Hampton Inn Alpharetta/Roswell - Roswell

I like Hampton Inn... but this hotel really isn't representative of the brand. It was disappointing to me. Plumbing and coffee pot issues.

If you have it, then spend the extra $10 - $15 a night elsewhere. Good place for Hardhats and truckers. For the money breakfast was good and the room was clean. But the place smells. Beware of apartment complex behind hotel, so ladies don't get a back room.

I loved the stay at the hotel. The only opportunity would be to put some protein (meat) out for breakfast. Not sausage gravy which is still with a carb.

it is a great hotel, loved neighborhood feel. we did have a little trouble regulating the airconditioning. we will stay there again.

The stay at the hotel was okay. Noise between rooms was a little loud. They guy upstairs probably didn't like my 2 year old screaming at 11pm but he woke him up dropping something on the floor so he got what he deserved... The pillows were pretty hard - bring your own from home if you can... My biggest complaint was with Hotels.com and not the hotel […] itself. The address on the website is correct. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again. I felt safe and it is in a nice area.

The breakfast had numerous choices. All personnel were courteous and friendly

We stayed here New Years so as not to have to drive home from a local establishment. The night service gentleman was very helpful, however the woman the following morning seemed as if she could care less. Room was clean however the water water barely lukewarm making for a chilly shower. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean.

This hotel was nice, and the front desk staff were very good. Everything in the room was in good repair, and the WiFi worked fine. My only complaint is that we were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, but the room smelled smokey anyway.

I love Hampton Inn's because they are always clean and comfortable. The location of this one was right in the middle between the NorthPoint Mall, other shopping, and cool restaurants nearby -- but of course you need a car to go anywhere. The gym is bare bones - cardio machines only. So I called the local :Just Fitness for You" and got a great daily […] rate to use all their equipment and group classes. The one on Alpharetta is 5 minutes away and has a great staff. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and really everything was great. We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn in Alpharetta this past weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had two queen (or full -- I can never tell) beds and a fold-out sofa. The bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast at the hotel was really convenient, since we had to be at a family function in the mid-morning. This hotelplace great place for me and a few friends to stay while in town for a concert at the Verizon wireless amphitheater. Only problem was that the amphitheater was further away than indicated by hotels. Most importantly, hotel staff were courteous, room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of choices for breakfast.

The address of the Hampton Inn in Alpharetta is not correct. It is not located on the street mentioned in the address. Directions to the hotel on the internet were good but had I looked for it according to the street address I never would have found it. Attended a College Softball showcase in Woodstock Ga. and attended a Braves game in Atlanta. This hotel was perfect and the breakfast was satisfying. Only drawback...no laundry room. This fact made it difficult when your daughter is playing a sport and needs to wash uniforms. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The Hampton Inn was just as expected by the Hampton brand. Room was very clean, the hotel itself was quiet not too many guest. The location was very convenient to where I need to get to. The breakfast was decent with waffle maker, cereal, biscuits, bread, and fruit. There was an outdoor pool but did not use it. Was exceptional value - we are constantly pleased with the comfort and hospitality at The Hampton Inns. This was no exception; the lavishly appointed dining room, the maintenance of the rooms, the comfort of the funiture was much appreciated after a long day of travelling.

My family and I was in town for a wedding. We really only used the hotel to sleep. We did eat one breakfast. It was really good. The hotel was quite. The halls were warm but the room cooled down quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had about the hotel was the beds. Nice, quiet place to stay. Good breakfast and comfortable bed!

We stayed here for five nights when we were in town visiting family. Location is excellent: close to shopping, restaurants, etc. but traffic is not overwhelming. Breakfast each day was excellent; staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was on the main floor, very convenient for us; however, it was next to the elevators and until about 11 p.m. each […] night, the noise from them drowned out the TV and prevented sleep. We have stayed at several Hampton Inn and had no problems, but this hotel was different. First we book two room, they had us on different floors. Then we tried to use the pool several times, and the bugs were so bad we could not swim. Also the breakfast was not very good, lack of choices. When we return to ATL, we will not be staying here!

the only problem I had was that there was no hot tube and the pool was not working

I've stayed here two times now, both times have been great. Safe area, shopping/restaurants are in the area with 0 min-4min. Rooms are very nice. Staff members always pleasant.

The choice was excelent. We only had one problem, we wanted to had our rooms close to each other amd when we arrived , the room were close but one was in the smoking area and the other in not smoking area. So we had to request to be change to a non smoking room. We also reserved 2 rooms with double queen beds, we were given 2 rooms , one with a king […] bed and the other one with a King bed. We were informed that , when we make reservations through hotels,com they can not guarantee that we will get the rooms the way we requested them. ( fine print). But the person at de main desk was very helpuful and gave us another room not close to our kids room but a non smoking room . Devamı

perfect location for american girl store and marta station for ballgame

My husband & I stayed 2 nights at this hotel recently and were very impressed with the room! Very comfortable bed and large room. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again soon!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay and were impressed by the upscale feel of our room! We've stayed at hotels and paid much more that wouldn't measure up to this one! We've already recommended it to our friends who are planning a visit to Atlanta.

The room was very spacious. East to get in an out of.

I choose this Hotel because of previous reviews. It cost less than some others with better reviews. The reviews proved to be true. I have no negatives to say about this hotel. Service at the front desk was as good as I have had at any previous hotel. The room was very clean. Breakfast was fine. One of the Waffle Irons was broken and the breakfast traffic […] was heavy. Heavy breakfast traffic is a good sign to me not a negative. I would not chose another hotel over this one for the price. Overall, I was very pleased. Devamı

It took me several days to decide on which hotel to stay in I balanced price vs. other ratings. Although this particular location was far from where I needed to go, I decided to stay nontheless. It was the best decision I could have made. The hotel lobby was inviting and clean (on the upscale side) It was full of amenities and the room was large, VERY […] CLEAN, fairly new carpet very clean , the queen beds were extremely comfortable and clean. I even checked the sheets first before I allowed my kids to sit on it.. The room had a pull out sofa which also had clean sheets.. Flat screen TV w/ an abundance of channels and bathroom was newly decorated (marble like countertops w/ large tiled floor) almost like a nice home's bath would be. The room was equipped w/a microwave, coffee maker and fridge all in perfect working condition (iron and iron board too) ..Halls were clean and we couldn't hear a thing from any attached rooms.. The breakfast was hot and great as well ...BUT CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The staff was very friendly and helpful (professional too). I would definitely keep the HAMPTON inn chain on my roster..I hope they are all as well kept and run as this one was. Devamı

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable. There was even a little couch! The only problem was that I found the pillows uncomfortable--too soft for just one but too big to use two: maybe it's just me. The rooms were very clean. And the staff were very helpful, I can down to atlanta for a hair show and on my last day of the show it was kinda of cold so i wanted to stay in and order out. Now me not knowing any places, i went down stairs and asked the desk clerk. She was so nice, she gave three menus that did deliver there. I just thought it was very […] nice for her to take time out and do that for me. And the comp breakfast was great; coffee, oj, waffles, muffins, yogert, fruit, cereal and more. It's perfect people. Very pleased with my overall visit. The facility is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable compared to others. The morning buffet is abundant with fresh fruit, french toast and eggs. My children find it a treat to make fresh waffles. My family and I will be visiting Roswell in the near future and will most definitely stay @ the Hampton.

a place close to family. The front desk staff were friendly, as well as the staff working the breakfast area. The room was large, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It's located in an area thats easy to navigate and is close shopping, food & entertainment.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! From check-in to check-out, everything went very smoothe. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is located in a nice and convenient area, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Our hotel stay was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was an added bonus. My wife had oatmeal and yogurt. I had a waffle. The waffle batter was extremely thin and the waffle did not come out right. Therefore I tried the biscuits and gravy but the gravy was also very thin. Other than that, our stay was fine.
