Marriott Suites Scottsdale Old Town - Scottsdale

This hotel contracts with a limo company which charges $40+ to go to the airport and overcharges massively for other destinations. In fact, they wont call you a cab (you must call) and instead they offer you their "preferred" ride. This is a massive racket especially when a yellow cab is $15 + tip to the airport. The hotel other than this was gorgeous […] - well kept rooms which felt new and very clean bathrooms. Unfortunately, I didn't figure out the cab situation until I had already been taken advantage of a few times. Avoid this problem and stay at the other hotels in Old Town Scottsdale. Devamı

The Marriott in Old Town was our first stop on a week-long trip through Arizona (1st of 4 hotels). Even though they are doing construction in the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet our room was. The valet and front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with and gave us some great tips on restaurants and services in the area. The room was […] very nice. Comfortable bed. Great sheets/comforter. Great view. The only problem was that the bathroom layout was a bit awkward - and difficult to navigate during the middle of the night. I highly recommend a nightlight be provided! The shower could have used a good dose of bleach and a tightening of the plate connecting the shower to the wall. The towels were a bit scratchy. Other than that, the room seemed really clean. We loved that the hotel was in such short walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. After traveling all day, it was nice to leave the car and just walk around! Overall, we would recommend this hotel and may even stay there again. Devamı

My Family and I had a GREAT TIME HERE, if you are in old scottsdale then you need to stay at the MARROITT SUITES 5 STARS

stayed in the king suite; room was comfortable, extremely close to some great bars/ clubs in downtown scottsdale and the price was great! i would definitely stay there again.

I loved staying at this hotel. I will ONLY stay at this hotel whenever I am in Scottsdale again.The staff was so friendly and helpful. Anything I asked for, they happily complied. The location was perfect. It was walking to distance to all the attractions and if I didn't want to walk, there is a trolley that came around the hotel every ten minutes and it was free. There are pros and cons to being in the heart of Scottsdale Old Town. The pro is being able to walk around Old Town during the day. The cons are that it's a party center and restful sleeping is gone. The entire hotel was rudely awakened on our last morning at 5:30am with loud speaker announcements and blaring music for a marathon startup. The hotel […] staff seemed to think it was a common thing, but to many of us staying there it was unacceptable. We won't be going back, but will stay a few blocks away next time where we can still enjoy the location, but not the noise. Devamı

Stay was fine if a bit noisy. Our room faced Scottsdale road and a stoplight maybe 150yds away. We heard sproadic motorcycle/car racing off the light until about 3:30am. Room was nice with a few minor maintenance issures. TV in bedroom didn't work on 2 channels but we didn't find out until evening before departure so it wasn't reported until next morning […] at checkout. Mattress needed to be replaced in my opinion. This room had such an incredible comfortable feel to it. The fountain outside in the lobby area and the balcony were amazing to wake up to and fall asleep by. Very cozy and great little mini vacation!

Hotel was great...However they put us in a Handy Cap room and the bathroom was fitted with all the bars and bath tub had a seat attached. Room and bed was great. Bathroom was terrible...shower & tub combination was terrible...we were not happy.
