Bölge düzgün, termini cıvarı gibi sakat değil. Oda büyüklüğü gayet iyi diğer otellerdeki gibi minik değil. Oda gayet temiz ve yataklar genelde oldugu gibi sert değil. Kahvaltı ve otel çalışanları bile çok iyiydi ki hem oda değişikliği istedik hemde TV ve WIFI ile ilgili problemler yaşadık ama hemen çözdüler.

Oteli internetten ayırttım ve ortalama bir otel bekliyordum ama beklentilerimin üzerine çıktı. Gerçekten rahat ve güzel iki gün geçirdim. Yalnız son gün sıcak su kesildi ve resepsiyonu iki kez aramama rağmen çözümlenmedi. Tamircinin sabah geleceğini söylediler ama sabah da yoktu. Onun dışında bir sorunla karşılaşmadım.

In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.

Our first visit to Rome and staying at Raphael was a perfect decision. Friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast buffet, very good location and PERFECT newly renovated room.
"TINY ROOM AND NEEDS UPDATING"
I HAVE STAYED IN MANY RELAIS HOTELS IN THE PAST AND THE RAPHAEL WAS BY FAR MY LEAST FAVORITE. THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT BUT THE ROOMS WERE TINY AND A BIT DIRTY. THE HOTELS AMBIANCE WAS LACKING TO SAY THE LEAST. ALSO THE ROOF DECK THAT WAS DESCRIBED AS OVERLOOKING THE PIAZZA NOVONA ACTUALLY IS OBSCURED BY THE BUILDINGS SURROUNDING THE PIAZZA AND YOU CAN […] REALLY ONLY SEE ROOFTOPS. Devamı
"Excellent hotel in the heart of Old Rome"
We stayed at the Hotel Raphael for 4 nights in mid -August. The hotel is magnificently situated just behind the Piazza Navona, close to the Pantheon and within walking distance of many other famous spots and many, many restuarants. The standard room we had booked was a little small but the manager very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room when he saw […] that we were disappointed. The decor of the hotel is sumptuous, the breakfasts were outstanding , the service very attentive. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. "Just did not feel like a 5* hotel"
The hotel was really well placed and very clean and comfortable and is worth it for that fact alone. But the hotel simply did not feel like a 5* hotel. It felt a little tired and old fashioned, which was a shame given I have had a great time at other Relais & Châteaux hotels. Staff were friendly but you never felt they went out of their way to help, […] apart from Steven who was superb when we ate in their restaurant. Their recommendations for places to eat were generally good, Grano was well worth the visit but the pizza place round the back was very average. The restaurant on the roof was great. The food may not have been the best but combined with the view it made for a very pleasant evening. Great weekend in Rome, but the hotel simply felt like a place to stay rather than being part of the whole experience. Devamı

While I've stayed in Rome many times before, never have I enjoyed my lodging more than I did this trip. Hotel Raphael is a wonderful establishment, and is about as convieniently located as you can get. It's about mid-way between the Vatican and Spanish Steps. "Excellent location but paying for the view"
Stayed for a week, location perfect, room was clean, staff friendly. Only draw back to the hotel was the crazy prices there were charging on their roof terrace for a drink, €14 for a Gin and Tonic! Didn't think I would be expected to buy the view! On the whole great location, eat and drink elsewhere...Breakfast was included in our room cost, but […] it certainly was not worth €25. Devamı

Hochpreis, aber rundum zufrieden! Personal, Zimmer und Frühstück haben alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Lage kaum zu übertreffen.

Hotellet ligger helt centralt, der er rent og pænt og personalet er søde, venlige og hjælpsomme. Når man rejser derfra føler man virkelig, at man har fået kvalitet for pengene.

Wir können nur positives über dieses Hotel sagen. - Es ist sauber - sehr guter Service im Empfang und in der Restauration - hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet - Wunderschöne Dachterrasse Auch wenn die Zimmer etwas klein ausfallen, ist die Ausstattung in Ordnung und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder aufsuchen

I min verden er dette hotel et af de bedste i Rom... Det er store ord, men jeg mener, at det sagtens kan leve op til det. Hotellet er et mindre hotel og personalet yder en kompetent service - og det gælder lige fra indtjekning til rengøring af værelset. Hertil kommer den centrale placering (ca. 150 meter fra Piazza Navona), som gør hotellet til et […] godt udgangspunkt til mange af Roms seværdigheder. Selv morgenmaden er overdådig - et område som hoteller i Italien ellers ikke er kendt for. Skal der absolut findes et mindre minus, så er det at enkelte af værelserne kan virke mørke, da de omkringliggende huse ligger tæt på hotellet. Devamı
