Recently stayed at the hotel. Have stayed before due to business meetings at the hotel. Rooms have been renovated and are looking good. Well worth the price. Elevators are old and in poor condition especially the parking garage elevators. Even cleaning them would help. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel could use a major renovation. Great hotel, XLNT food and entertainment. We enjoyed our room.

The room seemed liked a Super 8 Motel, but we had so much fun everywhere else it was still nice to get back to the room to rest for a few hours.

We paid for a king but got double's was also told that the room's were remodled like to know when and how. I will not be staying at this hotel again unless I get a room for half price but on better floor or something to make up for this lousy stay

needs some maintenance bathroom had some issues the bed was comfortable the hotel is getting up in age so needs some renovations in the south wing the elevators needed some work no lites in one and the 3rd one would go down and not stop at the ground floor it would take u back up to the the other floors where u had to get off and get on one the other […] ones the buffet restaurant food was below par compared to some of the other ones on the strip Devamı

Hotel is difficult to navigate. Are they remodeling or closing down? The few employees around did not acknowledge us or smile. Casino employees are fraternizing amongst each other and never even asked if we wanted a players card or anything. Very Tacky!

The Queen Victoria Pub in the Riviera Hotel provided some of the worst service I have ever encountered. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. Also, I watched as the bartender accidentally dropped a plastic cup, pick it up from the floor, fill it, and hand it to a patron. Unbelievable!

This once fine hotel has fallen into great need of updating. Missing sections of wallpaper in my "Petite Suite", and although my room was at least 100 feet from the bank of elevators, all night long the rumble of the machinery made it sound as if you were trying to sleep next to a subway track. As for the Slot Machines, forget about it. The Riviera […] needs to take a lesson from one of its competitors (The Treasure Island), and allow at least some of its machines to give up some winnings in order to attract or maintain some of its players. Also, in booking my room through "hotels.com", it is noted (after you've completed your reservation) on your confirmation billing there is a resort fee to be charged by the hotel. The amount shown on my confirmation email was $7.84 per night, yet at check-in I was charged $11.00 per night (a 40% increase). Riviera hotel Was very clean and everything is remodeled Enjoyed our stay there.

I don't know what all the others are talking about. I had a large, nice room that was clean and comfortable. Took only 20 minutes to check in on a Friday afternoon. The staff was courteous and helpful on more than 1 occasion. My only complaint was they needed to wash the windows so I could have a better look at the view of The Strip!

The price is good and the hotel room is quite comfortable.

We stayed at the Riviera in January 2012 to attend a Karate Tournament that was being held at the hotel. The rooms were the usual hotel room set up, very comfortable beds, old fashioned bathroom but everything seemed clean and tidy. It was nice that the meeting space was on site, and there was a fair selection of restaurants to eat at.

If you go in knowing this is perhaps the last of the original hotels on the strip, then it is OK. They are trying, but it is an uphill battle. But for the price, it is clean and will do.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Buffet was not very good. Cook had a tip jar right next to the food!

It was a great room for a great price.

I had a great time at this hotel and found it centrally located to everything I needed. The staff was freindly, ready to answer any questions I had, and I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room at reasonable rates and still close to the rest of the Las Vegas strip.

We have stayed at the Riveria several times and have had a good experience every time. Easy check in and the location is convenient for going to other destinations in the Las Vegas area.

The Riviera is a Hotel that has been around for a while. One of the older landmarks in town. I was in Vegas on business so long days it was for me. The Riviera may not be as fancy as some of the hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. But the rooms are extremely clean. The people working there were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around midnight. The line for check in had about 10 people. It took us almost 2 hours to check in! They had 2 people checking in guests, but one or both of them would disappear for minutes at a time. Finally when we got to our room, we tried to use the Wifi, that was covered by the resort fee that we paid. No surprises, it did […] not work! I think you did a wonderful job on the renovations to the rooms they looked great! However, I attended a party in one of the two bedroom suites and they were a flash back to the 80's. Stayed at this hotel for a week over new year and would definately visit again. Staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned everyday and there were plenty of coffee shops, bars, and eateries within the hotel. They even flew home an item of my wife's that she left in the room. Would definately recommend this hotel.

During the stay, I can feel the tradition of this Hotel. I am satisfied with the cleaness and comfort of the hotel. Good location and good staff in here.

Casino has outdated machines and felt dark and unclean. The room was surprisingly okay. To far from the strip. Parking lot to far from casino.

I filled out one of these reviews a month or so ago but I'll do it again. We've been staying at the Riviera for the last 3 years during the National Finals Rodeo, however, we will not stay again. You don't have anywhere to eat and the casino was kind of dead. We love the rooms in the one tower and they are clean.

Great place if you don't want to spend much but still have great comfort. We loved the room and bed. Internet (which is included in the resort fee) didn't work most of the time.

Check in desk had two very rud people. They mad me feel like I shouldn't be there. And bother them to answer or work. I did arive very early in the morning. I did get some answers from the 800 number and from another desk person. I do admit the bell hops were very helpful and very nice. The checked my bags and that helped. I had to be in indian springs. […] And I didn't want to hall all my lougage around. They really helped. The food there was good and the casino was ok. I was very unhappy of my treatment. The line to check in at the registration desk was 2.5 hours long because of a convention the following day, and the hotel did not staff more than 2 agents to move the line along. Parking was a nightmare which took 30 mins by itself. However they did comp a portion of the reservation for the inconvenience, and the room was immaculate. I'd still go b […] ack. Devamı
