Comfort Inn Airport - Sarasota

Room was unclean and needs updating. It had a musty smell too. Room was small, floor lamp in corner didn't work, no fan in bathroom and toilet didn't flush well. Breakfast should be 6-10am. Pool was not very clean. Fitness room was very sad. I was dissatisfied with this Comfort Inn.

Room was dirt. I was afraid to go to the bathroom.

Location was not close to many eating establishments and the parking lot was too small! Room was OK for one night stay but for extended stay it would not be comfortable. Pretty far from the highway so this made it a bit inconvenient for someone who was just passing through on an overnight! I am sure if I had known it was this far away from 75 and in […] this neighborhood, I would have chosen better value and newer hotel a few exits North of this location! When we entered the lobby of the hotel the staff wasn't friendly and we had to wait an extended period of time to check in. We went to the room and found it was being repaired. There were supplies and tools all over the floor and counters. When we alerted the staff of this issue, it took over 20 minutes for us to get another room assigned to us. Pretty tired. Needs a lot of sprucing up. The complimentary breakfast is the pitsw.

all thou the service was good. there were roaches on the rug , and it was a non smoking room and it smell like a smokers house a piece of the refrigeator was chipped as well .

The desk clerk was very helpful, but other than that stay somewhere else. Our room had a used dried wash cloth in the tub. The shampoo was half used and put back out as if new. We had to change the room because it smelled bad like humid, and some pillowcases had fungus on them. Good location. Breakfast room overcrowded and not enough waffle makers (jus one).

Found somebody's underwear behind the bathroom door and a used soap bar on the soap shelf in the shower. Room was humid and smelled musty.

WE SAW ROACHS ALL OVER THE ROOM WE WENT SWIMMIMG, THE POOL WAS WARM, BUT THERE WAS SO MUCH TRASH IN THE POOL, I was glad we had our shots up to date, there was dead bugs and leaves, hair all over the pool. the gym was lock..

My room did not have the sofa bed that you folks offer me my husband has to sleep in the floor ... when I call reception they said I have to pay more if i want it. also the room did not have microwave... it wasnt what i was specting

Good location to Sarasota airport with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location on US-41 the main north south road. However... it's time for this hotel to get a complete makeover. Dirty carpet, walls, shower curtain, with stained bedspreads, and old rickety furniture. Had to plug my phone into the outlet behind the nightstand and the dust was […] so thick I changed my mind. Hotel was full but quiet, we had a smoking room which is very rare these days but added to our comfort, very convenient for attractions on Tamiami Trail . We enjoyed having a fridge in our room, the very controlable AC and the pool.

The staff was nice and welcoming. Fitness room - Nothing in it works; it is the size of a closet and the equipment most have belong to Jane Fonda at some time... It is OLD!! My room was clean but the sheets and towels where so old the sheets had holes in them. It was supposed to be non -smoking room but the cigarette smell was impregnated in the wall... […] at some point it was a smoking room. Breakfast!!! not a single fresh fruit!!! come on! WIFI worked! If you want a hotel that OK clean and gives you comfort for the money you pay, this is the hotel. I only slept there, during the day I went to the beach. The breakfast was very good for the price and the staff was service oriented The other guests was retired people and mixture between drivers, families. No complains. Simpelt but OK.

I appreciated the FREE computer access.

It was just terrible. Room was not clean when we arrived{bathroom]. Room service never cleaned our room for the next day stay.There were people dealing drugs and sex ,felt very unsafe.Clerk could not understand why I wanted a new room after I told him room service never cleaned our room, he just wanted to give us more towels.Never will stay at this […] place again. Very close to airport. Inexpensive, convenient to downtown if you have a car, and a lot for the price. Clean, lots of amenities including breakfast, a refrigerator in the room, and plenty of space.

Room was clean, comforatble and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast was good with several choices. Good place to stay without breaking the bank. I will sty there again when in Sarasota.

Nice hotel. Very professional and understanding staff. Upon checking in the staff noticed a mix-up in the room assigned. The staff member behind the counter went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I and give us the correct room.

Good location, close from Downtown, close from beach, groceries store, not bad neighborhood. Room cleanliness bad. Carpet and room stunk like dirty and not good maintain. the toilet was broken and leaking. the surroundings were not well taken in care. We had a king size bed and a sofa it looked clean but there was an odd smell near the bathroom nothing major though. After our stay we had a charge on our card that I was going to call and complain about but it got taken off a few days later.

The room was cheap so I have learned my lesson. The room smelled liked mold. the pool was dirty I had to clean it up a little but their net had a hole. The hotel was close to the beach but I would never stay there. The food was good.

Could not use the pool because of the rowdy group that had it occupied when we arrived. The manager on duty (the only one on duty) could not get control of the situation, although he really tried. Continental breakfast was very nice. The place was clean and neat. The selection was not huge but quite adequate. I will stay there next time I am in the […] area. Devamı
