The hotel enterance was on a congested freeway which made it difficult to get to. There are no sidewalks in that area so even you are very near to many good restaurants you can not walk. It would be too dangerous.

Great hotel! Great breakfast. Could use some trash pick up around the parkinglot. Nothing too bad though. Make sure you put do not disturb sign up. They will just keep knocking!

The staff was great but the fun stops there. Not having closed corridors was a big deal, I read the reviews and thought "how bad could it be". The room cleanliness was sub-par and the rooms were tiny. It was loud and there were seedy folks around the stairways both nights. I had my wife and 4 year old with me so I didn't like that. We were very pleased with the service, friendliness of the staff and location of the Hampton Inn in Augusta. Our room was ready when we arrived and was very comfortable with lots of soft towels. The only sight-seeing that we were able to do because of other commitments was to go to the Laural and Hardy Museum in Harlem about 15 miles from the hotel. […] I understand that the Augusta Canal and River Walk are very interesting. I always stay at this Hampton Inn in Augusta, Ga because its convenience to the Interstate 20 and places to eat and also shopping. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I was pleased with the property. It was equal to other Hampton Inns. I chose Hampton Inn because of my past experiences. I like the consistency.

I had a great rate for this hotel, I was coming to Augusta for a family wedding and stayed two nights. The inside of the room was very clean, with nice details. The room opened to the outside which I am not fond of but it was a very nice room. Great bedding, big TV, nice room. I do have a few complaints... We arrived late Friday evening and were suppose […] to have been given a gift bag that had been delivered to the hotel by the grooms parents, I did not receive it until I had to ask for it after the wedding on Saturday, in the gift bag was info on a party we were to attend (with directions) on Friday night, so we missed the festivities!! I found a pair of dirty underwear on the closet floor. On Sunday morning when we went to breakfast (which was very good), the girl in charge of the breakfast was very loudly complaining to some gentleman, about all of the rude patrons who had come in to the dining room that morning, she went on and on about how much everyone had eaten and the mess they had made!!! I was a bit nervous that she would judge what I was eating and I tried to be very neat!! Even with these few problems I would stay there again, it was such a great price I could not pass it up!! The surrounding area made me want to stay for months! There was a Denny's, Dunkin Donuts, Checkers, Mi Rancho Mexican Restaurant (great bar, service, karaoke on indoor attached patio) and so much more all within walking distance. The Inn was pleasant for a short stay. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Besides the tightness of the bathroom, the room itself, the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast was good.

I reserved and paid for a king size room. Upon arrival, I was given a room with two double beds. Not what I ordered. But I was too tired to complain that night.

we have been going to jAugusta for 3 years now for ongoing cancer treatments and have to stay over-night each visit. We have stayed in several local motels, but this was our first stay at the Hampton Inn. It was very clean and a nicely appointed room. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. Great stay! Had a slight problem with the heat not working, but they had someone there to fix it within minutes!

I stay at 2 hotel a week, 3 weeks out of 4 and this is the worst ever. It is a motel, not a hotel with all rooms open to the outside. I did not feel safe here. The room was so small that I had to push the chair in at the desk to go to the restroom which was 1/2 the size of a standard. The lady who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. The Hampton Inn was a very nice it was clean except a few spider webs other than that it was great the price was great and the location was great.

I was blown away with my experience at this hotel, especially with the quality of service. Above and beyond.

Everything has been done to modernize this hotel, but it still has very small, awkward bathrooms and noisy air conditioners. The staff is very friendly - they almost make up for what the hotel lacks in modern comforts.

The hotel was very clean and convenient to why we were there. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was very good and more than just continental.

The bed was confortable but to small, the hotel didn't have a queen bed available. But it was a nice stay

Felicia, the front desk clerk, was absolutely wonderful. I was able to check in early as well as receive two freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The room was quite comfortable.

Enduring staff with great professional service. You need more ice machines or access to ice. Three times we went and it was empty :( Overall, the breakfast was terrific and we rested well in a clean room. Staff was flexible to accomodate our request. THANK YOU! The hotel is very close to an intersection, and can be difficult to get in to. Most of the desk staff was courteous- someone even came to the room to help my husband tie his tie! The rooms are outdoor access, which I was not expecting, but most of them seemed to face away from the road. The beds were not amazing, but not terribly uncomfortable. The […] bathroom was very tiny. We had stayed at another Hampton the previous evening, and I was let down seeing this room after the other hotel. I didn't feel that it was as clean or spacious, some of the furniture was broken (in minor ways), and there was a lot of noise from the parking lot. Devamı
