's truly fine, but don't expect luxury or even quality. Devamı

The hotel staff was rude during your advertised free breakfast to the guests. It was close to 10am when we arrived to eat with our family. They quickly removed all remaining breakfast iteams and said. Sorry "times up" before we could make a selection for breakfast. When asked if I could have one hard boiled egg that they removed from the buffet table […] I was told "NOPE" as I could see them sitting On the counter in the kitchen. I'm sorry my family was such an inconvenience to the stuff during our stay. I wont let it happen again because we wont be back! Devamı

We had 5 adults and 1 child in out suite. Although the beds were very comfortable, the pull-out sleeper sofa was NOT. The breakfast buffet was very good but not enough staff was available to keep it full. We were constantly waiting for more food, utensils, etc.
