Staff was nice and room was relatively clean. The inside of the room had been updated with new tv's, granite countertops but the outside of the hotel was dirty and dated. More lighting needed in the hallways since the rooms open to the outside and staircases are centrally located. Didn't feel entirely safe. This Hampton Inn was not up to the Hilton […] family standards and not worth the rate. I would recommend staying at other hotels in the area. Devamı

I was very disappointed in this hotel. When I think of Hampton Inns, I think luxurious and high standard. This hotel was neither. For the price, it was small cramped and below grade, the beds felt old and outdated. To me it's like a Motel 6 that had been painted, I wouldn't think that Hampton Inn would want their name associated with this hotel.

Hotel breakfast is great and location to stores, shopping are all within 5 minute drive. Room service is poor, cleaning staff did not enter room for 3 days I was there. Had to walk to laundry room service to request towels, they take them for cleaning; yet cleaning staff do not have towels and sanitary items on hand. this is a very old hotel. We prefer entrance via courtyard & not a public entrance.Door did not shut tight so hot air kept coming through the opening.Room entrance looked kike a cheap motel & yet we paid the most money.We have stayed in Hampton inn several times & really loved it. This hotel is very poorley maintained.Gives bad impression to other Hampton […] inns.Room had very musty smell.Breakfast was not really great either.We are very diappointed. Devamı
