Restaurants in Hotel are very expensive.

Our 3 nights stay was indeed exciting for us. Surroundings was awesome. Hotel was just adjacent to lotte department store duty free and very near subway which was just in the basement of the hotel . This is grand hotel n their staff are friendly n helpful. The concierge andx reception staff are most willing to provide information to customers. they are very professional and their English understanding is bestof all other hotels that i've stayed.

Excellent hotel, friendly and extremely helpful staffs. Advance notice given on bus to airport and detail and exact direction to all attractions I wish to go to.

Location is not great unless u are there only for lotte world n do not intend to do much shopping n sightseeing. Far from Shopping belt about one hr commute however there is a free shuttle between lotte hotel world n lotte hotel seoul. Far too from incheon airport abt 1.5hr by cab. Pluses include staff who speak english n very prompt service. Phone […] calls r all answered in english. Also adjoining a subway n airport limo service stops outside the hotel.. Tips r politely refused n though housekeeping staff speaks no english they r extremely accommodating. Overall a good hotel except for location. However if u intend only to visit the theme park n do some browsing, this place has enough to entertain u for a good 2 days. 12 floors of shopping floor at lotte world shopping mall n lotte mart. Nice restaurants on top floors of lotte shopping mall. Hotel is well maintained though deco is rather dated. Overall a pleasant stay but would recommend staying at lotte hotel seoul which is right smacked in myeondong. U can always take the free shuttle for a day at lotte world theme park from there. We arrived at 18:00 local time, Hotel reciption and check in take less than 10 min. Rooms was clean not so luxurious furnished, my room the A/C was not working & we did not sleep well at that nihgt (i read same comment from other guest in tripadvisor ) but 2nd day i called them and was fixed. The location, of the hotel is excellent, the lotte world […] in the same building of the hotel, there was also shopping center and arcade in same building so my kids(12& 16 yrs ) enjoyed the place. Had a wonderful stay of about five days. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with even the bellboys speaking wonderful English. The common areas and the room itself were very beautifully decorated and well appointed. The gym is very clean, well-lit and well-furnished. Hotel facilities & location are good, only walking distance to Lotte Amusement parks, subway station and subway shopping stores & departmental stores. Gym facilities is very good. FYI, they also provide T-shirt, short pants, socks & shoes with no charge. Just return those items after using. With subway, travelling around Seoul was a breeze!. Excellent weekend stay. From the moment my family checked-in to check out everything was near perfect. The hotel manager even walked my family and I to our car to ensure our comfort. We had three rooms and each room was so hot even with the temperature turned as low as it could go. They brought us fans but had run out of fans when our 3rd rooms requested one so I assume others had the same complaint.

Superb hotel and facilities, great service, very clean and modern room, wonderful view. Will always try to stay there when I visit Korea

Not as good as the Lotte Hotel near Myeong-Dong. A very impersonal place with overpriced services and smallish dark rooms. Attached to the Lotte World amusement centre and shopping mall which may attract some. I was there on business and the location was good. I may try the W on the north side of the river next time.

It is centrally located in an up-market section of Seoul and is attached to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants as well as a grocery store which came in very handy for costs saving purposes. The “Jamsil” Metro station is right in front of the hotel with easy connections to the rest of the Metro system as well as the KTX (high speed rail) system at the Seoul Station (accessible via the Metro System). The Lotte Hotel World also caters for families with small children. The hotel staff was friendly and despite the language barrier still accommodated us. I will be returning to this hotel in the future

Lotte Hotel World is amazing - certainly the fanciest hotel I've stayed in to date, despite being pretty reasonably priced over all (compared to some horrid English hotels I've stayed in that were more expensive). The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean, air conditioned and a good size. 整體來說很不錯，飯店乾淨舒適，周遭可購物也可看風景，房間內如有網路會更好!!

お部屋は、清潔で、バス＆トイレもきれいです。 ソウルの繁華街からは離れていますが、２号線に乗れば、主要なエリアには簡単にアクセスできます。 ソウルの街に１度訪れた方にはオススメできます。 お土産を買うには、ホテル近接のロッテマートが良いと思います。 安価で美味しい韓国のお菓子を買えますよ!(^^)!

金浦空港からリムジンバスを乗り間違え明洞に着いてしまい。ロッテホテル（明洞）に手荷物を預かってもらい、観光後シャトルバスでロッテワールドホテルへ行き、チェックインできました。 従業員のサービスに不満もなく気持ちよく滞在できた。

隣にデパート、地下にスーパーマーケット、裏に免税店があり何度も来ていて外に買い物に出るのが面倒な人には非常に便利。

去乐天世界和乐天商场、免税店都方便 房间有点小，卫洗丽马桶不错，要是地暖就好了

家族で滞在。25mプールも利用でき、サウナも温度の違う4種類の湯船もあり、ミストサウナ、普通のサウナもあり、サウナとプールだけでも満足。時間があればジムにも行きたかったです。欲を言えば、水着の貸出があれば最高。お部屋はアップグレードしてくれクラブフロアでの利用でした。インターネットが別料金でしたので、込み込みなら尚良かったです。

사실 예전에도 롯데월드 가는김에 묵고 그런 호텔이였습니다. 이번에 체크인을 하구나니깐 환풍기라구 해야하나요? 에어컨 나오는 쪽에서 소리가 심하더군요. 결국 1시간 걸려서 고치긴 했지만 사다리까지 룸으로 가지고 와서 그러던데 참 불쾌하더군요. 손님들에게 룸을 바꿔준다음에 호텔에서 조취를 취해야지 손님이 있는와중에도 사다리까지 가져와서 고치는모습에.. 정말 고쳐주시는 분께서 넘 고생을해서 그분께는 차마 아무말 못했지만.. 아무튼 위치만 빼면 다시는 가고싶지 않은 호텔이네요..

잠실의 롯데호텔을 우연히 이 사이트를 통해 당일 급하게 예약을 할 수 있었다. 시내권이 다 매진인지라 어찌할 수 없었지만 편리하고 저렴하게 예약을 마치고 훨씬 시내권보다 여유도 있고 편리한 것 같아 다음번에도 시내권보다 잠실쪽에서 이용을 하고 싶다.

子連れでロッテワールドに行くために２部屋に２泊した。 空港からも直接リムジンバスが出ていたので特に移動に不便は感じなかった。室内もきれいで各部屋にレンタルの携帯があってロッテワールド内で連絡をとるのに便利だった。地下からロッテマートなどにも連絡していて日常品の買い物やお総菜などの買い物も楽しめた。

저희는 주변 지리를 잘 알아서인지 매우 편했습니다. 호텔도 께끗하고, 다음에는 패키지로 가는 것이 좋을 듯. 시설 및 청결도는 매우 좋았음. 역시 롯데호텔!!!

利便性で言えば、文句なし。 地下の商店街は見るものがいっぱい。 買い物をしてはホテルに戻り、また出掛けすっかり韓国サラムになったようでした。

就在地铁上，完全可以坐地铁游首尔
