We were very pleased with the hotel. It was close to food and drink and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again. PP Minnesota

from the a/c the floor was damp from the a/c unit to inches from the bed. I considered calling the office, but figured all the a/c units leaked the same and there wouldn't be anything they could do about it. Very accomodating for my 150# rottie.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. Good breakfast. Good climate control system-able to maintain comfortable temperature. Ideally would have been nice to have had a refrigerator for prescription medication. Worst part-mattress was uncomfortable and needed more/better pillows.

This is a typical little budget hotel. It's located in Newton next to a local restaurant of some note; I was told there aren't many other decent locally-owned restaurants at this distance from Des Moines. It has essentially no security on its exterior doors; the first had no working lock, and the interior one was propped open. In this part of Iowa […] I guess people don't think they need it, but of course you're basically on I-80, too. The only other feature of note was the hallway, in which the ceiling was dramatically lower than I've regularly seen. I'm 6 feet tall, and with boots on I'd have been almost nervous for my forehead Otherwise this one's basically what you expect at this budget price. Devamı

I had 2 rooms: The ceiling covering was missing from one end of the bathroom so I could see the pipes up in the space above the toilet of room 105. Carpet threadbare and stringy next to the bed in 103. Appreciated refrigerator in 105. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Old, old hotel. Ancient fixtures that sometimes work. Dirty, dark, smelly rooms and hallways. Stayed three nights and the room was never cleaned once. Asked for towels at least and was told that they were out. Everyday the room keys would stop working and I had to go to the front desk to get them re-programmed. Beware
