Staff super friendly,perfect stay.Best Hotel i have ever stayed in for service,stayed for 7 days ,who ever is running this hotel is doing a damb fine job..good effort to management and staff at this Hotel.for the money you spend you get alot of room and service.

hotel looks older but recently renovated. Great location and excellent service standards. wifi is unblocked which is not the norm in china

The front desk attention has been the worst of any Hilton I've ever been. With the exception of one individual they didn´t care about helping out costumers or answering questions. The hotel is far from major attractions and sometimes was hard to get a cab. Good breakfast and clean nice room

Stayed for 5 nights in a room located on the 8th fllor; Service quality at the front desk was good and efficient. Overall experience was OK for a 5 star hotel, apart from the following: - Breakfast was rather un-exciting for a 5 star hotel. It was closer to a 4 start hotel ion my opinion. No brie, camember, or blue cheese were offered as selection, […] just very standard and average cheeses. - Room service: food, in regards to the price charged is not up to expectations. Was served a lousy minestroni soup (recipe is not a standard european recipe) that would shame any hotel of international repute. Portions for the international cheese platter varied from one night to another (at least 1/3 less), while the menu stated that grapes and walnuts would be served. No such thing happened: the first time, dried plums were served only. The second time, only raisins were served, which prompted me to complain. The room service staff was prompt to attend, provided nuts (which were far from fresh), no grappes, but a Hilton box of Chocolote in due of apology, chocolates which quality was below any commercial chocolate brands. Platter of fresh fruit was, just like the cheese platter, inconsistent from a night to another, not mentioning that the dragon fruit served was too ripe; Room was clean, but the pillows were slightly "smelly" (body odour). Room ligthing was very poor, creating a "gloomy" atmosphere, made worse by 5 days of continuous rain. Outdated. Ironing table and irons were not part of the standard equipment provided. This was my third trip to Sanghai and the best hotel experience of the three because this time I stayed at the Hilton. The best features of this hotel are the breakfast, the location and the service. The location is great because it's not too busy like the Bund, but close enough to the shopping and entertainment districts and Nanjing Lu. You can take […] a nice 20 minute walk to People Square and take in a lot along the way. The hotel staff was excellent! They spoke fluent English, were extremely efficient, enthusiastic and more than willing to answer any of my questions. They gave me an upper-floor, nonsmoking room when I requested it, with no hassles. The rooms themselves were on par with an average 5-star hotel. Nothing to write home about, but comfortable and clean. The bed had new, nice linens and were clean. I think some of the furniture and appliances are little worn and should be replaced in another year or two. I was really surprised about the quality of the breakfast. It was a nice, relaxing venue with plenty of good food to choose from. In conclusion, I would definitely stay here again. I stayed at the Oriental Riverside Hotel and the Westin on the Bund during my previous stays. I think this hotel beats them both for the price. Devamı

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel where the housekeepers, concaerge, hotel manager, front desk staff are all very courteous and helpful. The only setback is the laundry service where it takes longer than usual to deliver.

For the money this hotel is fine. You could be anywhere Iowa, Kansas anywhere. The location is nice.

The place is in ideal location, and as expected clean, and well kept. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Overall,its excellent service for business traveler like me. A Star!! Will come back again

When I first booked, this Hilton hotel incorrectly charged me a surcharge and it was very difficult to get this Hilton to remove the charge. Then, by the time I checked in, I had to argue with the hotel for 20 minutes to get the room which I booked (a high floor King Deluxe room). They offered me a low floor room, saying that all rooms are booked. I […] protested firmly. Then they offered me a higher floow smoking room. I protested firmly. Finally, they offered me a higher floor nonsmoking room, but not a King bed. Luckily because my husband was not able to make the trip, it did not matter so much to me that it was not King bed. This hotel also charged my visa card a "pre-paid" guarantee fee -- completely unorthodox, and my family (also booked into this hotel) told me they were not charged this fee. When I left the hotel, the hotel first refused to give me a printed confirmation saying that such "pre-charge" is reversed. Again, I protested firmly. Finally the manager printed out a receipt clearly stating that no such pre-paid fee would be charged, so I hope that when I return home to NYC, I won't receive a visa bill showing this fee (more than USD200). I would not recommend this hotel. It is far below the standard of other Hilton Hotels, and it was expensive for what it offers. Besides the need to bargain for everything that I thought was a done deal when I booked, the facilities in the room are very dated (hair dryer is probably 10+ year old -- a model that is fixed on the wall that you would find only in motels nowadays; closet is tiny; telephones are also probably 10+ year old, giving rotary dial-tone, so I had problem setting up automatic wake-up calls!!!) The only reason my family and I booked into this hotel is because we had extended family living 3 blocks away. The one good thing I enjoyed is the gym. L'hôtel a bien vieilli ! Mobilier usé, robinetterie qui fuit, on est très loin du standard Hilton. Seul point qui mérite une très bonne note est la qualité du buffet de petit déjeuner. Wi-Fi payant !

コンシェルジェで紹興までのチケットを手配しましたが非常にスムーズに対応してくれました。時間、価格の確認など予約はしっかししていただけました。また、近辺でのおすすめのグルメスポットも教えてくれました。

3か月に一度プライベートで上海に行く時は利用しています。ホテルは欧米人が多く違う国に来た錯覚をします。ハウスキーピングは1日に数回あり常に清潔な状態で滞在できると思います。英語は問題なく通じますが、日本語はほぼ通じません。必ず、４階のフィットネス、サウナ、ジャグジーを利用しますが、ジャグジーのロッカー等タオルが散乱しているのを見かけます。部屋だけでなく、そのようなパブリックなスペースもきれいにしていただければ最高です。まあ、利用する側の問題でもあるんでしょうが・・・

中国でのサービスのレベルを考えると、とても満足できるホテルだと思います。 フロントの方も丁寧でしたし、朝ごはんもほどほどに揃っていておいしかったです。 ベッドも快適でした。 ただ、建物は古く、ところどころ傷んでいましたが、私はそれほど気にならなかったです。 ベルボーイが荷物を運んでくれた時に、チップをくれと言わんばかりに部屋を立ち去らなかったのが唯一不快でした。もう少しスマートな方法があるだろうに・・・。 ベーカリーで売られているお菓子やケーキ類もとてもおいしくてびっくりでした。 機会がある方にはお勧めしたいホテルです。

一泊の宿泊でしたが、駅からも歩いて行けて近く、デパートや食べる所もたくさんあり良いです サービス面などは、ヒルトンなので良いのは当たり前かもしれませんが、日本語の通じるスタッフがいなかったので、最初苦労しました また中国に行く際には、利用しようと思います

4人で二部屋でしたが、希望を伝えるとコネクティングルームを用意してくれました。コンシェルジュの方もとても丁寧、迅速で大変助かりました。

很好的地點，很好的客房清潔人員，出門非常方便， 但維修不好，可以看到很多老房子的問題， 地毯的除霉沒做的很好。

De ligging is uitstekend. Bij de metrolijnen 2 en 7. De wijk French Concession is aantrekkelijk. De kamer (standard room) is OK, hoewel aan enig onderhoud toe. Wat niet deugt zijn de exorbitante prijzen in het restaurant en voor internet access. Voor de helft of een derde van de prijs vind je in de buurt veel betere faciliteiten. Hotelets faciliteter er helt i top som lobby, reasturant, spa, service osv. men hotellets værelser (var i 2 forskellige, er slidte og gamle. alt er kompenseret ved at prisen trods alt var rimelig.
